I was dining with someone in a wheelchair and they reserved a table with easy access. They also removed a chair to allow the wheelchair to be kept out of everyone else's way.

Went here for a small gathering for celebrating birthday, the food was excellent I had the carvery which although I couldn't get more meat, I could have as much vegetables and cheesy potatoes I wanted and I did, I went back for thirds.

I have visited here a few times recently and at least twice we were told we had to order our food by 8pm (normally 9pm) as the chef was going home as he was on his own…. I even witnessed people being turned away despite them having a table booked…:. Maybe hire more staff or change the food hours

Visited today and have to say, we had absolutely amazing service from Pam in the kids area. Absolute credit to the place. Pam made sure every child ( and adult ) was catered for. It was like going to a family members house, Pam was very nice and knowledgeable and had time for everyone. Pam definately made this trip the next level and is an absolutely amazing lady.

Waited over 2 hours for food, major problems in communication between ordering and kitchen, poor waitress in tears ( not from grief from us ) no one taking responsibility. Will not return.

Friendly staff and really nice breakfast. Particular mention to Amie who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed as a group, regularly checking back to see if we needed anything, and always with a smile.

Went today with our grand kids. They had the kids meal which were fine but we had the carvery and was dissatisfied with the offerings. Due to a delivery problem There was no Yorkshire puddings and the veg choice was very sparse. They were closing the carvery down and I asked if it was time to close it and the young lad said we’re closing it because it dosnt look very appealing with there being a short supply of food and yet we still got charged the full price. Not impressed

Came for breakfast and despite being so busy James took his time and effort to ensure we had a lovely visit. Will definitely be returning.

EDIT: Gave these another go as they are under new management and it's a whole lot better. The staff are friendly and welcoming, everything is explained upon arrival. It was a Sunday and they do a carvery which was pretty good. The seating area was at capacity but food was available for all tables which was a pleasant surprise as usually at capacity most pubs do booking only. The only reason I gave it another try after an abysmal experience is because I heard it was under new management 👍🏻 otherwise I would not have returned, keep up the good work guys and remember, a smile goes a long way ☺️

Staying at the prem in next door so popped in for a few drinks and ended up having food too staff were really friendly and chatty and the sharing platters we got were really good value and liked by all who had them

Working away from home, I had a couple of nights in the premier inn next door and used the pub for my evenings.

Walked in young gentleman welcomed us asked if we had booked? Said no and then asked how many? I said 3 an asked if we had any food allergies, took us down to our table and said go to the bar when ready to order. Was served by a young lady again very polite and we ordered. Waited about 15 to 20 minute for food but drinks got right away, very polite service and food I got the 8oz steak with salad, son Brewers hot dog dinner, wife Prawn cocktail and side salad. Food was very well presented and delicious so overall well pleased and can fully recommend, prices affordable and reasonable certainly go again.

Went for my Wife's birthday meal on Saturday. table booked for 7pm. Placed our order at the bar and got our drinks ten minutes later. Our food finally arrived at 8:40pm. An hour and a half later!!!! Apparently our order didn't get through to the kitchen! No apology from the waitress or visit from the manager. We also asked twice for the aircon to be turned down, but this was ignored. We complained to the manager after the meal, and although he apologised then it was very insincere and just said that this had happened a few times!! if this was the case, then he should have made it his job to check. We will certainly NOT be going back and would strongly recommend others to think again.

Price of food to the quality is shocking won't be going back there again

Lee was amazing and we had the best service, along with a lady with brown hair that offered to take our pictures etc they went above and beyond for our families 80th birthday ! Will definitely be returning

You pay for what you get and as far as brewers fayre goes this is a good one. It was very clean and the food well cooked .. toilet locks and flush could have done with a little attention

Don't have any gluten free options apart from egg chips and beans......in this day and age with people who have allergies that are medical conditions you really need to be looking at alternative options....not rocket science....think about it.

Been coming in years, was told a child was too big for soft play, not too tall but too big. Rude staff I wouldn’t mind but there was adults and larger children in the play area. But they are friends with the manager so that’s okay I guess. One rule for management friends and family and another rule for customers. I would avoid.

Love going to my local Brewers Fayre, The Dalesway. Always a pleasant visit and lovely food

Went for Mother's Day, food was top quality, staff was lovely both in and out of the play area. Carvery was gorgeous and generous, highly recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights as a fase to see the area. Bedroom was as expected, clean and functional, bar area was nice enough although seemed very short staffed, toilets very dirty. Breakfast was buffet style, plenty of choice and good value.

Visited today for the first time with a colleague for lunch and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish, nice atmosphere and staff were great and the food was very good ..I recommend The Smothered Platter.... Will definitely dine there again.

Love this Brewers Fare . Gets a 10 out of 10 for me .

The staff were great, the hotel about average, this was our second stay, but what I thought must have been a one off also happened this time, the restaurant and bar close very early. We were told the cook was finishing at 8:30 pm, and the bar was closing at 9:30 pm. I think that's very poor, and it will influence where I stay stay next time I'm in the area.

Took the granddaughters there for breakfast on 20 Jan 2024 and as normal everything was greatly enjoyed. We were welcomed by Jamie who had a lovely smile on his face and even met a different member of staff who normally hides away behind the scenes Josh. Always good to be able to tell them face to face what a lovely time we have had and how the food has been delicious. Only one thing though. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you

Absolutely dire food and service. it's a shame, bc the staff at the premier inn were so nice. But the experience at the restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner was the worst I have ever experienced. this has definitely deterred me from staying at the Premier Inn. Breakfast on Monday had to be early, because of morning meetings. The staff tried to tell me the restaurant wasn't serving because of chef not turning in. despite the fruit, toast and cereals, tea etc on display. A short conversation later I was helping myself to fruit and toast.. Monday Dinner around 5:30pm. the waiting staff instructed me not to wonder into the restaurant and had to stand at the door while she wondered off. A short while later a young waitress came over and told me to sit anywhere.. The first waitress must have been on a power trip! Ordered steak chips and salad, asked for nothing else but steak chips and salad. I got, steak, tomato, peas, peppercorn sauce and three day old re heated chips. Just how the waiter had the nerve to check on me to see if everything was alright is beyond comprehension. another short conversation! Tuesday breakfast, the waiter stood at the bar checking his watch as I walked in at 06.25 and claimed the restaurant wasn't open- despite fruit, toast etc. This is not a holiday hotel restaurant . the hotel and restaurant are there to cater mostly for commercial contractors and business people mid week. The attitude of the entire restaurant staff was as though they were on a mission to prevent the client from getting what they had paid for. food and service ( allegedly )

Had a breakfast this morning. Every part of breakfast was good except the Bacon. It was terrible dry as old leather. Only thing you could taste was old oil taste. Tasted like it had been cooked hours earlier and warmed through before serving. It was inedible. Would I go again never. I wouldn't go for lunch or dinner, because, if you can't cook bacon, could I trust a steak cooked by them

Went for the Christmas Day meal and everything was top class. We were seated in a very busy environment and everybody was enjoying themselves around us. The food was both prepared and presented in an exceptional manner and I can only congratulate the staff on putting on a great effort for one and all. From reading past reviews ai felt ai had to write this one to put things in perspective and you always get an odd ball who wants to stand out and look for attention and finish up embarrassing both themselves and their ‘friends.’ When does booking go on line fir 2024!

Very disappointed Last week the food was fantastic and service good. So decided to take two more friends there. This week menus were given we chose and when we went to order we were told that everything we were ordering was not available so we had to re choose. After an hour our meal arrived - no mash potatoes, chips were substituted with no apology Food was not pleasant. Dried up and a pie that could have been a building brick! we had also ordered desserts and paid for them. . , after another long wait we were told that two of them were not available- we re chose and fifteen minutes later they arrived whilst waiting we watched two couples get up and leave after waiting for over an hour. We left feeling very disappointed. Won’t be back for a good long while.

The food was a typical hotel full English and continental breakfast but the staff were really struggling to keep things replenished.

As I am registered with Brewer’ Fayre for offers I had received a discount code. I was on my way to Yeadon Keighley was on my route soit seemed an ideal opportunity to take advantage of the offer The entrance was a little tricky to find so more lights outside would be useful. My wife and I were warmly greeted, shown to a table and left in peace to decide what we were to eat and drink which makes a change from some pushy waiter/waitress asking people what they want to drink before they’ve taken off their coats and sat down. We made our decisions, I went to the bar to order only to discover that the paper on which I had printed the discount code had gotten wet in a shunt we’d had on the way but the staff were highly accommodating and found a way to apply the discount. The food was delicious, the surroundings clean and tidy and all the staff were pleasant and solicitous. I would recommend Dalesway to all and we will certainly go again when in the area.

Booked for Christmas dinner on Christmas Day. Oh my word how dreadful. We were seated around the corner next to the kids play area with screen kids next to the toilets. The tables were small and crammed in with no festive decoration or effort other than a cheap cracker. We had pre ordered the food but found it it was a serve your self carvery. Most things were under the hot lamp hours and were dry, the roasts had been cremated - the Brussels however were not dry, they had managed to boil them several hours creating a green like mush. This food would be appalling even as pub food but for £53.99 was outrageous! Trip advisor meet dick Turpin! Save yourself money and stay away! Looking forward to the upset stomach tonight! Christmas ruined - cheers

Went for lunch on two occasions in the space of a week. On the first occasion I got the smothered platter which would of been ok if not for being "Smothered" in what I can only call processed cheese squares. It was over everything, it had set like plastic and tasted vile, peeled it all off and ate what was underneath this was also not brilliant. On the second occasion got the beef and ale pie which I ordered with chips, got mash so needed sending back. It was reasonable when it came back correct. I did feel sorry for my daughter, she got the "chicken tikka curry" which arrived in a deep dish. It was just a bowl of sauce with 5 small pieces of chicken in it? My daughter didn't want to complain so put her rice into the dish and battled on with it. Curry is definitely not the correct way to advertise this meal, maybe try selling it as Mulligatawney soup!! Atmosphere is lacking and service is ok at best, on listening to people around me they all had vouchers or meal deals which I suppose kept the price down (as I did). On a positive note, plenty of parking and the toilets were clean. Will stick to the Toby Carvery from now!!

We were disappointed, with both the quality of the food and the service. I have always thought the idea of booking a table was to give restaurants an idea of numbers, so they could get in staff accordingly. However that wasn't our experience. Service was very slow (we waited almost an for our main meal) We then had to ask about our dessert that failed to arrive. The actual food was OK, But "pigs in blankets" are supposed to be sausages wrapped in bacon, not sausages with bacon.

Good quality food nicely presented for a reasonable cost. Staff were very friendly and attentive. It is family focused with a play gym attached and a large car park. Can be noisy if there are lots of families and children so not ideal for a romantic meal for two.

We had our twins six birthday party here and can not recommend enough was brilliant and fantastic value for money... they made there day.

Normally have had a great experience. But last night the food was virtually all over cooked. I asked for the smothered platter with 4oz rumb steak(well done), but the chips, onion rings(raw in middle)were well done as well as the the steak.

This has become a regular spot for our lazy breakfast with being so close to home. Always good value for money especially when the grandchildren are with us. If you are a black pudding freak like me the one they serve is delicious and worth going for alone. We have met many of the staff but can only remember a few of their names which are Kim, Oliver, James and Lucy. Looking forward to meeting any one of them again this coming Sunday when we go for pre shopping breakfast. Also means we only end up eating one more meal that day due to being totally stuffed from breakfast. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Not the best Sunday lunch I've had but ok if your desperate. Coffee is self service, your given a cup at the bar and go to the coffee/drinks station to do it yourself. The pub had only been open 20mins and the coffee station was dirty, the milk jug was grubby, like it hadn't been washed properly, and the coffee was barely warm when it came out of the machine. All in all not a good experience, I can definitely say I wouldn't recommend the Sunday carvery or the coffee machine!.

Fantastic quality of food a great service. Food was delicious an d really enjoyed my time here, Slightly too much of a busy-buzzing atmosphere for myself but Will be calling back in again at a quieter time.

Came in so my little one could have a play and something to eat. Arrived a little early for the play area so waited around as it didn't open til 12. 12 came around and headed straight into the play area to find, stacks of dirty plates with left over food from them either from a party or the night before (vile). Dirty floor and dirty tables that hadn't been wiped down. Asked for our table to be wiped to be told it's not dirty it's the table but yet there were pieces of food on it.... when she came over to wipe the table turned to me and said "do you want to tell your little one to move so I can wipe the table" use your manners how about that! Also, there was a very strong smell of wee, and we couldn't understand where it was coming from.. anyway turns out it was just the woman that worked there that absolutely stank of it, please have a word with your staff about personal hygiene. And then to top it all off, the food finally came and I found a very long piece of hair it, well and truly put me off, the place and staff member were already on my nerves, so that just topped it off, the other lady was very apologetic and pleasant enough and offered a replacement, but had a refund instead.

Looks closed at night...no outside lights. Remote location. Can't rate food. Didn't eat here. But smells good and place is immaculately clean

Good place to bring the kids. It has a great soft play area and a well-secured outdoor playground. Good food options, bottomless soft drinks/coffee. There are some great choices on the kid's menu, too. They offer discounts for service personnel on food. Highly recommended.

There are some good offers at certain times and days of the week. For example 2 for 1offers and special deals before 6pm. Why not check out the online menu? The food is good quality and very nice. It's also not too far from our home so we will be going there again.

Can't fault anything to do with the customerservice, food, cocktails or staff. Nothing was too much trouble, every question was patiently answered and the food was delicious. Not only were we given the kindest and friendliest of welcomes for our evening meal, we were remembered at breakfast the following day... A truly wonderful night away to celebrate a friend's special birthday, which was also excellent value for money. Went for breakfast with my wife and daughter. We hadn’t booked, but James managed to get us seated with no problems. Food was lovely and plentiful, and James was friendly and polite throughout. Will definitely be returning.

Went for my youngest son's birthday and booked the play area for a private function. Also had the Saturday breakfast. My son and his friends had a fantastic time and breakfast food we booked for the party was great! My breakfast was wonderful. The staff were fantastic and could not have been more helpful and friendly and the atmosphere was also friendly and relaxed! I could not recommend the Dalesway more! Simply fabulous! Thank you ❤️

We hired out the play gym for my daughter's 3rd birthday! Absolutely amazing staff very friendly and helpful! The most relaxing birthday party I've ever had! I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting a nice quiet morning!!!

Our group of four thoughly enjoyed our meals, although the cheese pie wasn't available. The service was excellent and we didn't have to wait long for the food. Our group had a lot of catching up to do and nobody try to hurry us up. We had a lovely relaxing meal. Definitely go there again.

Lovely family lunch on Saturday 30th September. Oliver, could not have done any more to help us but especially looking after my elderly mum. Caring, respectful and outstanding service from him. Great team members. Will definitely going back.

Tonights meals were the best we've had here for a while as it can be hit and miss. The battered mushrooms were a bit over cooked and very crispy but The smothered platters and steak were really good.

Staying in the premier inn next door we pre-booked a table for the evening for a family meal but we needn't of bothered as the place was half empty even though it was a Saturday. On arrival we went to order drinks and were told they didn't have what was needed for two of them, not a good start! The round of drinks was expensive and I wish I'd checked my receipt at the time because I later found that I had been charged £13.99 for a bottle of wine instead of the single glass I had purchased. After a while my partner returned to the bar and was gone for ages when he came back he said the lady behind the bar had seen he wanted serving but had ignored him choosing to complete some jobs first. When our food eventually arrived after quite a wait a couple of things were wrong, we'd requested a burger with no sauce but it came with some kind on it we don't even know what it was it had a non describable taste. Also requested no chips with one of the dishes but that arrived with chips and the veg on the dishes was awful peas were like bullets, there were no staff around and no one came to check if everything was ok. We were the last table in the pub and so they closed the bar early and boy did they make it clear they wanted us to leave, the vacuum came out and they started hoovering right next to our table! They could of just come to us and said we are closing shortly would you mind leaving and we would of left but what they did was RUDE! We left at 11pm which is when they are supposed to close. We definitely WON'T be returning as the service was awful, the food was below average and the staff were unwelcoming and uninterested.

My children and I often frequent this establishment. We enjoy the play place and often also a bite to eat. I can not fault a single occasion we have been there . It’s great value for families, great fun for children and friendly service throughout. It is the service I would especially like to highlight and praise. Everyone is friendly, helpful and attentive. Oliver especially makes me and my children feel welcome and appreciated . He is always smiling and always ready to help. Went yesterday the food came Cold the fish my friend got was Undercooked Onion rings rock hard All food came but not my sons garlic bread staff kept saying 6 mins took 30 mins The pub was dead nothing like it use too be and today me and my friend are ill
