Tasty food and brilliant service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Always a warm welcome. 💕 Fab choices to take home. Cakes, pastries, cheeses, candles, chocolates… They have vegan egg 🍳 And it’s amazing fried! Had it in a breakfast bap and husband added a burger to his AND an egg. 😂 Daughter had one of the pasties and a unicorn 🦄 hot chocolate… PINK hot chocolate! You’ve got to try the egg if you’re vegan. No hens harmed to make them! 👏👏

We were welcomed by a lovely friendly tattooed lady who spent time to chat with us and make us feel really at home telling us about the decor and menu. We had coffee (a bit weak) and cake: this was delicious: apple cake and a scone with jam and cream. We saw people eating from the menu, the eggs Benedict looked delicious and the lovely waitress booked us in for a return visit when we will definitely be sampling the brunch options especially the rumpledethump recommenders by said waitress. Can’t wait to come back for the eclectic food and superb above average service.

Dropped in for a quick drink as never been in this pub before. Pleasant atmosphere and better than most pubs in Cottingham . Good for sports lovers as they had numerous tv's showing sport but for my volume was too loud. Not a pub for a cosy drink. Saying that it was a friendly pub.

Very friendly atmosphere, always made welcome when entering the pub. Went for a cavery and was beautiful. Staff was there to help of need anything.

Fantastic food, great prices and staff are really friendly and helpful. Always go above and beyond.

Tables not cleared,have to do it yourself so you can sit down with your drink.overall poor.

Disappointed. We’ve always used Pasco’s in the past. Haven’t been to the Cottingham branch for a while and thought we’d make an occasion for my daughter’s birthday. Firstly, the price increases do not reflect the food or establishment. The restaurant was dirty, with spider webs from lighting, dirt under tables and we found a hair at the bottom of my son’s fries. The aribiata wasn’t spicy, in fact tasted like tomato soup! Wasn’t impressed to see the chef smoking outside the restaurant and the waitresses no longer Italian like before. Overall, we paid £65 for barely any food. We should have complained but we were hungry and the kids were eager to get home. We will not be using Pasco’s again and will be spreading the word that the quality has gone down, while prices have massively increased. Prices like that can’t be charged for what feels like a dirty cafe.

We use Castle all the time and it's been great up until last couple of weeks. Last week they forgot our garlic bread, they argued that I hadn't ordered it and then checked the order and realised I had so had to deliver it after the rest of the food. Tonight they've forgotten the salad and sauces with the kebab and for a large chicken kebab I'd expect more than 5 pieces of chicken. Time to find a new takeaway I think

Not been for 2yrs and sadly still not impressed. Menu still very basic and small. Still no return of dish of the day. The place was pretty busy but none of the food looked like it was saying ‘try me’ to either of us. We did say shall we go somewhere else but decided to stay. Food arrived, light bite scampi & chips which consisted of 5 extremely small pieces of scampi, a dozen chips if that and about 20 peas. Cheese & onion toastie was very greasy and appeared salty. Crockery had big chips/cracks in them which is off putting. Sorry but today was our absolute last visit

The food was stone cold and went straight in the bin. I won’t be ordering again. Total waste of money

Just ordered 2 maple hazelnut coffees. Nothing like the advertisements. There was absolutely no taste of anything let alone the coffee. At the prices charged for coffee at Costa, I expected better. Sometimes I can understand that things are rushed as they get very busy but on this occasion there was no one in, it was before 9am. Very disappointed....

Siempre me levanto, pero esta noche tuvimos una camarera llamada Judy en nuestra área y ella absolutamente brilló, necesita una mención. Nada demasiado problema e incluso la vimos ayudando a una mamá con 2 hijos, vigilando a uno mientras mamá se fue a cambiar al más joven de los dos, ella es absolutamente natural y es un activo sangriento para su equipo. ¡Bien hecho Judy! ¡Y bien hecho Toby por otro buen té que me sacó de cocinar!
