As my recent review has strangely disappeared, I will resubmit. The full English breakfast was served on a stone-cold plate, and was scant to say the least -one tiny hash brown, one mushroom and one half of a tomato. The sausage had never been anywhere near Cumberland as it totally lacked any flavour and had an unpleasant dense texture rendering it inedible. Putting a sprig of watercress on top didn't improve matters. It was also overpriced at £10.95. The coffee was ok.

Very disappointing. Bacon roll on my first visit was fine as wss the coffee. Howevet, ordered a full English the following day which arrived on a stone cold plate. Minimal quantities and the sausage had never been anywhere near Cumberland, tasteless and dense, chewy and very unpleasant texture. Worse still, arrived at 8pm on a Friday night to be told the kitchen had just closed, despite being the venue advertised as being open until 10 pm. At least say on the menu that food is available until 8pm. Thank goodness for Wetherspoons.

Visited for breakfast buns and a coffee while waiting to catch the heritage railway service. Lovely cosy cafe with a roaring fire. Lots of memorabilia and a nice atmosphere. I could happily have spent a couple of hours by the fire. Bacon and sausage sandwiches were excellent. Would recommend a visit if near the station.

Having been in here a few times before, and seeing how good the food looked, was looking forward to eating here. Had a breakfast and while the quality of the food was good, the plate was swimming in grease. Sadly it could have been a lot better. Evrything else about the visit was great though, staff friendly and courteous. Place was nice and tidy and clean

I recently visited the Old Parcel Office Café at Keighley Worth Valley Railway, and I couldn't be more impressed! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience all the more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the café is charming, with its unique railway-themed décor that adds to the nostalgia of the location. But the real highlight was the breakfast. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and served in generous portions. Everything tasted fresh and was cooked to perfection. Highly recommended!

Possibly the best sandwich I have ever had! (Roast beef and Horseradish). Reasonably priced as well. A good place to wait for a train, plus it's open late on Fridays and Saturdays!

We have been before but it is better after its recent refurb. They now have more beers, I had Taylors Landlord plus a beef sandwich. Both excellent and the staff are friendly. Considering it is run by volunteer’s of the steam railway they need congratulating as it is as good as any professional business

Having only opened this weekend after a major refurbishment we were delighted to see that it was already nicely busy. The staff were warm and friendly and the food amazing. We both had steak and ale pie with chunky chips. It came with delicious red cabbage and a jug of tasty gravy. The chips were phenomenal tbh and I struggled to finish my meal - generous portions! My only niggle would be that is was a little chilly in there, possibly due to it being closed for some time prior to the day we visited.

They were out of all vegan options, menu inside didn’t match menu outside. They were able to scrounge up a vegan sandwich of some sort and I appreciate the effort.

Just called in for a drink after arriving by train. They seem to have quite a choice of food from looking at the menu. The staff were welcoming and friendly. It was quiet when we visited, so it was a nice relaxed atmosphere whilst we were there.

Well what can I say the place itself is nice really nice decor to be fair. The reason I gave this a 1 star is on arrival my self and family felt uncomfortable due to the staff that work here and the young members of the kwvr sat at the end of the bar constantly staring at us the time we were here . 2nd reason is there is no information on what times they shut the kitchen

Ordered for collection and they offered to bring it out to the car, you have no idea how useful that is on great Horton road with hardly any parking! Thank you so much for going above and beyond💚
