Sam was amazing happy to help with anything we needed. As soon as a plate was empty Sam was there to take it away.

Me, hubby & our two grandchildren popped in for an early lunch for a special treat day out together…….our grandchildren’s plates, bowls & cups were emptied with delight! We had a super server called Sam and she was “helpful & kind” according to our granddaughter and our grandson agreed “I had a best day” Thank you Sam for your attentive service and suggestions……thanks PizzaHut for hot tasty fresh food and a great lunch time for our soecial treat day out! I took a last minute trip to eureka and decided to stop off at Pizza Hut on Charleston road. We were served by Sam who was very friendly and great with my Daughter who only wanted to devour the pasta and ice cream bar. She informed us of the best options and was very helpful with our order. Atmosphere was great for a Friday afternoon and all in all was a great experience.

I would highly recommend a visit to this Pizza Hut restaurant. We were served by Sam who was absolutely lovely and ensured that we had a pleasant experience whilst we were there.

This time round it wasn't a nice as normal seemed rushed and hardly any topping it was a deep base it just felt very dry

We were served by two wonderful waitresses called Sam & Niamh who explained everything we needed to know about their service. Nothing was too much for them as they were so tentative and made sure everything was as it should be. Well done girls and thank you for making our experience at Pizza Hut Halifax a pleasure.

Sam and Erin were very polite and considerate. My wife has noise sensitivity so Erin kindly moved us to a less noisy area. The food was to the standard I expect whenever we visit Pizza Hut. Nice enough with fresh salad.

It's a Pizza Hut on a retail park, so we weren't expecting much, but the buffet pizzas were refreshed regularly and tasted pretty good. Salad bar was reasonably clean and well kept. Server Sam was lovely, and helpful.

Very overpriced for what it is. I’ve never bothered with Pizza Hutt before as I’ve always thought it was quite a lot to pay for pizza, but my little sister wanted to go for her birthday so I thought that maybe it’s really good pizza and decided to give it a try. I got the meat feast and I decided do treat myself to the cheesy garlic bites as I thought they sounded really good, this cost me £35: I have never paid this much for a pizza before. The pizza came and I was very underwhelmed. Hardly any cheese, the meat was dry, and the cheesy garlic bites had hardly any cheese and I could barely taste the garlic: it just tasted like bread with a tiny bit of cheese. I also want to point out that my throat hurts a little due to how dry one of the cheese bites was. I don’t mind paying extra money if it’s worth it, I order domino’s quite often and this is expensive, but good quality, and I don’t want to be too harsh, but my local takeaway does a really nice meat feast full of cheese, nice meat and a cheesy stuffed crust for around £10-£15. Will not return as the cost is not worth it. Service was okay, my sisters pizza was wrong so they had to remake it, but the time hers arrived I had finished, her desert was also delivered to the wrong table, but that’s an honest mistake and staff were friendly.

Sam went above and beyond when there was a sudden power cut just after we ordered. Lovely hot pizza. Very friendly service . Power was only off for a few minutes.

The lady who served us, Sam was absolutely brilliant, fast and efficient. The other young girls spent more time on their phone in the back and leaning then doing anything else. The food on the other hand is of very poor quality. Turned the pizza over and it was raw. What is going on in this store.

We were served by Sam and Isobel on Saturday. It was very busy and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. We went for a buffet and there was a good choice of fresh hot pizzas, hot pasta and fresh salad with plenty sauces. We thoroughly enjoyed it - the staff are a credit. And a shout out to Fergus the chef and Phoebe at front of house! Good team who always get the food and order perfect x

I mapped the driver & he went all the up to the hills of Halifax before bringing my food to me, it was freezing cold by the time it got here. That's not good service when Pizza Hut is only two miles from my house.
