Stayed her last year and it seemed much cleaner and the staff seemed a lot more friendlier than this year. The receptionist was very welcoming but the rooms were not as clean as last year. We had an evening meal which was not as good as last year and the staff did not seem to be enjoying their work. The rooms are really hot but they do provide a fan. Breakfast was okay and the waiter was really nice and friendly.

We went for dinner and booked a table for 5 o'clock. I'd consider this a main meal time, but the carvery had already run out of beef. I asked when the next joint would be ready and was told 45 minutes. The vegetables were not even lukewarm, had been sat that long they were dried out, the cauliflower had been cooked to the point where it turned to mush, the yorkshire puds were so dry you couldn't cut them, and when pulled apart by hand they shattered into pieces. As for the macaroni cheese, I'd be embarrassed to serve it. It was so dried out it was almost inedible. It is the last time my family will go that is for sure. The only plus was the pleasant and helping staff seating you and taking drink orders.

I had previously been here after a long walk on the canal and the ham sandwich was lovely service was good the only thing my freind and I were concerned about was the lack of salt you had to ask for that and mayonise, no salad cream either. However on this occasion the ham sandwich was disgusting there was no ham to say the least it was like mashed up tuna no sliced ham like the first visit. So I stated that the sandwich was different and felt there was a lack of ham in the sandwich the young girl just said well that’s it but if you want I can get you some where making me somewhat greedy when this wasn’t the case at all just lack of ham in general, I then took a teaspoon and managed to scrape the ham of the sandwich and this just filed the teaspoon which was half of the sandwich. Will not be returning after this bad experience there was no way that was a portion of filling for a ham sandwich If management want I’m happy to discuss the reviews photo will be added

Okay so we have used this take away a lot over the last year or so - mainly as my son loves curries and we don't mind too much either ! anyways after having so many lovely dishes from here and my son being back from travelling this week we decided to treat him - but oh what a bad idea - we have just had the most awful delivery of food firstly my daughter doesn't like spicy food as much as us so went for a mixed kebab and cheesy chips - the cheesy chips were put in the microwave in the foam box and it was melted all over the chips blended in with the cheese ! straight in the bin after the first mouthful as she had more box than cheese! - I started to eat my beloved Vindaloo - and oh my goodness the chicken sprang back on each bite so much that my jaw hurt - it was clearly re-heated but even then it was stone cold - in fact everything was - we only live some 3 minute drive from the takeaway so no distance excuses - the whole experience was poor - please sort that out or you will soon find that people won't use you - I was so disappointed as I was looking forward to it - very sad !

I recently used ASDA's Click and Collect service and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I had scheduled a pickup time for my groceries, but when I arrived, I ended up waiting for over an hour to receive my order. This delay was incredibly frustrating, especially as I had chosen this service specifically for its supposed convenience and time-saving benefits. The lack of communication from the staff only added to the frustration. I had to repeatedly inquire about the status of my order, and each time I was met with vague responses and no clear resolution. It felt as if my concerns were being dismissed rather than addressed. This is not the first time I've encountered issues with ASDA's Click and Collect service. As a delivery driver, my time is incredibly valuable, and such delays and poor service impact my ability to perform my job effectively. I understand that occasional delays can happen, but the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. I hope ASDA can improve their Click and Collect service in the future to prevent other customers from experiencing such inconvenience.

Me impresionó mucho. Bonito bar para sentarse
