Pizza Hut in Calderdale

Rating 5* as the food was good, an error on Just Eats behalf meant that no driver collected the food, the team rang and updated me and gave me a few options and apologised. After another 10 mins the order was on its way and it was really nice. Thank you to the team for the voucher for the delay 🙂

We were served by Sam and Isobel on Saturday. It was very busy and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. We went for a buffet and there was a good choice of fresh hot pizzas, hot pasta and fresh salad with plenty sauces. We thoroughly enjoyed it - the staff are a credit.

Zak and Sam were fabulous, Zak was very attentative and 10/10 for service. Sam did a brilliant job of greeting us in. Thank you.

Must mention Zak he was great, when I was about to leave due to the on line ordering (Arrrggg!!) he took our order like a normal restuarant. OK, food is well presented, salad is fresh and plentiful, ice cream is great. The pizza well it's American style that is thick crust and lots of toppings. I know that some people love this, our grandson did but I prefer Italian style pizza - personal choice at the end of the day.

Zak was our waiter and he was very attentive to our needs. He was very friendly and helpful.

Visited at lunchtime time today - sevice delivered by Sam was excellent. She was attentive throughout our meal, polite and super friendly - not just to ourselves but with every customer that was dining. 10/10.

Been a few time over the past few months and been lucky enough to have Sam each time helping us! The service is excellent and nothing is ever to much of a bother. Very family orientated making sure the kids are happy 😊 we will be back

Really great place, you can clearly tell, they put care and effort into the customers satisfaction. The food also perfectly prepared and very satisfied by the atmospher and how clean it is. Definitely will be back and recommending.

Friday Lunchtime Was quiet but warm and clean Not a great fan of the order your own food and pay online process but our limited interactions with Sam were great.

Popped in for lunch buffet. All was fine but special mention for Sam and Courtney who are absolutely lovely. Friendly and Helpful.

Had the lunchtime buffet which was well stocked and pizza's coming out on a regular basis. Salad bar stocked continuously. Staff very attentive, especially Sam.

Wow i will never step foot in a pizza hut aslong as i live me and my wife was given x2 glasses that had not seen a dish washer in its life the atmosphere was shocking to say the least myself and my wife was served by sam and courney it felt like was been watched

We came to Halifax Pizza Hut for our son’s 5th Birthday. The food was as lovely as it always is, but the stand out thing was the amazing service from Sam and Phoebe. They were attentive, polite and went the extra mile bringing our son’s Birthday cake out for him (and rectifying my ordering error!). Thank you to you both! ❤️

This place is AMAZING 🤩 with great food at an amazing price. Service was quick which all ways helps with kids. A lovely and nice waitress called Sam helped with online ordering and checking if we was ok.

When we arrived at Pizza Hut, there was limited parking available. Once in the restaurant, we were told there would be a 20-minute wait. When we got a table, the service was abrupt and parrot fashion. We noticed there were a number of tables that needed clearing of dirty plates, etc. around us. We had been told to order our food selection by scanning the QR code and cash not accepted, payment by card only .... self-service pizza Hut! Luckily, we had a tech savvy 14-year-old with us to order our food and make payment. Two of us ordered the lunchtime buffet, and one ordered a pizza from the menu. 3 empty glasses were brought to our table, and we were pointed in the direction of the self-service cold drinks dispenser. The single pizza arrived, and the two of us who had ordered the buffet sat waiting patiently for salad bowls or further instruction. Eventually, we managed to get the attention of one of the limited waitress staff who told us to help ourselves to bowls and salad. Some of the salad compartments were empty and required refilling. Time for the pizza buffet, and what a disappointment. The kitchen couldn't keep up with demand. After queueing twice for 2 slices of pizza that looked worse for wear, we gave up. Bring back staff instead of tech Pizza Hut. Customer service zero, lunchtime buffet food quantity and quality zero, atmosphere zero, cleanliness zero.

Sam and Zak thumbs up very good service. Overall a nice experience. Just need more Margherita but that's just being picky

Myself and my family visited tonight. Served by Sam & Erin. We were delighted with the service. Nothing was too much. The food was fresh!! Salad bar was topped up and fresh. Thanks ladies

Food was fab, unfortunately a little slow to bring pizzas out for the buffet.

Even though it was busy, our food and drinks came quickly and was tasty and hot. Our waitresses Sam and Phoebe looked after us really well. They showed patience and empathy when we had difficulty ordering our food on line and were a great help. Overall a nice experience. Will be going again soon.

Pizza Hut buffet is really good. Many options for pizza and ice cream is really nice with toppings and sauce. Sam was great in welcoming my group to a table and quickly sorting us out with drinks.

For our Christmas Lunch at Joseph Dobson & Sons Ltd, we, again, unanimously opted for Pizza Hut Charlestown Road Halifax. Scott was extremely helpful at organising our 24 large pizzas and soft drinks. Pizzas were hot and bang on time. We all thank you Pizza Hut for a fantastic lunch. See you next year :)

Rang and ordered a pizza and garlic bread to take out. Was quoted £26. Declined this due to ridiculous price. Rang the nearby Halifax Rd branch near Bradford to find the exact same order to be £15.50. For takeaway I’d avoid this branch in future and always drive the extra 2 miles to save over £10. Can’t understand how the prices differ so much for the same food.

Sam who took my order was very polite. There was a mixup with order base but it still came quick so I was pleased. No complaints good food although I should've got dessert when first ordered to save cash.
