The food was stone cold and went straight in the bin. I won’t be ordering again. Total waste of money

Cold and the driver was rude when I pointed out he should use a heat bag and store the cold drinks separate from the hot food, I've worked for "Lets Eat" before in New York, and my friends and I always made sure to do this, out of respect for the cus

Order totally wrong and your just left hanging with the only option sending an email to just eat when spent over £50 is disgusting

The order came and the food was Right the only problem was the drink was wrong I asked for a chocolate milkshake it says it on the order receipt but I received a slush I wish Burger King would get orders Right also there was no straw with the drink quite disappointed

I didn't get the order I paid for. I think you guys need to really reorientare your delivery personnel. I had a code to confirm delivery and also indicate where I was on the map at the hospital but never got my order. this is wrong and absolute outrageous. I think a call should have been placed across to me just to confirm my identity and availability before delivery. Since I didn't have my order, can I have my refund please. thanks.

the food was stone cold and the burgers were super dry and black from being burnt to a crisp. stay away and order from McDonald's instead.

No mayo (which was paid for and on receipt) no straws (again..) will not be coming back.

It never got sent the restaurant accepted the order and it never got to the stage of the driver collecting it, however they took my money for it.

It's hard to review food that didn't even arrive. Tried to call the restaurant to chase up and no reply. Phone appeared dead.

The food came on time however the burger was slightly warm but still okay the milkshake was perfect the driver was freindly and polite

Portion size was rediculous, paid extra for large loaded chips and got a ludicrously small portion of chips which would have been small even if it wasn’t listed as large. Just eats customer service is abysmal when reported.

No Breakfasts!! even with McDonalds closed for weeks!! Two double bacon burgers at 10 mins after opening, hardly any staff , no customers , the food was tepid at best, so when was it cooked ?? Expected it to be warm at least, cost nearly £15!!! NEVER buy again , similar at McDonlalds hot , tasty and half the price, very dissatisfied.

A bacon double with no bacon or cheese or sauce. I may aswell of chewed on gandis flip flop. Other burger was absolutely fine. All warm-hot food. Delivery man pleasant and timely. Just a really bad Bacon Double.

Arrived here due to mcdonald's having technical difficulties and a power outage was most surprised by the size of the meals and the taste far better than mcdonald's.

So... We've all had these burgers that looks nothing like the pictures, right? This is the closest I've seen a Burger King (or McDonald's) get to it. Mainly because the salad elements aren't just tiny scraps of limp rubbish. Actually having real slices of onion really make a burger taste nicer IMHO 🤷‍♂️ Look, it's still BK, but it's better than others we've had... My only gripe are all the signs telling you that you must use the touchscreens to place your order 😒 But you can't use them to order any of the speciality burgers/food, nor off-menu items! Having such messages, along the lines of (I'm making this up, it's more about the sentiment) "go order your food elsewhere", "we don't talk to the public" is just wrong. Anywho, if you like BK, this has been the best we've had 🤷‍♂️ Who even knew it's possible? Not me, that's the only reason for this review 🤣

Recommended by a friend. Food was far tastier than MacDonalds and service not so rushed. Fairly new place so pretty quiet. All in all a good find.

Enjoyed our Vegan Royal burger here, it was really good and tasty, far superior to the McDonald's veggie burger. The chips were nice and crispy and not at all greasy and it was all served hot.

Burger Kings are an enigma to me. The burgers are better than at McDonalds if made properly. The last BK I went to at a motorway services was an utter discgrace. Filthy, cold food, staff who you knew wanted you to f$ck off. I vowed not to give them my business again, but I went to the Willerby one because my daughters insisted. It was very good. (Almost) completely clean, chav-free and friendly staff. More importantly the food was nice, and relatively warm. (I found the onion rings a bit bland though.) I'd go back.

Really really slow service despite being the only customer on a sunday lunchtime, other than an online order. No cup lids.

I love burger king, their burgers are so tasty. This branch is one of the best I've been to, the restaurant is clean tidy smells nice and the staff although only two of them, were very polite kind and a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend eating here especially as clean 👌

Unfortunately, I have to give Willerby Burger King a star or I can’t leave a review!! I arrived with my 10 year old daughter, placed our order and paid. We went to the toilet, came out and food was ready!! We sat down to eat, she took a bite out of her chips and they were stone cold. I went back to the counter, were I proceeded to tell a member of staff (Mason) the chips are cold. He shook me off at first, then when I questioned what wasn’t he taking the chips, he started to argue back about me being in the toilet for 10 minutes!! It hadn’t even been 5 minutes since I’d ordered the food. I said are you not going to change them, his answer was ‘no, because it was me that was in the wrong’ he them started to mutter stuff under his breath and roll his eyes at me!! Luckily, another member of staff came over to see what the disturbance was about and replaced the chips!! Even a young lad in there was shocked by his response!! In all my days of been in hospitality, have I ever witnessed any member of staff speak to a customer like that!! Totally rude, unprofessional and disrespectful!! I am local, I can see why this restaurant was empty and there were no costumers!! I would never recommend or return to this place and our family is a big fan of Burger King!! After reading the other reviews, turns out I’m not the person thinking this!! Such a same!!

How a standardised meal can be made so well in most other Burger Kings and SO POORLY in this one, is a genuine mystery to me. I received two cold over cooked burgers in a bun with still chilled cheese slices on top. With poor food and the appalling state of the place I can honestly say that this is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Avoid the place.
