Had a bad experience and when telling management I was made out to be a liar.
Awful customer service!!!
The hotel will NOT reply to emails or send me CCTV and
Accused me of leaving my door open . The place is a a joke and I’ve made sure to tell social media how awful they are .
Delicious foods, authentic flavours and a fantastic variety of dishes to choose from. Great for kids to try new foods! Best all you can eat in Harrogate that's freshly cooked to order. All foods from the barbecue spare ribs 😍 crispy duck to the wok fried dishes were cooked to perfection. Anyone needing an all you can eat feed, here's the place to be! Thank you waitress for the great hospitality and chefs for making the most delightful foods. Yum

The food is of high standard, decent ingredients & portions- eg variety of starters & on mains, size of prawns, which you often will not get restaurants using king prawns so much. Everything is very clean and staff are really polite and helpful, working as a team. Excellent value for money on the all you can eat offer, eveything cooked fresh & not at all greasy in fact remarkably well fried, dishes not oily but crisp. Well done, keep up good work & will tell my friends.
Absolutely the only place to go for a full English in Harrogate! It was piping hot, (which is essential to a full English) and high quality sausage and bacon (also essential). Cooked by Guler and served by Tyfur, the lovely Turkish couple who run the cafe. It was spotlessly clean and had a nice ambience as well!
We were in Harrogate for three days for the Christmas market and ended up eating here, the last two mornings.
I’m sure the other food on offer would be equally as good!
Amazing place to visit. Friendly staff, great food choices and very welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Lots of space between tables and a nice fresh interior.
Harrogate Waterstones is over three floors with the coffee shop on the second along with children's books. An ideal place to scan through your new books over a coffee
After seeing the vomit and dog poo in the seating area we decided not to enter. Also put off by the dog roaming freely in and out of cafe. Not very hygienic and surprised this is actually allowed.
Called here because our usual cafe was undergoing renovations work. We fancied soup and a sandwich. We had the soup of the day Tomato with an accompanying club sandwich with chunky chips. The sandwich and chips were pleasant but no better than anywhere else. The soup was very disappointing, it tasted like either a packet mix or warmed up tomato juice. We left most of it. Plenty of staff on duty but not very attentive and did not check to see if the food was ok.In our view not value for money and will not be returning.
Horrible experience. Rude and unprofessional staff. Very poor quality food. Staff busy taking between each other ignoring customers waiting in queue to make an order.
lovely American style franchise, when we asked for an early drink the bar didnt open in hotel till 5 so they directed us to the adjoining restaurant. food was lovely.
I will start off with the one negative thing about our visit. It was very hard to find the car park after a rather fraught car journey from London and I met the one not so helpful member of staff on reception who told me the car park was probably full anyway. We found the car par from her directions, it was far from full and from that point it was plus, plus plus for The George on our short stay. The breakfast was probably the best I had ever had in a hotel. Amazing choices, amazing helpful staff and 5 stars on that front.
