Went for a family meal, was seated but asked to move 3 times as it got busy, planning is shocking and should have reserved tables. Staff were very rude once we refused to move and were slamming dishes onto the table and pulling faces at us. Would never ever come again. Don’t waste your time

Arrived unbooked on a busy Saturday lunchtime. Seated really quickly. Beautiful decor, pianist playing but not too loud. Staff friendly and polite. Ordered French toast, all day breakfast and kids scrambled eggs on toast. Kids meal came 1st, short wait for the rest. Tasty and hot so no complaints. Nice cutlery/crockery with matching salt and pepper pots (it's all in the details!). All in all a lovely experience.

Visited Pearls last month, have been wanting to go back ever since. The atmosphere and vibe was great; and the food was delicious. I would totally recommend.

Ordered salmon eggs Benedict’s. Poached eggs were overcooked. Hollandaise didn’t have any flavour. Definitely something that should be removed from the menu. Service was adequate but they have an annoying policy of not being able to split the bill and pay.

Absolutely amazing place and good food.

Excellent place with friendly staff

Poor experience would definitely not recommend. Twice we have been here and each time been asked to sit in the far corner on our own when the main sitting area was half empty. Completely neglected by the staff with no urgency to serve or come over unless we went over to the staff ourselves. Yet when other customers were walking in they was given sitting in the main area. Disgusting service and will not be coming back here again.

Excellent menu and excellent service ma shaa Allah. Would recommend to others. A dining place which stands out in Bradford. Only drawback is that music can get a bit loud.

This place was highly recomneded to us. We travelled from London and I can say the East End greasy spoons are more family friendly than this place! Where do I start? On entrance we were seated with our large group (7 adults 4 infants/children) in an area by the staff entry/exit to the service area, very tight spacing between our backs of seats and their entry and exit with hot/cold food/drinks, rather dangerous considering we had young children seated with us. Food was passed from one point of the table OVER/BETWEEN A 10 MNTH OLD!!! IMAGINE HOT DRINKS SPILLING OVER THE GUESTS???? Seems the waitress couldnt be bothered to tend to each person seperately. I ordered the full halal english breakfast. I was missing one item (even though it was on menu) ordered wholemeal toast got burnt White... burnt side was deliberately put on the underside when presented the food. Food was presentation was poor. Asked for Latte received milky warm coffee. Noted the coffee cup wasnt clean as had lipstick from the previois user on it. Cutlery was not cleaned to a good standard, water marks were clearly visible. Child (9mnth old) sat in highchair next to me dropped food and while we were eating I noticed something in the corner of my eye as I turned and below me between the high chair and my feet was a waitress cleaning the floor? Allow us to finish pur meal first! Not to mention the constant side eyes the waitresses were giving - seems to be some sort of thing... making female guests feel uncomfortable for whatever reason. Not child or large family friendly at all considering the extensive large families us Asians have. Overall - overpriced, unprofessional, overrated place - I guess that showed as the place was largely empty when we arrived. Sorry guys, I dont recommended your setting, food, professionalism, cleanliness, hygiene, and the behaviour of your waitresses. Can confirm we definitly wont be returning! YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED: Did not ask your staff to rectify anything at the time due to the waitresses mannerisms.

I went with a couple of friends and a new born and the customer service was impeccable. The girls did everything they could to accommodate our needs. Thank you Pearl's.

Have always come here as go to breakfast place. But somewhat disappointed this time. Got a cheese toastie but let down by using ketup as the base sauce. Took home a cupcake but unfortunately it was stale and icing was a few days old. When paying this price point expect freshness. Staff serving always pleasant.

Mediocre Food. Found a fly and an eggshell in my food, when showing this to the waiter, she got defensive and said you must have bought in the fly from outside. Food was no where near the quality of what we expected.

Been here a few times now but to be honest recently the service and the quality of food has dropped massively.

Very busy. Waiting was 15 to 20min. Rip off. Very expensive compare to their food quality. Pratha was half cooked and full of oil. Omelette wasn't too good. Tea was too cold. Kids chips and chicken was ok. Eggs and toast were fine.

Was a very disappointing visit.after receiving recommendations to visit pearls our experience was not a good one due to finding hair in the middle of my cake having eaten half we all left feeling very sick avoid this place.

Honestly not only was the food amazing but the service was spectacular. Would definitely recommend. Excellent value for money! The menu covers everything from Breakfast to Dinner. I tried a lot from the menu so it was surprising that everything was such top quality. I tried the new dynamite chicken which to my surprise was not popcorn chicken but actual fillets. The passion fruit martini was one of the best similar to the Ivy. My personal favourite was the French Toast the nuts really changed the taste. I think I’ll try the brunch menu next. I’ve been to a few in Bradford but this seems to be top quality all round. Thank you Pearls for a fantastic evening!

Great place to eat, however can get very busy at peak times. Better to visit on a weekday! Service was good and love the mocktails usually go for a chicken parmesan. Atmosphere is great, very aesthetic. Piano in the background which is a bonus :)

Hi guys was very disappointed after hearing so much hype about this place on line. I must say the quality of the food was on par with Tesco breakfast and the service well don't get me started. The pallet was poorly presented and at one point we was told the food has ran out. Only until I asked the manger what's going on he agreed to find some extra paranta 😂😂😂😂 Staff are trying but the whole process from getting a table - ordering to waiting for you food is a joke. We order the desi tea and was shocked to receive reheated old powered milk tea. After pointing this out to the waiter agreed it doesn't look right - so why serve it ??? We must have better standards or expect higher quality of food and ingredients in Birmingham. So please look beyond the decor and the live piano, it's the food what really matters ! This place was a real let down and I don't understand why ??? Come to ladana in Brum and then compare what a good breakfast is. On the plus side Noor was amazing and really tried her upmost to feel us welcome.

Love this place. I’ve been here for breakfast lunch and dinner and all my experiences have been great. The place itself is bright and pretty. The food is always great and staff are friendly. My last visit I had the dynamite prawns and they were very nice. A lovely lady called Afsana served me, she was very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

we ordered desi breakfast for two with desi chai it was delicious loved it only if they increased size of paratha it would be fantastic really enjoyed atmosphere thanks.

Ordered 2 poach eggs and wholemeal toast for the vegetarian breakfast. Got fried egg and white bread. The waitress argued with us until we refused to take it until we got the correct order. 2 waitresses came with the other food both talking to us at the same time and I asked who should I reply to first. We wanted to take macaroons home with us and another waitress said no as they had ran out of boxes. We said we were not bothered if its not a Macaroon box but she kept on arguing with us. 4 waitresses let our service down we won't be coming back in a long time.

I am a regular customer at pearls, their food and service is remarkable! The best chicken hot shot Parmesan I have ever had.. and you can’t beat there fish and chips either. Absolutely love the manager Faizan.. such a sweet humble gentle man.. always there to with a smiley face and greeting his customers in such a pleasant manner. They best waiters/waitresses.. my favourite one is Madeeha.. she is always there super jolly and always happy to see us.. the interior is stunning.. and the masala sauce ✌️

Amazing dining experience, we were greeted by a lovely lady called ‘Madeeha’ who served us and made sure our food and service was spot on, another lad called ‘faizan’ was super helpful. I’d leave more than 5 🌟 if I could, super lovely staff! Will definitely be returning.

I visit this place frequently, it is my favourite place to go out for a meal. The atmosphere is friendly and the greeting is very welcoming. The decor feels luxurious, and the seating is comfortable. It is a nice family friendly environment and even though it’s busy, there is a lot of space and you don’t wait long for a table. The food menu caters to everyone and they have the best desserts! The food is definitely quality therefore worth the price and it always comes out quick and efficient. They have the most amazing staff who accommodate to every need! I had a problem with my drink and the staff sorted it straight away. She was so friendly and polite, she was called Madeeha. I will always be back, this is one place which will always be my favourite!

The decor is stunning, service was okay. Food was very average. There are better breakfast places in Bradford and better value for money. We were happy with portion sizes however and will hopefully be back another time to try the desserts.

The atmosphere is friendly and the greeting is very welcoming. The decor feels luxurious, and the seating is comfortable. The table placement enables privacy. We all enjoyed our meals from poached eggs on toast to chicken toasties. Coffee, flavoured tea, etc. We couldn't fault the food, and there was ample to feed a healthy appetite. On the negative side, high chairs were all dirty, I had to request one cleaning. Which was performed quickly. On the production of the bill, they wouldn't split the bill to allow individuals to pay for their choices. I advise individual bills if you require that facility. We would definitely return.

We ordered 2 English breakfasts and 2 teas. It cost around £33.00. Although that is expensive, I would have accepted it if the food was fresh, but none of it was. The food was all shop bought and processed. Processed hash browns, processed sausages, processed beans. You get the idea! You can't charge those prices and then serve up a completely processed meal. I could have gone to Aldi myself and brought it for a fraction of the price! The only reason I have given it a 2 star is because the staff were nice. I won't be visiting again.

Visited here after all places closed only one open- very modern and clean inside, staff friendly. Very healthy menu, tasty food but patisserie is average. Would revisit but menu is not very big and hard to choose if you’re picky eater.

It’s a lovely place with such an eye catching interior, the staff are lovely and the apple juice was so fresh I felt like I was biting into a real apple! I had an english breakfast with my friend and it was great!

Happened on this lovely place on our way to the M606 to travel back to merseysude. Beautiful inside, staff friendly and attentive. Ambiance was relaxed with piano playing in the background. Tea and scones were excellent too, shame there is not one in Merseyside.

Had a full English 😋 and lemon 🍋 cheesecake 😋 both were delicious. I definitely recommend Pearls!

Food was completely fine but I’ve never experienced worse service in my life. Honestly embarrassing, finished the food an was genuinely waiting 15 mins until someone used their brain and asked if we was finished (both plates were empty and we were sat directly next to where the staff members gather around. Bear in mind at the same time, a family next to me ordered French toast and made a joke after 10 mins asking if it was coming from France. Because of the service I’d never step foot in that building again

So much selection, better then any patisserie I’ve been to in Bradford! The variety is amazing and the desserts are so fresh! Accompanied with exceptional service! The most friendly staff and atmosphere! Will deffo be back!

Nice family friendly environment. There is a lot of space so you don’t wait to long to be seated. Food also comes out quick and efficient. Tea didn’t brew as well. Did request for another tea bag and it was pretty much the same thing. (You can see from the photos) Pricing can also be a downside as the small tarts were £7.50!!

A full English breakfast took 30 mins to bring to my table. Only 4 tables on at the time. Wrong drinks came out. Staff not apologetic at all. Acted as if they were doing me a favour by brining my food after 30 mins, had a diabetic health patient with who's blood sugar levels were dropping severely ut these guys just didn't seem bothered at all. Extremely disappointed with the service and attitude.

Below average breakfast. They don’t even have a skinny milk option let alone any other milk types. Decor is fine but it IS sat next to a petrol pump so it’s hardly a classy place, despite a chandelier to try and fool you otherwise. Service is far below even a decent standard. I know it was early for most at 9.30am but the waitress didn’t need to act so tired and angry with us. We had to ask a second waitress to place a drink order later on and she smiled which made the experience a bit less awful. Our fried eggs arrived so runny (including the egg white) that I’m not convinced they were cooked for longer than 2 seconds.. Had to send them back and rectified to be edible. Overall, prices charged are way too much for what you’re receiving in food, location and service and simply not worth it. I was visiting from London but I’m sure it’s popular about Bradford to have a great food scene … this place does not match that stereotype.

Food was excellent, but the service was better than any around. My 5 year old spilt half his drink and the waiter straight away replaced with a new bottle. Not personally seen this happening at any other restaurant. The atmosphere was wow, priced well. Food portions were perfect if not for myself a bit too much but just couldn’t stop. Will be our regular eatery from now on.

Pros: French toast was nice Cons: -table was dirty, asked staff to clean, which they tried to … was still dirty - original Parmesan was dreadful, especially considering the price. Came out within 5/10 mins, wasn’t fresh, Overkill with the cheese, way too much. Chicken steak, average at best Probably won’t return

We have visited on a couple of occasions, and each time you are made to feel like you shouldn’t be there, (if you are white). The looks from other customers and staff. I think it’s absolutely disgusting that you are made to feel like this in your own country. Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional and racist!

Went and visited on a Saturday afternoon, the place was quite busy but we were seated straightaway. We ordered the Grilled Chicken Goujons with fries, a Hot Chocolate and Orange Juice, and 5 macaroons to takeaway. The Grilled chicken was juicy and tender, the fries were plentiful and crispy. All in all a good experience. After paying and leaving the restaurant it looks like we were overcharged for what we ordered considering we paid £29 for all of that.

Came here for dinner. The service was lethargic, the staff looked so depressed and the food was much the same. Chicken caesar salad was extremely bland. The signature burger was average at best and fries were overcooked. Has heard good things about this place so not sure if it was just a blip or its gone downhill but probably won't be going back.

So I visited today with my husband, we were really craving desserts to which I cannot actually complain about the quality, the taste was great but I will say the Nutella cheesecake is ruined a little with the milk chocolate sauce put on blatantly infront of you, I'm pretty sure we were over charged, a strawberry tart, cup of tea, a special milkshake and a Nutella cheese cake charged £24.65 unfortunatly didnt take the reciept either, didn't notice until I returned home and looked at my online banking. The only faults I have is to say this place is obviously going for the upmarket feel, little touches are missing, tea served in a morrisons style cafe tea pot for a tea room this baffled me, brass needs polishing on the holding units, freezer casing smashed on the open ice cream cabinet in view of customers, yellow lights mixed in with white lights. Un coordinated cutlery a few things I noticed which you wouldn't actually expect when you see the interior from afar and staff from afar. Staff in open view touching products with hands, staff wearing false nails touching food. The music was too loud which meant the restaurant was loud as people were talking louder too be heard. But 7/10 for the desserts and drinks 9/10 for service can't complain there at all the waiting were lovely. Would come back, not by choice but I would if it was the popular choice of the group.

First time here and I had they white orange cheese cake with vanilla ice cream with bubble gum milkshake. Mrs had the biscoff cheesecake with mocca ect. Everything was nice fresh. Price was reasonable. Will come here to try they warm food menu
