The best restaurants in Willerby and Kirk Ella East Riding of Yorkshire Yorkshire and The Humber

Booked Lughtons for a treat as one of our team is leaving work, from the outset I had very good communication with Julia, she also rang me on the day to confirm. Upon arrival we were seated at a very nicely set table, staff came to inform us of the home made treats which would be served and were very accommodating for friends who did not like mayonnaise or butter on their sandwiches. Orders were taken for any drinks and tea was brought, followed by a large selection of sandwiches, savoury pastries, cakes and scones with jam and cream. The afternoon was thoroughly enjoyed and all leftovers were nicely packed up in plastic boxes for us to take home, I would certainly recommend going and will visit again to try out their other delicacies :)

Fabulous horsebox, beautifully decorated and most of all splendid hot beverages! Delicious loaded hot chocolate and coffee, and sweet treats too. Definitely recommend!

Micheal and his team’s home dining service is exceptional! We are so glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem! Micheal is a top chef, and alongside his sandwich shop he also does home dining, which was the perfect choice for us when we wanted a very special and unique experience for a family member who loves food, but due to terminal illness is unable to leave the house. We booked Micheal to cook a 3 course ‘date night’ meal for our family at home, and what he delivered was absolutely superb! Not only was the food incredible but his thoughtfulness and attention to detail was exceptional. We cannot recommend Michael and his team enough, for both amazing food in his shop in Willerby but also to consider them for adding a special touch to your home dining. Thanks again Micheal and Adele, you were able to deliver something truly special for our family and we will be forever grateful.

Very Ordinary. we had a tasteless caprese salad and a strange soggy garlic bread for starters. the g/b was swimming in melted butter that dripped onto the table and the salad was drizzled with mint sauce and something beige that was prob watered down balsamic glaze. we then ordered rigatoni which had been so over cooked it had all split open and was on the verge of mush..pretty poor. That's Amore seems to be a place that people who don't like italian food come to eat italian food. the wine was very nice though. For great italian food in Hull visit Mancia or Da Gianni,they're far far better.

An average bacon and egg sandwich in sliced bread was £5.99 to eat in. I also ordered what was a good cup of Tea. All served by friendly staff.

We have been coming here for a while but tonight the meal was just lovely - the fish was fresh and beautifully cooked and the chips were crisp. Our experience was made so much better by the attentive and excellent service by Annie. A fantastic experience and would highly recommend!!

Highly recommend and dog friendly. Would advise booking on a weekend! Lovely food in a nice and relaxing place. Friendly staff. Favourites are chicken tenders and the Sunday lunch!

Never fails to deliver on 5 star food stake pie melts in your mouth.i ordered the fish and chips with mussy peas. Take note proper chips done just how they should be nice and brown staff so professional in what they do .this is why railway is so popular .

I have no idea how they have 5 star reviews. Nothing at all was bad but just all basic ok food you could do yourself. I presume it is certain people who like a coffee, cake and singer maybe. Prices are VERY good and service was ok. The young girl was friendly but the older lady not so much. Sorry but not for us but not a bad place.

Shame the stars only go up to 5 as this place deserves more! Lovely warm welcome when we entered (myself, Mum and Sis) by a lovely lady behind the counter. We took our seats, which was quite amusing as we are all under 5' but we had a giggle getting up on the seats/benches which only made our visit more fun - and gave the owner a giggle too, as well as my Sis getting stuck on the chair! Having done some research we knew what we wanted so off we go to order two Knickerbocker Glory's and one 3 Scoop Sundae (which took some deciding from the 22 different flavours!) Have to say, my KG was absolutely gorgeous - so much fruit and jelly too, not all Gelato as in other places. My Mum and Sis enjoyed their KG and Sundae too. Was funny when the owner piped up with "That's what I like to hear - silence. It means you're all enjoying it!" to which Mum replied "It's not often we're all this quiet!" Such lovely welcome, lovely clean surroundings, so much choice, reasonable prices, lovely creamy Gelato and a good giggle and chat with the owner - what more could you ask for? Could be easily missed so please check out this place, you won't be disappointed. Looking forward to my piece of Flapjack which I brought home for later - perfect ending to a wonderful Birthday :) :) Will definitely be back :)

First time we have used it. Been there many years. Enjoyed the food. We will be back.(As Arnie says)
