I’ve been coming here for ages and have probably tried every parmo on the menu – even the Inferno! 🔥

Food was among and staff was soo good will go again

Was driving past Bradford and had this place in my head as my previous experience many years ago was brilliant. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the overall picture. The food was good and cooked well portion size was just as good as as the prices. Unfortunately, if you are dining in this is when the experience just drops downhill. The service is practically 'what do you want' and 'here get on with it' the workers don't seem jolly or happy at all and can come across as moody it's clear they are just working there for a wage. The dine-in experience is all disposable cutlery they even give you all the sauces, salads and disposable in a bag. The only reason I can think you'd do this is because you are avoiding hygiene inspections. If you serve food as a dine-in you have to have the correct wash facilities including WCs and to avoid this you serve it as disposable then if you are questioned you respond with well we have seating but it's not 'dine-in' that way you get around a lot of regulations. Google Maps also shows this as Dine-in. So if the workers cheer up a little and the dine-in service is improved it would make a nice little place to go to with good food.

The food is delicious. Probably the best Parmesan I’ve had. The only feedback is that the ordering system (self service downstairs) and plastic cutlery and plates aren’t so great. I’d be more than happy to pay a little extra and have the food brought to me on a proper plate with metal cutlery. That isn’t too much to ask, and would make the full experience perfect. Like I said, the food itself was excellent.

I hadn’t been here in around 2 years ,but it’s great to see the food is still fantastic and the service is great.10.5 for a large parm meal is a bargain,.

When I cannot decide where to eat after a long shift, this is the first place that comes to mind. Parmesans have always been consistent 👍 I would give this place 6 stars if I could. The food is 100% spot on every time. My general reviews can reflect that I can be attentively critical… within my right. However the food and service here is exceptional. A lot of places have mimicked these lots Parmesans over the years and they’ve done a poor job. This take away is a gem, the quality has remained since 2010. It’s about time the lunatic owner deserves his flowers lol For those of you that don’t know, the owner of this pace is the man that introduced Pamersan into the Asian community. This place is the ORIGINAL and I have been coming here since I moved from Brescia Italy 15 years ago.

The customer service at this place is next to non existent. I’ve always had really good experiences here with the food and service but it’s going downhill.. very very quickly. People on the phones need training on how to deal with issues/complaints with wrong orders because they bark like dogs on the phone even when you’re being civil.

Lovely parmos ...my favourite has always been the hotshot (fish). Rest of the family had the chicken hotshots. Curly fries and drinks and 3 parmos for just under £44 Quite pricey but nevertheless they do one of the best parmos IMO. * Food 4.5/5 * Price 3/5

This place has really gone down, ordered a chicken parmasan (x3), the chicken fillet piece used was extremely thin, all I could taste was the topping.

Always a lovely parmesan from here however, was very disappointed on my latest visit. I had waited in line for 5 minutes but when trying to place my order i was then told i can’t place any orders inside the store and that i’d have to call to place the order. There were no signs or notices anywhere around explaining this and in all fairness it seems fairly longwinded for the customer to have to leave the takeaway then call up and place their order rather than the simple transaction of speaking to someone face to face

The food was really good and it had a really warm home cook taste to it. I love that the salad is on the side so it doesn't get hot. Only grievance is the phone ordering would be nice to just order in person than call up and for food to be brought up to you rather than going down. Also the cutlery does break easily/ some potential silverware when cutting the parmos could help. But the food was great!

Food lovely steak chips sheperds pie in a takeaway tray even though its eat in and boxed salad but very nice worth the visit in Bradistan.

This place used to be good and was my go to but gone downhill. Not worth coming here anymore, much better parmesans in Bradford.

Very rude customer service especially from the uncle, i was patiently waiting for at least 40 minutes and then just asked nicely when the food will arrive and heard some insults coming from the kitchen. Im giving 2 stars jnstead of one because even though i had to wait longer than 45 minutes like they said the parmesan turned out ok

Does what it says on the tin! Parmesan is what it should be. Saucy cheesy chicken! Spicy orange sauce was very spice. Classic sweet chilli was good. Garlic mayo and mayo were also decent. Good choice of drinks. Kids meals decent portion. Price is very competitive! Would definitely return here.

Love the lassange never disappointed me once even the parmos have always hit the spot never failed definitely recommended

Nice food, but stupidly overpriced. Paid £35 for 2 mid parmesans. Both different sizes and chips for some reason, despite ordering the same size.

I am very disappointed in this place the quality is not as good as it used to be i wont be coming back after this horrible looking parmesan we threw it in the bin!!

The place lived up to its name - the Parmesan was in fact delicious. Seating and atmosphere was comfortable and the service was great. I recommend the hot shot Parmesan. It is spicy but not overly. We will be coming here again inshaAllah

Staying at a hotel. Delivery driver Mohammed acted very unprofessional, like he parked 10 meters away then shouted asking the PIN code. Told him to come closer then ask. Once I gave him the pin he was about to put the bag on the ice cold floor outside. Avoid this driver. Food was ok. Not going to order again from you guys again..!!

Absolutely ridiculous!! Been waiting for my order for 2 hours changed 4 drivers rang up to ask whats the problem and the staff saying not their fault asked to cancel my order coz im not having frozen food! Didnt cancel it. Used to be loyal customer but never again!! Absolutely joke!!

Always order from here on Uber eats and it’s an absolute joke. I pay £10.50 for a Parmazan and they give 4 chip and always forget to give extra stuff which I pay for. It used to be the best and now they can hardly provide for their loyal customers. What a disappointment!

First of all the decor and atmosphere was absolutely stunning... the food was beyond expectations,very hard to find a place where food is 10/10 customer service was so polite and friendly and the Owner Allah bless him with success he was absolutely lovely to my autistic kids was blown away from the experience I don't usually do reviews but this was a must...proper quality food made with love delicious...can't wait to go again...Love the fact that they have nasheeds on Just Perfect....

Been coming here from Huddersfield for years, hotshot Parmesan is the best, literally 10/10 on every visit for years. They say with business consistency is key, these guys have that key.

Best Parmesan around. But £12 now for a large parmesan so a £4 increase since they first opened. Hopefully, the prices don't increase any further.

Used to be a nice place. Like a lot of businesses once a place starts doing well the owners don't care as much about the quality, hygiene and customer service. I have seen rats countless of times outside. But today I actually seen them going in and out of the premises. Never again will I be eating here.

Was a frequent here 5 years ago. Loved this place for its food quality and price. Back then, it was a small one storey shop with like 4-5 tables. Surprised to learn that it has been renovated and the new dining area’s ambience is classy. Good for them to have been able to sustain and expand their business for the past few years, having to go through covid period as well. Best parmo place in Bradford and maybe in the UK as well. Will be back.

OMG this place was amazing, I visited Delicious Parmesan House based on a friends recommendation and honestly it lived up to the hype. I had ordered the Istanbul which had Doner kebab on top with homemade chilly sauce this was lovely and spice and the chicken was so crunchy and creamy cabbage was amazing. I also had ordered the Hotshot which was super spicy just the way I like it honestly you have to visit this place you will not be disappointed the customer service 10/10 and the food 10/10.

The convenience is fantastic. The seating area bit is great. You go in take a beeper sit down, call them, order what you want and then pay to pick it up and sit down and eat. Minimal staff which is great it your just wanted to enjoy some good food with some good company. Would probably go by myself too.

Nice Parmesans, fresh and hot can’t really complain.

My visit to The Delicious Parmesan House left me with mixed feelings. While the food was undeniably tasty, it came with a price tag of £27 for two people. The simplicity of the dishes was a double-edged sword – they were good, but I expected more creativity for the cost. Additionally, the wait time of around 25 minutes felt a bit long. In summary, it's a decent place for a meal, but I hoped for a bit more value.

Best parmesan establishment in uk no doubt. Nice vibe to eat and dine in. Their dine in experience is a bit different in the fact you have to call from upstairs but in my opinion this makes no difference as their customer service is exceptional. Also for the muslims it has no music which alhamdulilah is amazing to see. May Allah accept the efforts of the staff and management for this and bring barakah to their business. Top marks definitely recommended.

I have to say the best parmesan is in Parmesan house opposite bradford college. Eveeytime i go to eat its mega clean and the young Hakeem gave service with a smile and even offered and carried food upstairs for me as it was 2 trays. He came back with more sauces and asked if we need anything else.

It has been well over 10years since I visited this place. I have to say the reception of the staff was exceptional. A total different layout and the decor is amazing. There are lots of food options but we went for parmesan chicken. The large portion was massive and flavoursome. Each bite was just delicious. The seating is on the first floor and 2nd, no wheelchair access/pram. They give you a bleeper when the food is ready you have to go get your food so you have been warned. You need to be fit and healthy going up and down the stairs. If theres a party of 3 or more you’ll be tired by the time you get your food to the table. Each comes with paper plates and plastic cutlery (good for the environment) i like my silvers lol. The sauces are wrapped sealed individually which me saying the above statement i don’t know know. Even hard to get into the individual sauces Overall the place is warm and friendly. Tge food is exceptional. The service is good. If only the bought the food to the table it would have been excellent. I will be going again but not anytime soon as it is abit pricey in the cost of living crisis you have to treat yourself now and then. Overall: Good.

Food was good would definitely recommend the hot shot! The ordering system was SO strange. We was told to sit at the table and phone the shop to place the order and then to go collect the food. The waiters were not allowed to take our order. The plates & cutlery were all disposable. FELT LIKE I WAS BACK IN 2020.

Polite customer service - we tend to phone ahead then pick up (ready in 20 mins); guys know their food, always happy to make recommendations; small waiting areas so be prepared to wait / queue outside - Seating upstairs if you fancy eating in, cosy environment 😅 2. Assorted menu with a strong focus on Parmesans - we've tried most of the Parmesans, still prefer the 'Hot Shot' and 'Lahori'; nicely packaged; generous amount of sauces and erm lots of salad too 😅; includes plastic forks and knives, we use our own just in case; small Parmesan size (at £9) is deceptively filling, especially with the chips and creamy cabbage 👌 3. Prayer room facilities - check with staff, local masajid galore, it's Bradistan 🤷‍♂️🤲 4. Tricky parking - its on a one way road, usually find a spot to park on the road; if not, try the adjacent roads👍

Absolutely delicious been having them for years! But recently their portion sizes have gone sooooo small especially their cabbage I’m shocked. Paid £2 for extra small cabbage on the side and it was literally like 2 teaspoons💀 maybe it’s new management or something but other than that they’re lovely!

I ordered a Chicken Balti Parmasan. Description was top with parmasan sauce, cheddar, mozzarella. Unfortunately it no longer those, but topped with American burger cheese, which is horrible. They should rename the business Undelicious American House. It's not the same as it use to be. I also ordered a baked potatoes with mince and cheese, the mince was dry and tasteless, the potatoes was overbaked and dry, and again topped with American cheese.

Ordered large parmesan on phone,got told 30mins wait,went inside to pick it up after 30mins,waited another 20mins with my autistic daughter standing inside the shop while a bag was packed there ,got asked twice whats my order bruv...and i told them large hot shot parmesan,a delivery guy told the shop worker to give me my food because he had a word with me and i told him about my daughter,hence the shop guy asked me again whats my order and i told him last time after which he handed me bag already been there for the last 10mins,i got it and came home as my daughter was hungry,opened the box and found a small parmesans with few soggy n hardly warm chips...used to think its the best...but definately not under the best management,its not even worth it.thank u DELICIOUS PEOPLE...👍

Really good food and they deliver with Uber which is good as I live 2 miles away food hot when it arrived tasty and would definitely order again. We got hot shot and a creamy garlic supreme. Portion sizes are bang on very filling half we didn’t get a large we wouldn’t have managed it all. That’s what you want from a takeaway good filling food

I will just say it how it is if you want a decent parmesan in the Bradford ares I would suggest you pay these guys a visit. I usually order the hot shot parmesan but I have also had the inferno parmesan too and they are both delicious the latter being for the one who can handle spices its flaming hot. Just beware that they do tend to be busy and it would be best for you to order in advance by phone if collecting or also you can hop onto uber eats for a delivery too. Although I have not tried it but there is an upstairs seating area to dine in. The takeaway comes in a pizza sized box with a cabbage mash and steak cut chips I believe there are other sides options to mod if required. The takeaway option they pack up a generous salad box and provide sauces. On request there are some complimetary lollies for the children (or adults) if required. A large hot shot parmeson costs us £10 collected. We usually order 2 of these and share between 4 of us if your a big eater 1 large one can easily be demolished. Top eatery I would definitely recommend if your a fan of parmesans and if your not or haven't tried it give these guys a shout. Its halal not sure if HMC.

Ordered from here, there were multiple hairs in the salad and the chips. There were even more hair in the Parmesan! It looked lovely but I just couldn’t eat it after seeing hairs in my food.

Omg, it's a must to try this place. They do such an amazing parmesan, I came from Birmingham just for this food. The portions are amazing for a decent price. Staff are ever so friendly. Perfect sitting area, I so can't wait to go again. Love it. Alhumdulillah.

First time ever trying a Parmesan, and I have to say very impressed, the bar has been set very high. Chicken was fresh crunchy and flavourful, cheese melted in my mouth, great experience. Chips were also surprisingly really good, again very fresh. Was a very filling and tasty meal, would definitely recommend to friends and family and will visit again. 👍

A lot of places claim their parmo is good but let me tell you this is the BEST parmesan around, we drive almost a 100 miles just for this place.
