The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Northowram and Shelf Calderdale Yorkshire and The Humber

We were greeted with a very warm welcome . Great choice of menu. We had a wait but it was clear, when our food arrived, that it was because everything was freshly prepared from really fresh, good quality ingredients. Strangely, given the excellent food, it was very quiet. People need to get in there & try the wonderful food , then, the atmosphere will be so much better. We shall certainly return & will be recommending to friends and family.

A quality breakfast at an excellent price. Plenty free parking spots. Pleasant polite staff. Relaxing environment.

We chose Shibden Mill Inn for a post theatre meal and we weren’t disappointed. Lovely location backed up with excellent service and food. We will try the hotel next time and make a night of it.

Lovely place to visit , nice walk surrounded by wild life . Train very popular , lovely driver . Play area for younger visitors . Cafe food average and expensive , hence lots of people having picnics . Not allowed to use tables near cafe to eat your own food . Make sure you pay for parking , wardens patrol and ticket you if you don’t . Biggest disappointment is lack of toilet facilities near cafe - they are always locked. Would like to know is responsible for unlocking these toilets so visitors can use them . Cafe workers not interested when asked , just direct you up to the ones at Shibden hall a long walk up hill .
