This place should be closed and is horrible in every possible way.

Never got what we asked for we asked for a tower burger with chicken strips but never got that burger and charged us for a tower burgers what a joke that place is

My food was nearly an hour late and once I received it the food quality was absolutely shocking. I called the owner and he had the audacity to argue with me and say that I was lying. I never complain about food unless absolutely necessary. His behaviour and service was shocking. I haven’t received any refunds or apologies. Never ordering from here again

Pretty decent and delicious too

The boss was extremely rude and impatient and was just on his phone instead of giving us our food after it was ready. Was looking at what to order and he just said "helloooo". After he gave me my food I politely asked for a bad and he rudely replied "why you ask so late". The chicken bites were rubbish and the chips were mid. The bossman should be ashamed of his disgusting behaviour.

I ordered at 17:20 and my food turned up at 7:10. Just contacted them on my behalf and I ask for a refund. They was no option to cancel the order, which I would have given the opportunity. Only to be told via text that they won’t be giving me a refun

Chicken was dry and overcooked. No skin

I'm poorly the day after eating.

The chicken was over cooked and really dry, the beef burger the opposite to oily. The doughnut was rock hard in places where it looked to have been microwaved so inedible and the chocolate cake was frozen had to wait for it to defrost and even then it was so disappointing and dry. The coleslaw was very sour like it was out of date/off. Nothing looked anything like the pictures online and we will not be returning really sorry.

I paid extra to get and pepper chips and they just passed me chips and pointed to the salt and pepper instead of having some kind of chip spice. Won’t be going back and the floor was really sticky

It is worth noting, we ordered this the same day there was a fire nearby. They did everything to get it to us regardless and it is possible this fire caused an issue with quality, however unfortunately the chocolate fudge cake was so bad that I likely wouldn't order again from here. The people are amazing but the chocolate fudge cake tasted as though it had dishsoap in it. Everything else was okay but didn't particularly jump out, possibly as the menu seems to try tick all the boxes.

Unfortunatley the chicken and chicken burger were pretty dry and tough and the gravy was watery and straight from granuels. The meat burger was very nice, however considering this is a place specialising in chicken I would have expected much better quality - will be going back to chillichicks, sorry!

The wings have been disgusting lately . The bones smells off & the oil for the chips smells. Please do better because sometimes the chickens tastes good and fresh , it’s not fair feeding customers something that’s going off especially with the prices now . Do better please

Hot food very tasty best one yet

Third time of ordering buckets of chicken with sides. Usually really really good but yesterday was nasty! Odd bits of chicken at different temperatures (worrying), the saddest, flaccid luke warm fries everrrr yuk and yuk, and was that actually gravy? I wonder...

I don't think I should pay fees when I am collecting, it's ridiculous. As for food , Great as always.

I ordered a burger chips and chicken fillet when the order came there was no chicken fillets and totally the wrong burger! When I rung them up and told about the orders he gave me abuse and hung on me! Won't be going again

A somewhat underwhelming meal. The fries were a tad stale, but with good ketchup they were OK, I guess. The coleslaw burger and chicken strip wrap had laughable sides though: each had literally 4 one inch large (or rather - small), sad squares of lettuce and the sauce, with the burger having the littlest portion of the 'slaw you could manage and still be able to call it a coleslaw burger. I know the food is not too expensive, but then again those condiments are not exactly expensive - you COULD afford to serve the burgers/wraps with at least 1-2 lettuce leaves worth, and a coleslaw serving that you can actually taste without having to double check if there's really anything in there. Meat was good.

Arrived earlier than expected and most of the food was good, fries super hot and fresh but for some reason both our burgers were stone cold and tasted like they'd been cooked hours ago. Add to that stale bread buns so were completely unedible. Really disappointed.

When i placed my order at 6pm it said delivery in 30-45 mins. It was an hour and 10 mins. Making me late for friends I arranged to meet

The delivery driver didn’t call me as instructed, refused to show me the food until I handed money over. The chicken was dripping in warm oil, greasy fries as well…… horrible.

First time ordering and was lovely apart from gravy I wasn't keen on but chicken was lovely and delivery time was very very good.

The serving area looked really dirty and greasy, I had a chicken burger and chips, the chips were really thin, stuck together and hard and the chicken was hard on the outside and I spent the next 12 hours feeling sick with a dodgy stomach. Will definitely not be going back.

Unfortunately I feel it was very poor , tasteless chicken burger , supposed to be a fillet but it was a grilled soggy tasteless bit of chicken, soggy bread , soggy chips , reheated chicken strips. Nope definitely not risking anywhere new again .

There was no tomato’s in the panini, when I ordered ham, cheese and tomato panini

Always consistent quality. We ordered the 8 piece Bucket and a wrap meal. We have not ordered for a bit but always great food. Plenty of chicken on the pieces in the bucket meal.

How late was it it never even came was supposed to be here 7:00 to 7:20 and I was waiting outside from 7:20 till 7:50 and I called Jimmy’s kitchen and they said someone has already collected my order that’s £20 I have just wasted didn’t even get my food and they said there’s nothing they could do not even a refund shocking

I been served by a guy who told me will take 6 minutes to prep my order. After 25 minutes he served first another customer before me and dont even apologise untill i get mad. This customer service is very bad and i wish no one of you that read this to order from this store. 1. Very bad customer service 2. Staff that dont know how long it takes to prep the food 3. Very angry boss, that told me to not “abuse” there as their service was bad what a joke. Mister boss when you come from outside after you driving and go in the kitchen you was your hands first and after you touch the food. The angry boss refused to give a refund for bad customer service and long waiting time. I hope this feedback will help , i will never be a custome of this place.

This is honestly the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. The food was cold the burger bun so hard I couldn’t bite through it and the chicken was hard and hash browns were soggy abysmal

Chicken is nice and the chips are OK. Only thing I don't like is the customer service isn't always great. One guy in particular just hands you your food and doesn't say thanks, which I always do to him.

Chips very underdone and soggy, had to put them in the air fryer to heat and cook through. Hash brown soggy. Burger bun stale and hard around the edges.

Quite literally the best chicken burger I’ve ever had and I’m fat and 39 so had a fair few! Amazing, thank you!
