Food is terrible they charge £2 for a slice of pizza of students , terrible prices and no excuse for why . Disappointing

Smells delicious but unfortunately a few times we had terrible chips, brisket is to salty and over seasoned, the food is hot at least and friendly staff. Very over priced.

Can not thank them so much for letting us play pool from there club.

Fuimos a un cumpleaños en la Suite de enero 2017 tengo que decir que la comida que ponen en era excelente; Pizza caliente, patatas fritas, patatas fritas, rizado colación fría, abrir las mazorcas, un montón de salsas y negra/queso. El Sadlers amargo también fue excelente, y el personal del bar era muy servicial. Muy recomendado! !

Quick service on this occasion 👍🏻... Food ok... Outside saftey not good. Cars speed into the drive-in road. Cars able to do this due to poor design to access the drive-in queue 😏 ... Will try this outlet in years time to see if any better 🫥

Deliverd the wrong food didn't pick up the phone after I would call ot a scam

it's been the same with our orders recently. the sauce seems heated up rather than fresh, it's jelly like rather than a sauce, the tofu was off, and the chow mein tasted odd, as if it wasn't cooked properly. have not enjoyed the past two orders. which is a shame since we regularly order from here and probably won't bother again for a long time.

The food is nice but the service is terrible. I've ordered from here 3 times via Uber eats, each time I've had to call to chase up the order. The girl is clueless when you call and just fobs you off with delivery excuse. Each time it's taken 2 hours to be delivered. I won't be using them again, the food isn't nice enough to outweigh the delivery time. I wouldn't bother if I were you.

would give a zero but can't - ordered through uber eats - meal turned up late and was wrong - popcorn chicken and chips instead of 10 pieces of chicken - phoned them - promised to rectify - they turned up with 1 piece of chicken..... phoned again and promised to redeliver - was not their fault and I could claim form uber eats - they were doing me a favour as i could keep the popcorn chicken..... just arrived - absolutely shocking and will never use them again - shocking service and shocking attitude

Did a bit a shopping today then dropped in for a quick lunch. The area is filthy dirty, cutlery was dirty, trays were dirty, menus were dirty and dirty tables. I popped my head in to cooking area to ask for clean cutlery and that was filthy too. All staff were pleasant but overworked unfortunately so obviously a management problem.

Was told about my allergy they sent me something that shouldn’t of contained eggs but it did. Resulted in me having an allergic reaction rang to complain they told me to piss off

Thought we would have a coffee and a piece of cake. Virtually no customers, no staff visible and very small pieces of cake on display at exorbitant prices. No one bothered to come to serve us so we went to Sainsburys café. I would hazard a guess it was much better.

I popped into the Coventry Street Subway sandwich shop this morning, and decided to order a Garlic cheese 🧀 steak 12" footlong subway. The lady behind the counter was very pleasant and talkative. The service was quick and not too expensive, but the main thing was, the subway was delicious and worth every penny! Will definitely be stepping into here again soon! 5 ☆ ~ C ~ 28/03/2025
