Brillant food and real value for money. The Mustang breakfast is huge. Great little find. Have been three times so far and not been disapointed.

I have being eating at the mustang for several years and have found it good good food good friendly service, BUT what has happened? has it being sold? The [people I have dealt with seem to have left. Before the cheese toasties were probably the best I have ever tasted and now they have become the WORST. All you get is PIECE OF TOAST, CANNOT FIND ANY CHEESE, Gave my last one to my dog it was terrible, just toast rank will not be going back unless their is a marked improvemet. Lucys Cabin in the industrial park at Emley 100% better.

We were travelling through the area with my wife early Sunday morning and were pretty desperate for some breakfast so we checked online the places that are open nearby and found this eatery. The first impression was great as the place was very busy with all outside seating area being full so decided to give it a go. We both opted for the Mustang Breki (2 bacon, 2 sausages, black pudding, egg, tomato, beans and fried bread) and a couple of soft drinks that came up to £11 which we thought was a fair price. We ate in the car as there were no space to sit at the cafe but that was fine by us. The portion size was generous and even if it was a bit greasy, still it was tasty and satisfying. The service was also very friendly and quick. We would recommend this cafe to anyone who would like a quick bite while on the go.

Service is still bad, food is greasy and not very appetising. A dismal place with nothing to offer but second rate food. Avoid.

Walked in here after 3 hr journey to visit family and wish we hadn’t . Only 4 customers in the place and at least 5 staff and still they forgot our tea and coffee which we ordered with our breakfast. My breakfast contained the smallest most horrible sausage I have ever tried to eat. When paying the bill I went to look for the staff and 4 of them with the boss were chatting away in the kitchen area, told the girl she had forgot our drinks and the boss said laughing Ohhh what are they like . I will tell you what they like. They are like the boss. Not interested in the customer or good service. Def won’t be going in there again

A regular breakfast spot for us. A meal that really sets you up for the day. The bacon is really tasty although the sausage could be of a better quality. I would be prepared to pay extra for a better sausage. Still a very good breakfast!

I love this cafe. I only ever have the meat-free breakfast, and it is wonderfully filling. The variety on the plate is good and the portion sizes are anything but skimpy. The staff are pleasant and you can tell that the folk who go there really appreciate this little gem of an establishment as much as I.

A very good breakfast with various choices, there is a take away entrance and area as well as the seated area but even when busy it seems all is under control and the service is good. As I am obsessed with lavatories it might help to have a better mirror facility in the male WC but that is my only squeak.

Always a tasty and plentiful brekkie here, super friendly service and good price. You can either eat in or take away. The all day breakfasts are popular, plus a selection of other specials. Ample parking. As we live just up the road, it makes a change to have a lovely meal cooked for us. Thanks to Diane and Steven.

One Mustang breakfast, one Ranch breakfast. Sorted.Of it's type this place is top notch. They do a great take-away, which offers a wide range of good wholesome work-a-day sarnies and butties with a changing selection of specials. The eat-in offers a good selection of meals and snacks with a daily special with a veggie option. The only down-side until recently was the price of tinned drinks in the cafe....

Family meal. More bar staff needed and some did appear somewhat stressed. I ordered the rack of ribs, they tasted lovely but were no where near hot enough. Good JD sauce. The corn on the cobs were inedible, boiled within in an inch! My husband enjoyed his beef burger, but overall, for the price of food, it’s nothing special. Most of the party were just ‘erm, it was okay’. Good price on a bottle of red wine and the food came out as we ordered, we they wanted us to pay at the bar due to party size. Main male staff member greeting as we walked in was friendly.

After a bracing walk around part of Digley Dam this was an ideal stop off to satisfy healthy appetites. It wasn't particularly busy so my friend and I were fortunate to select a table by the window to sample views of the surrounding countryside that the area is famous for. We both chose the regular Fish & Chips, good value at £12 though smaller portions are available at £9.50. My friend's Side Salad cost £4 which I thought expensive for what he received while a side order of Mushy Peas set him back £2. I thought the drinks were expensively priced, £2.90.for a pint of Fanta Orange but we'd visited for the Fish & Chips and these were delicious so it was definitely worth the effort. The menu is quite extensive so there are plenty of alternatives to satisfy most appetites and palates. A good experience.

We were so looking forward to our romantic valentine's evening. Sadly the previous reviewer has said most of it for us. Extortionately expensive, to be honest, for actually a less than mediocre meal which was not particularly enjoyable. It was obvious, from the occasional groans, the that something was very very wrong in the kitchen, even though front of house staff attemped to cover the cracks with gracious service. Also, yes it was far too cold. Have had lunch several times in this beautiful building, which have been very pleasant, although they really do need to sort out the heating problem.

Pleasant staff and chilled environment, the coffee needs work as it’s not very good at all. Also the fruit selection is poor, overpriced and often way passed its best.

We didn’t have much time so rather than go ti RMT Kitchen where our friends said parking is a nightmare, they suggested we hit Toby. We were seated and drink orders were taken and then nothing more happened so eventually I went over to a waitress and ordered the Ultimate Roast Dinner Sandwich for our son (just some carvery stuff in a roll or pud basically), and carvery for the two of us. We went to get it, meat was cold as well as most of the veg, and the sandwich never came. After about 20 minutes we asked for it and it had obviously been forgotten so she rushed off and got us an Ultimate Roast Beef Sandwich which is just some beef and gravy slapped on a roll. Honest misunderstanding so no big deal. We asked for a replacement, she took away the tray, manager showed to to ask about our issue, both said it would be sorted, again nothing for another 20 minutes, and we had to ask yet one more time to get a sandwich that was sloppy, but too hot to touch, and a bowl of cold gravy. Desert was fine, but the custard with the apple pie was again a tongue burner (nuked maybe?). When time to pay came, none of this had apparently discouraged the waitress from asking for a tip. She was lucky we were leaving that day and there to burn off no longer needed GBP so she got wholly underserved 6 quid for her efforts. Overall we lost more time waiting than it would have taken us as per our friends to find parking near RMT Kitchen, and the food was absolutely not worth it.
