Domino's Pizza - Market Weighton in East Riding of Yorkshire

I order a pizza collected it but the box was open at one end not fastened just got out of the shop and it shot out of the non fastened end I went back in they were very rude blaming me the lady was very arrogant and bad mannered the manager was a little better in the end I held my ground and he made me another one smaller then I ordered No customer service rude bad manners they all need training and explaining how to look after customers I am a retail manager of 40 years and no way have we treated customers like that Shocking and totally unacceptable I am contacting there head office to make a formal complaint

Collected a pizza and the dough was raw still, so called up and got a replacement sent out and it wasn’t much better, plus looks like they just threw the toppings on. Having worked for the company before I can honestly say the standards are far below what they’re expected to be!

Rang to ask them to make a 1/2 and 1/2 pizza... was told that they 'aren't able'. What? Just put some toppings on half, not the other half. Is it that hard? Dominos has really gone down hill.

I had a problem with my payment and was owed a refund. The after sales customer service was outstanding. Usually when trying to get money back from anyone it's a huge struggle. In this case it was quick and easy absolutely no fuss. Thank you for the excellent service.

Do not order through Uber eats or direct they send the wrong order smaller than you paid for take your money and hide behind Uber Rip off is not the word Do not order

One star is to much.i have seen the delivery person on a bike all in dark clothing and no lights on his bike.

Used to be great. But service is rubbish. App says delivered before I even receive my food. Waited over 1 hour. Absolute joke.

i ordered pizza to be ready for 12 15 on a lunch break so only had 30 minutes and got there and it wasnt ready till 12 25! i had to stand and wait for 10 minutes!!! not acceptable for lunch service

Bad experience ordering Domino's Pizza from the market weighton store After waiting half an hour, the app still didn’t show the food was past the prep stage On calling the store this was confirmed and I was offered a free garlic bread, i said never mind a free garlic bread, what about your 30 minute guarantee on the website? It says the pizza is free if you wait past 30 minutes! dominos Reply “it doesn’t work like that” Ok. Frustrated, I cancelled the order, it was cancelled but I’m yet to receive the refund…? I have emailed support and received no reply This was supposed to be a nice treat and has turned into a sour taste! Avoid

Ordered 2 medium pizzas for delivery, the delivery process was fantastic however, the pizzas were terrible, very greasy and very bland. Not sure if it’s under new management but the pizzas are certainly no where near as good as they used to be. I don’t think we will be ordering again from the Market Weighton store.

Every time I order it’s wrong. Ordered the festival saver, it was missing my sides orders.

i ordered a stuffed crust and a margarita and the stuffed crust had holes in and was raw in parts, and the margarita was burnt to the point the crust crumbled and there was barely any tomato puree on them at all

Market weighton domino’s used to be SO GOOD. Amazing delivery, amazing pizzas, everything on time, hot, as it should be. And we order all the time as it is the only place we can get guaranteed good delivery in Pocklington. But recently, we’ve had nothing but issues. Every single time we order it’s stressful. Either no delivery available, we’ve received the wrong order and the delivery guy had to swap the orders over then they were cold and someone else had opened our pizza, over 2 hour waits, when we call the branch they either don’t answer or don’t have a clue what they’re on about. I don’t want to, but we will have to stop using them!!!! Fuming. I wish I could put 0 stars to be honest

Ordered CHOCOLATE COVERED doughballs.. I received the dough balls - without the chocolate. How difficult is it to forget the main ingredient?

Ordered 7.30 didn't arrive until 9.50, cold, squeezed into a smaller than should be box and falling apart. Had called several times and even offered to pick up ourselves. I was polite when calling, but he put the phone down once, so I had to call back. Missing part of order when arrived. Terrible service, dismissive attitude.

Ordered the Christmas pizza it’s just a sloppy mess rang the store and sadly the language barrier made it difficult to communicate. After describing the state of my pizza I was ask ‘what I want’. Let’s hope I actually get a replacement not holding my breath. Such a shame I used to like using this store seems to have gone badly down hill.

Always late on delivery and not the first time it has happened. Why state 25-30 minutes for delivery on the app if you can’t meet this?

Food is always as to be expected with Domino’s. This branch however, on more than one occasion have I been left waiting roughly 2 hours for my order and have had to call multiple times. Only to be met with an obnoxious manager who wouldn’t answer questions or even advise as to how long the order would be.

Hmm, no delivery service on offer when I rang. I'm sure it was just a staffing issue. They're usually pretty good

My wife ordered pizza from the dominos, however when we received our order, it was wrong. Has put me off ordering from them

ordered a pizza cost 100 pounds how is legal it should be fraud one look at the online pictures you think wow that looks good you see the prices you think to yourself thees people are known for pizza its got to be good but i was wrong felt like id eaten a bar of soup dipped in ketchup by far my worst experience in life and the fact that they continue to scam everyday people like use reading this review is morally wrong the domino folk need to get a new job

Over priced average quality pizza.

Didn't go!!! Got a delivery last week, food was good but only just warm, as opposed to the previous delivery, when the food was hot!

Pizza was gorgeous when it was finally ready,but the service was very poor. Staff were chatting to another customer without serving anyone. My partner stood waiting for a long time about 30 min partly because of that. When he said that he was on his way to work the other customer gave him attitude and his pizza ended up being mysteriously dropped on the floor and had to be remade.

We’ve ordered from here for the past 2 years and food delivered always hot and well packed Excellent delivery time as we can track the order online and delivery driver Excellent pizza for myself, Meateor and veggie supreme Always tip the driver as these guys are always friendly and polite I suppose not everyone has had the same experience but we’ve never had an issue

Worst dominos I've ever been to, absolutely disgraceful, whoever put this in a box needs sacking

Placed an delivery this evening.15 minutes later get told delivery will be over an hour.So had to go collect myself.No apology for the inconvenience or any complimentary food or drink for this,and was told my delivery charge I'd get back in 5 to 10 working days (not likely) Would never use again.As my wife has had issues with this particular store a few months ago.Poorly run

Always nice, our go to for domino's.

My "local" Domino's, its a 45 min round trip but we still do it, good staff, good food and the offers make it good value

Over rated pizza for the price I won't be going back.

Staff not reading the orders correctly , asked for no tomato base , picked it up , got back home to find it had tomato base on it :( Ask for it to be delivered was told they could but 1h 40 mins Went back no Apology , bad customer service

Twice we have ordered and twice after the payment has gone through we have received phone calls saying oh by the way it is going to be 2 hours

Lovely staff, good selection of deals and has vegan options available, but if you have an allergy etc be aware of cross contamination.

Excellent pizza best I've had in a while

I have ordered from this Dominos 3 times. The first order was great. The next two orders not so good. We are vegetarian in my house and whenever we have ordered, we always do a 'create your own' as we don't like the 'standard' vegetarian/vegan pizzas. When we ordered the second time, we had friends over who are meat eaters so when we found pieces of meat (I think I might have been beef) in our veggie pizza we just gave it to our friends.The second time we didn't have friends over and we found pieces of meat on more than 2 slices of pizza (chicken pieces and it would have been really hard to spot the chicken as it looked almost like the pineapple on the pizza). This was really off putting. We usually pick up our pizza, not delivered as we prefer to order and go into Tesco then collect on our way home. I would say the customer service is great. The workers are really friendly whenever we've gone to pick up the pizza so they get a 1 star for that. I can't say the experience of finding meat in a veggie pizza is nice though, that's why I am not giving them a high rating. I can't say I will never order from here again as I probably will because the potato wedges are really good, but if there are any vegetarians reading this, just be weary.

I keep on ordering burger sauce on my pizza as extra topping, they always forget about it, makes the experience disappointing a bit. Otherwise, delivery guys are always super polite.

Cannot (and would not) make a lactose free pizza. Would of been acceptable 5 years ago but others are now ahead of the game.

I've always found Dominos ridiculously expensive, so it's only worth it if you have a discount code. Last time we ordered from here, the pizza was really nice but the wedges and chicken strips were not cooked fully and therefore not enjoyable.

Since complain about the price but look for offers you get through the post or online. Try the Pouch extension for Chrome that will give you all the latest voucher codes. Can't complain about how delicious their pizzas and sides after though. Delivery is always on time. A guilty pleasure now and again.
