Tasty food and brilliant service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Always a warm welcome. 💕 Fab choices to take home. Cakes, pastries, cheeses, candles, chocolates… They have vegan egg 🍳 And it’s amazing fried! Had it in a breakfast bap and husband added a burger to his AND an egg. 😂 Daughter had one of the pasties and a unicorn 🦄 hot chocolate… PINK hot chocolate! You’ve got to try the egg if you’re vegan. No hens harmed to make them! 👏👏

Disappointed ! I thought it was dark and gloomy in there. It’s a small place so the tables were on top of each other, which I don’t like. We ordered two Americanos and it was just filter coffee. Very disappointing, I don’t think £3 for a weak Americano made with filter coffee is good value. Service was very slow for both coffee and the breakfasts. We ordered the full English breakfast and Eggs Benedict. My wife didn’t want the muffin and asked for toast instead of the muffin. The £11 Eggs Benedict comes on one slice of toast which I thought was incredibly mean, and stingy. I ended up giving my wife my toast from my English breakfast to bulk hers out. She said it was very rich, there was too much hollandaise sauce drowning everything, and it was gloopy. My breakfast was better, though why they chose to include slices of yesterday’s potato instead of mushrooms was baffling. The bacon was good, the one sausage on a £13 breakfast less so. The poached eggs were nicely done. It was just okay, the kitchen needs to up its game, I won’t be going back as I considered it to be overpriced and quite poor value. The overall bill was £30 for what felt like a £20 breakfast. Also….the phone with an awful ring tone was ringing constantly and it never got picked up for ages having irritated everyone in the establishment. From me it’s a big fat NO! I should have said something at the time, but I was annoyed and could not be bothered with a debate or to even talk about it. They should have got it right, they didn’t. It shouldn’t need a complaint, it is a long opened establishment and they are obviously complacent. Words on here will give them more of a kick to improve things than me standing there arguing would.

As a table of 7 that had reserved to see the sign that said help yourself to a table and to have to go and find the reservation in a busy restaurant is not great, especially when it’s a table for 4 that has been reserved. Took a while to find a staff member and he put on a 6 which was a squeeze. The refurb looks good but seems as though plates and portions are smaller, still good pizzas though. Children were disappointed that the self serve ice cream has gone. Thought the Hazy Jane and Stella didn’t taste right

My family and I eat at Pasco's quite often, and the food is always absolutely delicious. The vegetarian calzone is a personal favourite. The staff are lovely and friendly, and the restaurant has a really nice atmosphere.

What a terrible experience first of all 5 minutes to get seated the twenty minute wait for one can of Fanta then another 10 minute wait for hot coffee we ordered 3 ham and cheese panini and had to wait 1 hour to arrive the another 5 minute wait for fries and the quality of the food was terrible for 21.80 all together NOT worth it

I ordered takeaway away the delivery was really quick nice hot food pizza nice with all the flavours crisp crust, fried chicken and chips was really nice, the mixed kebab was really tasty my only down side was the kebab was very small thought I could share but only enough for one person.

Tried using the click & collect service via the costa app in order to try avoid the queuing. However that backfired on me as I still had to wait in the queue. Other branches actually have an area where they'll leave your order for to collect, but not here which kind of defeats the whole purpose of click and collect. Also feels very cramped in there, especially near the counter area. It was a busy afternoon with only 2 members of staff serving and just with how cramped everything was, it didn't feel like much of a relaxing atmosphere at all like a coffee shop is supposed to be. I did get my coffee eventually which was of course at an acceptable standard, but the bottom line is click and collect shouldn't be an option at this particular branch as it clearly isn't designed for it.

Good points first:- gammon pork beef and turkey very good tender and tasty. Helpful and friendly waitresses. Unfortunately there were some parts that required improvement:- No one serving at the food counter had to stand there quite a while before a waitress came to my rescue and said she would get someone. Burnt my fingers on the serving spoons on the top row nearer the lights. When I used a safer serving spoon with better plastic handles I was tolld off by a male server who said I had contaminated the swede and carrot type mash and he took it away so I and the lady next to me couldn't get any more. Was left feeling confused and guilty. The hot spoons were replaced but I guess would soon heat up and burn someone else because the were of the same material. There was no prices on the list of spirits . I had 2 house vodkas of 50cc each and when I got the final bill it was Around £24 pounds for the 2 which to me seems excessive. One large roastie was rock hard and the cauliflower luke warm.
