Well cared for snooker tables at a reasonable price. Coffee is excellent. Very friendly staff.

Did drive by and had a quick visit and glance at the plants and stiff they sell as didvwant to get few things for garden so thought would check them out amd see what proce or Amy bargain available lol but yh will pop back in again when around area

Three times they got my drink wrong,couldn't see £600 in the food,,

Went with a friend for drinks and received a £100 parking fine 2 weeks later. Apparently used the pub car park but was not informed about registering my vehicle. Very poor customer service.

Shrimp shared with fish sauce is extremely delicious. Somtam with fermented fish tastes just like it. and grilled pork with sticky rice In summary, everything is delicious. I recommend it.

Play snooker there Parked up an now have a parking fine even though I was logged in at the bar Phoned the owners an they are not help full at all Chrissy is one of them basically said its not our problem as a owner of a business that's so unprofessional it's a parking feature that cue gardens has invested in an then turn there backs on you when you receive the fine. I will be tell all my friends family never to go there as you'll be stung by a fine then the owners will turn there backs on you an say that's your problem not ours is despicable as customers are your bread an butter. An the atmosphere that's just a whole new ball game I can go on but hope 1 day they realise the issues an address them in the meantime there's plenty other friendly choices around the area should you just want to pop in for a pint or 2

Great pint, attentive staff and decent prices. Only downside are the toilets!!!! They're in need of some serious TLC!!! Toilet seats missing, stink of pxss and marks on the walls that I wouldn't dare hazard a guess to!!

It's a nice and quiet place around the corner of BD7. Joe Johnson used to own the club and he used to coach here but I haven't seen him for a while. They still have his private snooker room allocated to his name which you can hire if you want to have your own private time.

Cannot thank the Q Gardens team enough for hosting my best friends 30th birthday this weekend, Diane - you deserve the absolute world, what an angel! Couldn’t of got through the day without our jokes and banter. Becky (the fabulous lady who organises the events) is the best multitasker i’ve ever seen, no request was too big or small and she made sure everything was perfect for us. The room looked stunning and was the perfect size, tables and the private bar were all set up for our arrival and everyone from the staff, owners and regulars commented on how well we’d done decorating the room. It was just a really lovely atmosphere the whole day and took so much of the stress out of throwing a birthday party. Our Bar Man, Michael was a superstar and made sure everyone was topped up and having a laugh at the bar. Drinks were super cheap aswell which went down well! Once again, cannot thank you all enough. From answering all my long emails to cleaning up our mess at the end of the night and making sure everything was ready to pick up and collect the next morning - we couldn’t of asked for a better venue and i’ll be recommending you to everyone! Xxx

went to a private engagement party & the doormen wouldn't let my daughter & boyfriend in if they wasn't 18 even though it was a private party & they was kids in there with all our families! talk about over using their imaginary power! owner needs to speak to them!

What can I say,if your into your sport,this venue will not disappoint at all,loads of tvs and a giant screen,I saw 2 x pool tables,ten snooker tables, bandits,pinball machine,tabletop video games,great choice of beer,restaurant,upstairs rooftop garden and its not expensive,what a find.

After being asked to leave another venue as the bar was closed to prepare for a private party we moved on here. I had guests travelling from Lincolnshire to the event which was my sons 21st. My parents who are both 80 were with us so hoped they liked it. All members of the party commented how friendly the bar staff were and that they had not come across any friendlier anywhere . A credit to the establishment and my dad 81 said shame it wasn't closer to his home as he would be a regular. Thank-you for making us welcome

Ok for a quick drink ... Drinks are pricey tho. Called for a couple games of pool but the tables have really gone downhill over the years. Such a shame as it used to be the hub for Wibsey/Low moor.

We had a wake in memory of my Brother yesterday who sadly died a few weeks ago. This kind of thing has to be handled correctly with dignity and professionalism. Both were in abundance yesterday. Everything that had been agreed on was done over our expectations. Debbie who served us all night was a most wonderful lady and nothing seemed to be too much trouble and all done with a smile. The layout and décor of the room was in keeping with the mood of the celebration of his life. The food was great, in fact it the whole experience from start to finish was much more than we could have hoped for. I can't thank all of you enough for helping us say goodbye to our beloved brother!

Really bad experience on Christmas day. We arrived and they only had one person on the bar. Had to wait 15 minutes for a drink. Were then told to sit down to wait for our meal which was due to be at 4pm. At 4:15pm, a manager comes over and tells us they are running an hour and a half behind and that we could have a refund or wait. We decided we would take the refund. The manager said he would go round everyone first before refunding us. We ended up waiting another 45 minutes just for the money back. Being behind on the meal is situational and can’t be helped, but the incompetence and inefficiency of the management in dealing with it was unprofessional and embarrassing.

In urgent need of repairs to the car park. Craters and puddles absolutely everywhere.

The staff and management were absolutely fantastic and helped provide a brilliant evening. Would definitely recommend to anyone

SHAMBLES! one of the bartenders is has fish lips. constantly talking about a girl he smashed in the mens toilets on the 5th of december 2019. i was disgraced! as a strong black woman i hate to see women being talked about like this. other than this the experience was great, loved the food and drinks and pool and music and racism and formula 1 and geek bars and the coke bag strewn across the bathroom floor and slazenger.

We booked out a room aug22 for an evening wedding shindig. From the start, organising with Becky, right to the end, of last orders on the night, we couldn’t fault anything. The room was lovely, good food, bar staff were fab, and a great evening was had by all. Many thanks

I came in with my drag queen friends and we got mocked and laughed at and called faggots by some of the people in the pub. Not to mention the bartender called Connor laughed at my appearance while I ordered a drink. I would not recommend this pub since it doesn't seem very LGBTQ+ although advertising that it is.

Arrived on Sunday with friends at 3/30 for a meal ordered our drinks and sat down we wer the only ones in restaurant so thought wouldn't take long after about 40 minutes we asked about our food so staff went to find out when the food arrived we wer disappointed chips wer warm not hot chicken wings was burnt fish and chips wer cold yes you did refund on fish chips and wings but not one staff came to ask if meals wer OK and yes we would like to see the cctv as you've stated we wer served in 9 minutes

i booked a table yesterday for 8 people for 3.30,didnt get served till 4.30, when the food arrived it was warm and one meal was cremated, i wont going back there again and i definatly wont recommend it , we were all dissapointed, the service wasnt very welcoming.

I am due to getting married here on the 30th of july, i can not thank the amazing staff for helping us all the way through this, me and my parter have been in today to set up a plan with Becky and she was absolutely amazing, she went through everything in such detail and before today i have been so anxious but now im happy and trust Becky and other staff members 100% to make the venue look beautiful for our big day. We just had our wedding reception there on Saturday 21st of May They organised everything, which made everything so much easier. From door to bar staff they are really friendly, that's why gave 2 stars, but... The place is classy but the punters are trashy. Had to barricade myself in a cubicle in the ladies, due to young lasses arguing. Then there's the so-called "entertainment." Thought some guys were fitting, was all good tho, turned out they were MC'ing (don't think David Walliams would have given a "yes.") After a few hours was convinced I had died & was in hell, it was complete torture. First time in my life gone out & was home asap coz even alcohol wasn't numbing the excruciating pain.

We take our disablity group there to watch footy and play pool they love it! Let us buy food in too which is good

We visited this place with high expectations after hearing good reports about the lovely food. It was booked online for my partner's birthday before visiting the stockcar stadium across the road. What a disappointment it turned out to be! We weren't made aware at the time of booking that there was a temporary limited menu, nor did their website state this. We did however accept that some things can't be helped & decided to stay. We ordered drinks at the bar, only to be given filthy glasses. Apologies were made & we ordered our food. The staff seemed stressed & didn't appear to know what they were doing. One barman even tried to give me change that wasn't even mine!! Once seated at our table, we noticed that the cutlery was extremely dirty with dried old food on the knives & forks. I don't even think any of them had seen any water. Appalling! The food itself wasn't much better. The choice was chips, pie with beans or peas, chicken goujons or a hotdog. We chose pies, which were miniscule with very little filling, a few chips & mountains of peas to try & fill the plate. I think it's fair to say we won't be returning. We have emailed them to voice our concerns, but so far not received a reply. My advice is to steer well clear!

Visited Q gardens last night for a bottomless brunch with the girls and had the best time! We were late for our booking but they had no problem adjusting the time we’d booked so we didn’t lose any drinking time. The food was absolutely scrumptious with lots to choose from and the drinks were flowing for the full allotted time. The staff were great and very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We ended up staying until closing time and dancing the night away. Great experience, thanks guys we’ll be back soon!

I really enjoy snooker, both watching and playing. The location of Q Gardens is great fir me. The tables are well maintained and perfectly level. The balls appear to be polished.the environment is calm and friendly and it's nice to play there.

Full of kids, had a bad experience as something was let off in ladies toilet and the staff were not interested.

Well dissatisfied, came after work for quiet drink, not open checked the hours arrived at 10.45pm and was already closed when stated open till midnight!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting racially abusive staff- left me and my Muslim boyfriend waiting 40 mins for food then come out and said the chefs gone home and refused to give us a refund. Its a shame I have to 1 star just to make this comment.

Absolute shambles!!!! Never again!!! No heating. Staff didn't know room was privately booked. The lady on the bar was struggling with literally everything!! Management useless when finally arrived.first and last time! Ps: i I wasnt asked to leave at any point! I left on my own accord! I wouldnt want to stay in such a disgusting place for a second Longer nice try! And management is absolutely entitled to a day off but brief your staff! You have no clue what is going on. And maybe look at your own appearance 🙈 shocking place...

The lady at the bar did not know there was a function booked. The room was freezing throughout the afternoon. The music system did not work on top of it all the management staff had attitude!! The owner looked like a trump and was absolutely disgusting dealing with the complaint! First and last time!

Unfortunately I cant give less than one star. arrived on 11th of September before a stock car event at Bradford Bulls stadium. Walked into the pub at 12:45, ordered food at 12:50. Currently sat here at 14:41 STILL waiting for the food to arrive. The ovens were broke but we were not told this until an hour and a half into our wait time. The staff had no idea what was going on, didn’t even know the table numbers, manager made excuses and disappeared. We left the restaurant at 15:00 after still not getting our order. Absolute shambles. Will not return will make sure to tell others not to visit.

We had booked a wedding reception last year for October 2022, and were asked to pay a 'fully refundable' deposit. We were told the deposit was for damages and would be returned after the event. We emailed back and forth, and I went in to pay the deposit in person July last year. Fast forward to 13 months before the event and we have decided that unfortunately we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I emailed Christina and didn't receive a response, so called her. She said that she had told me that the deposit wouldn't be refundable if we cancelled. Which was a complete lie. She couldn't get off the phone quick enough, practically put it down on me. I text her a couple of times with no response. Eventually she got back to me and said "when she gets chance, she'll get back to me. Sending message after message is making her busier". I'd sent two messages. She said she would listen to the calls on the landline and come back to me. I never even spoke to her on the landline. I offered to go in and see her so we could discuss it further. She didn't respond. Now she isn't responding to my messages and has blocked me from commenting on their page on Facebook. If that doesn't scream that they are in the wrong, then I don't know what does. They have no reasonable grounds to keep the deposit, and never said it wouldn't be refundable. Please don't trust them, they are an absolute con.

I went to Q gardens on Saturday afternoon with friends from work and arrived to cat calls from several local old drunks. We decided to sit on the balcony upstairs away from this as some of my colleagues felt uncomfortable. Upstairs was lovely, we could chat although no one cleared our table of empties. Later as it was getting colder and we we hungry, we decided to go inside and order food as it looked like a nice menu. DO NOT eat here. We all ordered at the same time and the food came out in dribs and drabs. One person's food never came at all, for her to be told the kitchen had closed and she would be refunded. My friend who is cealiac was served the wrong food, which was then taken back to the kitchen and reserved to me in different bread. (The burger had a slight tear in it, that's how we knew) When her food finally arrived it was tiny and the bread was rock hard. We were given no cutlery or condiments and again nobody cleared the table. Will not be coming back, ever!

Booked a private function with the events manager Rebecca, who was more then happy to help through everything that was needed. On the day I was passed to Diane who was as lovely as Rebecca. I had my baby shower here and what a wonderful day it was. The room looked beautiful and we were able to get in when needed to set everything up. Everyone commented on how nice the food was and great value for money. The staff were great, making sure we was always happy and bonus we didn’t have to go to the bar for drinks. Thank you!

We had our wedding reception at Q gardens and it had to be outdoors due to COVID restrictions. It was raining quite heavily most of the day but it didn’t matter as we were looked after very well from the start. I had someone escort me from the marquee to the building with a brolly every time I needed the ladies. The marquee was decorated as discussed if not better, the food was lovely and we were made to feel very welcome. Thank you to all the staff who made sure rain and COVID restrictions did not spoil our day.

Don’t go for a drink if you ever expect to actually receive it. Poor service
