Stayed her last year and it seemed much cleaner and the staff seemed a lot more friendlier than this year. The receptionist was very welcoming but the rooms were not as clean as last year. We had an evening meal which was not as good as last year and the staff did not seem to be enjoying their work. The rooms are really hot but they do provide a fan. Breakfast was okay and the waiter was really nice and friendly.

Good night sleep in a king size bed. Room 204, was modern and clean. Only problem was the extractor fan in the bathroom. It was extremely loud making a weird noise. I reported it to reception on checkout so hopefully they will get it replaced for future guests.Had dinner next door in the Brewers Fayre. A good selection for breakfast and they had real orange juice not orange squash compared to other Brewers Faye!

Not been here in 9 years wish I'd never returned the price of the food to the quality and quantity was about 75% too much paid.

#Virgin WiFi is appalling. Since the upgrade several months ago to the WiFi, availability to access the Internet is very disappointing. As a frequent customer to this hotel, the Ultimate WiFi hardly ever works, and the free WiFi drops out every few minutes. Strangely, other Premier Inns don't seem to be afflicted on such a regular basis. UPDATE : Phoned Virgin WiFi, and they stated that the seven day WiFi vouchers are currently not support, and for me to request a twenty four hour voucher. This, thankfully, works for the moment.

Me and my 2 friends went for the Sunday Roast. Booked online, Cona called me twice to confirm the exact time I would be arriving and my booking. You’d think with all the booking prioritisation, that the minute we entered the restaurant, we’d be escorted to our table. We got there early- we had to stand waiting , for at least 5 minutes… Cona needs to work on welcoming the guests (open the door for guests) and prioritise seating them immediately… The food was decent , tasty. I think they could be a little bit more generous with the amount of meat given in the Sunday Lunch, and especially could also give a lot more potatoes…, considering the meal is £40. Chairs … - they’re okay , not the most comfortable chairs. The Staff and waiters are friendly , attentive , they wipe the table after every serving , good attention to detail. Look , I get it , this place is for rich clientele, if you want cheaper food go somewhere else. I need to get my money up so I can afford to eat at CONA 3 times a week !!! For me , I liked vibe , the dark atmosphere and the tech house music, however , for the more Islamic minded, don’t expect a prayer room (it’s not the place for you) The food was tasty , I would come again to try the expensive wagyu steaks My other two friends seemed to like it. Lesson of CONA - I need to earn more money and I’d eat here 3x/week

Spent £50 on two curries with sides & starters. The only way to describe the chicken in the Chicken Madras was like rubber bullets, for a £12 curry not was expected, lacked the flavour you’d expect from a madras. One of the Chicken tikka pieces in the masala had a sharp piece inside. Cutting inside of partners mouth and causing her to taste blood throughout the meal. For price we’ve paid, seemingly for restaurant quality, wouldn’t recommend at all. Disappointed.
