Chicken legs sent instead of full chicken. Cold food

I ordered it at half 6 and it’s still not here it’s ridiculous why should I pay £15 for my food to be late if a restaurant didn’t bring my food in ten minutes they wouldn’t make me pay

Food was cold. Ordered mango and lime chicken and it burnt my mouth out with spices.

Good customer service once I had a bit off an issue they was happy to solve it as quick as possible and told how it could have been the way it was and explained it all to me

Prices gone up but the burrito was smaller than usual, and the chicken piece was tiny... sorry but disappointed this time, not worth the money.

Got the food after a late arrival but partially my fault as I put the wrong address in but I told the driver over the phone 3 times the right address and it still took him about half an hour to get to my house. When I got the food I ate it and a few minutes after I threw up, this lasted all night and I got no sleep

I love the food normally, sadly was cold and late , which was really disappointing when you paying nearly £30 for a takeaway.

I absolutely love this takeaway and never have an issue. but the chicken i have just had delivered is flat cold, I've never tasted fried chicken so cold in my life. I don't know if this is because the chicken has been left for some time before delivery or if it's because of the freezing cold can of pop that shares the same bag as the hot food. but it was so unenjoyable

First time order and I’m happy to say that the food was absolutely quality. I really enjoyed my Burrito and that the Lamb Loaded Fries was also very good the Nacho Stack Burger was really nice as well. Going to order more regular now as family was happy.

I love chilli chicks but tonight I was really disappointed. The chicken was dry and hard 😔 I ve had chicken from here for years and it’s normally really reliable. Hope it was a one off.

“Order will be delivered at 2:20pm” I ordered it at 13:30, and received my order at 14:50. After a phone call to the shop. The food was lukewarm, and the chips were cold. My house and the shop is five minutes away so it’s safe to say I’m disappointed. Do better.

The order was late by 35 minutes and of course when it did eventually arrive the food was cold and inedible. I'm really disappointed

the order was placed on 14th Nov and was supposed to be delivered at 18.30 to 18.50 it actually arrived at 19.50 cold, soggy, unedible and we couldn't eat it. I had to call the restaurant several times in that period of time to be told they were busy or the food was on its way then thr food was just being made lots of excuses I'd like a full refund pls for food not eaten

Usually I am regular customer aslways ordering without fail however after tonight not impressed firstly forgot the drink and chocolate to the kids meal, the chicken strips and chips the chips were so undercooked and soggy and the chicken like how it usually is, the jalapeños bites were such a let down coke soggy overall I’m really disappointed

They changed the expected arrival time by 35 mins and the food was flat cold when it arrived and they didn’t bring a bottle of orange. We didn’t eat it and was just a waste of money. I won’t order from here again

We always order from here because it's delicious food and most of the time it's fast delivery but I can't imagine you can get busy at times so delivery did take a while today but still worth the wait 🙂

App said delivered 20 mins before it finally was. Had to chase it up twice, Food was Luke warm. Milkshake had melted. Took 30 mins to get from green gates to Shipley. It’s a good place but not great today

It took almost two hours for my food to arrive and was cold, not the best

driver was being abelist towards disabled customers. disabled customers should not have to disclose their disability for drivers to deliver to the door. also all burritos are meant to have rice in them.

order wrong not willing to change it told to contact just eat yet I explained they don’t reply and don’t support the customer they kept repeating themself

Chicken chips didnt taste it, no good quality, Im not recommended friends.

Ordered one of the family buckets with some dips, the dips were in tiny tiny pots and barely half full so I’d either skip those and use your own sauce or order 15. The chicken on the bone was actually quite good but the boneless pieces were dry AF. The gravy wasn’t brilliant either but the chips were alright. Overall, wouldn’t recommend unless everywhere else is shut.

Disgusting my 16 year old friend went in to get some fries, I was waiting in the car one of the workers did a signal saying call me. This is vile and unprofessional as my friend came to the car feeling uncomfortable.

by the time i got my order it was cold but to say i had to rewarm it it was kind of orite but wouldn’t return there if i was wanting it delivered.

Poor customer service, rang up and ordered at 12pm on my lunch break from work to be told food would take 20-25 mins. Walked in after 20-25 mins only to be told it would take a further 10 more minutes. I ended up getting my food 45 minutes after I had ordered to be told by the worker that they had got in late hence the delay for my food. No Nevertheless the food was fresh, albeit the burger was slightly on the small side but that being said it shouldn’t take 45 minutes to prepare one burger meal and a chicken and chips meal.

Ordered for the first time and ignored the reviews that said the food was late because of how good the food was. Well ordering my food at 19:54 and our food didn’t arrive until 21:35 - don’t order from these unless you want cold food

Don’t know why this gets lower stars. So flavoursome and the chicken was TENDER. The chips were crisp too which you don’t get at a lot of takeaways! We got the chicken fillet burger meal and 3pcs of chicken!

the food from chilli chicks is gorgeous, always us , but when you order and leave a time its because you need it at that time ( your 30 min break time ) driver arrives 30 mins late no apology, break time over scoffing meal in the lift before i go back on the floor ! why bother allowing custoners to choose a time if you wont deliver on time ! but the food was lovely 😍

Ordered online this evening direct from the Chilli Chicks website. Excellent across the board. The seasoning in the chicken coating is deliciously peppery, the wings are big and meaty and the fries have a nice coating of chip spice (I'm from Hull so I approve). Delivery was prompt and the delivery dude followed instructions to the letter. So I'm a very happy camper!

Good mornings all, I had a peri peri Berger on Friday. It was one of the best I have had, Juicy, tender, melted in my mouth, awesome. Nice people work there.

Only ever had the takeaway so can't comment on the atmosphere... Chicken is awesome

I love Chilli Chicks, it’s 5 min down the road but it’s always so late! I called them and they said they are setting off now, however 20 min later we still have not received our order. It puts us off ordering form them even though their food is so nice. Such a shame the delivery is so bad

The grilled whole chicken was absolutely banging! Better than Nando’s. The portion size was great, with chips, salad and Drink was bargain. The chicken was tender, flavoursome (peri peri) and the char on it was tasty. The only small downside to the order, my partner got the lamb burger and for £8 for that on its own, I wouldn’t have said was worth it, a little steep in price for what you get.

Absolutely lovely service! My food is always warm and fresh, well-packaged and the portion sizes are huge. Definitely good value for money, it's my go-to restaurant.

The food was amazing.. Ordered three different meals and all were delicious. I had a rice box and the chicken was cooked perfectly and not dry. There was plenty of it and care was obviously taken when putting it together. Will definitely order again.

Chips were good and seasoned. Supercharger burger was good. Chicken wings were disappointing as the coating wasn’t crispy at all.

Wrap meals are spot on. Juicy Lucy burger very enjoyable. Juicy and succulent meat. The fries are amazing and the half chicken peri peri peri with salad and chips was absolutely divine. Good clean tasting food. Good size portions too for a hungry family. Definitely would recommend 💯
