delivery driver was very polite but order took a long time between ordering and being on the way

No straws for our milkshakes and no sauce which I paid for. Food moderately warm.

Missing tub of Ben and jerrys and one steakhouse was pretty overcooked

No straw or any sauces and no napkins

Forgot the sauce, again. Arrived later than estimated when ordering

The chips were cold and there was no Sprite with my meal deal. My first takeaway from Burger King might be my last.

I tried over and over to cancel this order or ask for help as it arrived 3 hours after ordering! The delivery time kept changing time and again. It took so long we drove to the burger king and asked them about our order. They said it had already been picked up but it arrived about 15-20 minutes after we got home. At which point I had messaged the delivery driver too and explained to him what had happened with the app. The driver then left with the food as after waiting so long we ate toast instead

Came cold- left things out of the order

Delivered to the wrong address and rang to get my pin but never Delivered to my address even though its less than 5 mins away

There app won't work through no fault of mine and they refused to do an offer on the till for me. It's so hard to try get a meal from here. I won't come here again. The one in Beverley is run properly and always make sure the customer isn't making wasted trips. Avoid this willerby one

Efficiency was top notch. Food was cooked to perfection, drink was nice and fizzy, clean as a whistle.

Need more cheese and bacon bits on the fries. it's supposed to be loaded but think there was about 3 chips that had cheese and bacon bits on.

As soon as I pulled up staff were exceptionally friendly , lovely lady. Food arrived with about 10 seconds and it is delicious. Fantastic spot would return 👌

The chicken burger wasn’t my cup of tea… it was a real waste of £10.50! Not only did it not taste good, it was ONLY lukewarm when it arrived so that could have added for it not tasting to good! My Chilli Cheese Bites were also only lukewarm so the cheese had already started to go hard. And neither chicken or chilli cheese bites were crispy… I get it why people deliver using scooters but when it’s cold it’s much harder for them to keep the food warm… so not a good vehicle for doordash!!

Asked in messages for food to be kept in heat bag zipped and delivered to my door. He didn’t and the food was cold. I showed him my request and I don’t think he could speak English and he just laughed… really felt insulted.

What a difference place this is compared to the stoneferry branch. Staff was nice and polite and was okay for us to order at the till where at stoneferry you can't you get told to use it and get use to it why I don't use that one no more.

No one read the order notes that were in bold capital letters... And the food is cold even though you are based around the corner

Left instructions for keeping my order warm. Totally ignored and carried outside the heat bag cold drinks alongside food. Sooo good cold. I mile delivery in car. %90 of your drivers don’t read the instructions! Three I’ve asked didn’t even know there were instructions!!!! Absolutely fed up with getting Luke warm food from the same McDonald’s just a mile away. A few drivers have done exactly the right thing and the food has been piping hot!!! So it can be done. Responsiblety to your customers!!!!

Item missing. The guy didn’t use the hot bag, I left instructions to use the hot bag, zipped and the hot food and cold drinks separated. He just carried the food over in their paper bags!!! I asked if he’d read my instructions and he said “ no! But I promise I will next time”!!! I order a lot and often they don’t use the heat bags. I tell them and they don’t bother!!!! They need telling. They are in the service industry and should get these things write!!! But they don’t often the food is cold.

Order totally wrong and your just left hanging with the only option sending an email to just eat when spent over £50 is disgusting

Cold and the driver was rude when I pointed out he should use a heat bag and store the cold drinks separate from the hot food, I've worked for "Lets Eat" before in New York, and my friends and I always made sure to do this, out of respect for the cus

The order came and the food was Right the only problem was the drink was wrong I asked for a chocolate milkshake it says it on the order receipt but I received a slush I wish Burger King would get orders Right also there was no straw with the drink quite disappointed

I didn't get the order I paid for. I think you guys need to really reorientare your delivery personnel. I had a code to confirm delivery and also indicate where I was on the map at the hospital but never got my order. this is wrong and absolute outrageous. I think a call should have been placed across to me just to confirm my identity and availability before delivery. Since I didn't have my order, can I have my refund please. thanks.

the food was stone cold and the burgers were super dry and black from being burnt to a crisp. stay away and order from McDonald's instead.

No mayo (which was paid for and on receipt) no straws (again..) will not be coming back.

It never got sent the restaurant accepted the order and it never got to the stage of the driver collecting it, however they took my money for it.

It's hard to review food that didn't even arrive. Tried to call the restaurant to chase up and no reply. Phone appeared dead.

Portion size was rediculous, paid extra for large loaded chips and got a ludicrously small portion of chips which would have been small even if it wasn’t listed as large. Just eats customer service is abysmal when reported.

No Breakfasts!! even with McDonalds closed for weeks!! Two double bacon burgers at 10 mins after opening, hardly any staff , no customers , the food was tepid at best, so when was it cooked ?? Expected it to be warm at least, cost nearly £15!!! NEVER buy again , similar at McDonlalds hot , tasty and half the price, very dissatisfied.

A bacon double with no bacon or cheese or sauce. I may aswell of chewed on gandis flip flop. Other burger was absolutely fine. All warm-hot food. Delivery man pleasant and timely. Just a really bad Bacon Double.
