Barnies in Bradford

Was delivered within the designated time but as the driver took it a mile in the opposite direction before circling back with it, it had gone cold by the time it arrived. Pizza was cold, chips were cold AND MISSING THE DONNER that I paid extra for. The burger was ‘warm’ due to been wrapped in foil but for the same reason the bun was soggy. Very unhappy on this occasion.

Forgot my creamy cabbage. Rude on the phone. Could barely speak English. Horrible manners. Slammed the phone twice on me. Chicken was hard. Chips were cold. Sauces weren’t nice. Over all 0/10. Never again!!!

I ordered over the phone order is 6 items and all meals but I don’t get drinks £35 altogether for takeaway we been told by customer service food will be ready in 25 minutes I go to collect that order and I been late 10 minutes from this time already food is not ready still. and on customer service guy very rude to me and not even except the liability I’m not gonna use any more this place and not recognise 👎🏻

Should wear gloves in the kitchen

The chicken was salty and so was the rice the rice tasted like it was cooked last week

Although I was delivered the wrong pizza to what I ordered it was still banging will defo order again very tasty

We have ordered from here twice now due to the food being really nice. The chicken parmo is very tasty and filling, cooked perfectly.

Dishonest. I cancelled my order within 2 minutes of ordering from uber eats. I was told by Barnies it was ok to cancel as they had not started my order but told uber eats that they had already started my order so kept my money anyway. I tried to query this again with Barnies and they state they didn't tell uber that they had started my order and I need to contact them but they can't refund me until Barnies rectify this and refund me but they are refusing to help. Your dishonesty and taking people's money without good reason isn't going to bring you goodness.

Food was hot when delivered, and absolutely delicious 👍 milkshake was lovely too. Would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again.

Great tasting Angus smash burger, loaded fries were quality, and the Donner was juicy and fresh. Would've been 5 star but no drinks with meal deals which surprised me. But overall definitely recommend

Ordered via uber. Their Meat feast pizza brings back childhood memories with the taste. I out special notes regarding ice cream they gave me a free molten lava cake with it too. 10/10 from me

I visited Barnies on Manchester Road for the first time and ordered three burgers. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. It took almost 45 minutes to get my order, and every time we asked how much longer it would take, they kept saying, “Just five more minutes.” When I finally received my food and said thank you in a tired voice, one of the staff members started misbehaving with me. Overall, the staff’s attitude felt like they were doing us a favor rather than providing a service. The food itself was good, but because of their behavior, I won’t be returning.

first time I've ordered from you guys i got you recommended from a work colleague and you didn't disappoint 5star not enough the chicken cheeto burger was fantastic the stir fry dinner was banging, I want more 😋

Been ordering from barnies for around 6 months now and we’ve never had a bad experience, we’ve tried most of the food in the menu and everything has been beautiful, I feel like many people will sleep on barnies with it being one of many takeaways on the Manchester road strip but I recommend anybody to give them a go, you will not be disappointed! The place is clean, the food is lovely and the staff are friendly! Highly recommended!

Ordered through uber eats took 55 mins to get fried chicken - on arrival cold chicken definitely not crispy! It was cold and lacked any taste. Was like it been sat fried for hours even the coating had hardened up horrendous!! Fries cold and hard as rock.

Will be buying again, tho the ice cream did not arrive I did enjoy the food.

Fancied a parmo and tried this place in Bradford. Went for the stir fry donner parmo and may I say, it was decent. Chicken was cooked to perfection, it was nice and soft combined with the crunch from breadcrumbs. The bechamel saucy was nice and creamy topped with generous amounts of cheese. Staff were OK, Plz note there is some seating but I preferred as take out. Apart from that food was very decent and would score it 3.7 out of 5 ❤️

My burger was soooo good😍😍😍every time I get barnies it’s 10/10. They listen to special instructions aswell. Would highly recommend !!

Excellent customers services. Got my order slightly wrong via Uber (asked for alternative to Donner in dynamite box) but were apologetic and dropped off the wings themselves. Rare to see such care for customers in takeaways these days, so when you get it right, it doesn’t go unnoticed or unappreciated. Thank you, and may Allah grant you barakah in your business! Ordered before and they always have great food. The burger and wings were so tasty and fresh. Would deffo recommend and order again. Try the dynamite box for abit of everything!

The Stealing people money yesterday he charge me £10 for a one burger n drink u have to pay Separate so £10 Cheese burger not even male if u need Rubicon drink cans this another £3:00so I pay £13 for burger is not even nice I'm never go there again is haram

very dissapointed with Barnies service last night we ordered and after an hour of waiting the delivery time kept getting pushed back 15-20mins every 10mins for 1hour. i ordered early so my Mum could eat before her night shift. When i called i was advised food is ready but waiting on delivery driver hes showing as 7mins away from shop. 40mins after my call still no delivery driver.

Never delivered!!! Delivery guy was there at my door step and with camera footage he just left not leaving my food anywhere and I have never hear the knock or ringbell!!!

Consistently delicious food, always a warm friendly service. Hands down the best takeaway in bradford.

Went to try their smash burger...tasted like a standard burger to me which was a bit disappointing...maybe my hopes were too high. I was expecting more for £7.50. Burger was small and Fries were standard nothing wow. I'll probably go again and try something else after ive saved up. Was busy with a number of uber drivers coming and going so people must like it.

Placed order for work lunch it was all ready to collect pizzas were hot and tasted on point Reordered a year later ordered the night before with a time for collection and paid in advance and they still didn't have the order ready waited had to wait 25mins more once there for the order which again was for work do. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recomend these guys for large orders not organised at all

I ordered desserts and have been vomitting non stop for the 2 days. I am not surprised as there are previous reviews with this same problem. Very disappointing as this was the only thing I ate different to my family yesterday.

their food is 10/10 but the quantity 90% of the time is really bad and it's a shame when their food is really good. also normally when i ask for a fork they give it but sometimes they don't and give me loads of chilli sause and no mayo ;(

rice were not fresh, like 3 to 4 days old and smell like proper smell, unfit to eat like and peri peri chicken was nothing else than outer coating with cheap peri peri sauce tub, thats all. wasted my 29 pounds and ruined my dinner too. very dissappointed

Normally we love Barnie’s but it took ages to come, the time just kept going up and up. When it arrived the food was cold and soggy. Super disappointed this time.

The delivery driver never showed up to the restaurant. The driver, Ismael never delivered my order. I had to go to the restaurant to collect the items myself. The restaurant was very helpful. Tried their best to accommodate.

Ordered food at 19:30 and the app said it would arrive at 20:00. Delivery time kept getting pushed back until it got to 21:30 at which point I called the takeaway directly. They told me the driver was “dicking around” and was likely not going to deliver the order. I then had to drive to the takeaway to pick it up myself and didn’t sit down to eat until 22:00. At which point, the food was cold, with it being sat ready to be delivered from the takeaway for so long! Shocking!

Wrong food arrived, driver tried to deliver a pizza for someone called Asma. Just Eat will only refund for the food price, but not for delivery or reinstate the stamps that were used. Won't be using the app again, absolutely shocking service.

Normally we happy,but today we cant eat Curly fries,they was Brown and hard,like you use Old Oil or cooking them before few hours and warm now.

Garlic marg pizza wasnt garlic. Our order was delivered to the wrong house, delivery driver English was poor. Ended up ringing the other customers number and making a swap ourselves.
