Literally the best sandwich shop around for miles. I work all over Yorkshire and have tried a lot of sandwich shops and none come close to this one for me. 11/10 food 11/10 staff please never change 💛

Tapas style food drip fed to table. Took 30 mins for our drinks order to arrive and a further 30 mins for some bread and pesto. Onion bhajis were a little large for my taste and smelled burned but were good. Halloumi was nice. Marsala cod couldn't taste marsala but was tasty none the less. Truffle chips came after this main course which was an odd timing. Wife had some sort of meat which she enjoyed. Larger not sold in pints but 3/4 pints. Drinks expensive by comparison. If possible get seated upstairs as downstairs lacks atmosphere. Service was slow to start as mentioned above. Was nice to spend some quality time kid free so overall enjoyed the night Neal cost £90 which was probably £20 too much to be honest.

What a lovely place this is for Sunday Lunch. Not been before and stumbles across this lovely pub. Offering a carvery and normal menu. The Broccoli cheese on the carvery was to die for. Moist turkey too. 10/10 would recommend. Hats off to the chefs.

Came for new years and although the food was very nice, I felt the service was lacking, especially in comparison with 22 the square in CrossHills. We had meatballs and creamy mushrooms to start. Both were delicious. Followed by two pasta dishes- one carbonara, one mushroom pasta. The food was really lovely. We did need to ask for things a few times e.g water and cocktails. And it didnt feel the staff are as friendly as its Crosshills counterpart.

called last night got regular fish and chips twice with scraps and large curry sauce, smallest fish I have ever seen, approx 20 luke warm chips per portion, and as for the scraps could of counted them on two hands, (there free and usually get binned at end of night why be tight with them????) curry sauce was in large container a third full, and the cost was £20 plus, all in a bag and handed to you only realised how poor it was when I got home and opened it all. AVOID ITS A RIP OFF, LOT OF MONEY FOR VERY LITTLE WILL NOT BE RETURNING Seen reply from owner will not be taking up offer of replacement meal, things happen, staff not doing there job, don't know portion size ????? etc etc never had the same problem at any other fish shop if anything you get more then enough chips and scraps as they ae the cheapest to produce, what I had last night was taking the micky
