Ordered on uber eats, all star chicken, no garlic and herb, no crispy onions, no peppers, no red onions, add teriyaki sauce and look what came. tried calling the store 6 times and not answered the phone once. never order from here always go to the one by foley fish bar, they don’t get your order wrong every single time

Used the delivery service. Disappointing as normally very happy with the service. Received one sub without sauce and the extra cheese was missing too. The other sub was also disappointing, we asked for extra pickles, which we didn’t get, the sub was dry and the bread was hard. Instead of a white macadamia cookie we received a bag of dry broken cookie bits. Not worth the £17 paid.

Second time we have ordered from here the bread is stale . It used to be a lot better with the old owners . I wanted to use my points and it’s like they didn’t want us to use our point not very happy staff plus they don’t have hairnets. My misses now has upset stomach

When I ordered my wrap, it was completely wrong - I told her that I would like certain salads and the sauce and they didn’t put any sauce on and missed half the salad. After I sat down, they started to mess about screaming at each other (for what reason I have no idea) when I told them that there was no sauce, she brought the sauce over to me and pored it in my sandwich and over my hand… wasn’t quite sure what to think of the service.

I was very disappointed with subway as the food was not good and the cheese wasn’t melted into the sandwich right and I had to leave half of my sandwich and took the cheese off they were not wearing anything for there hair and it was women with long hair I am not be coming bk to this subway again food was not nice and also didn’t take our voucher for side we had on the app for a free side meal

Shut it down. Wrong food delivered and what was delivered was raw and or terrible quality. I called to ask for them to rectify their mistake but they refused to answer, they let the phone ring and then picked it up and put it down without speaking. Complaint made to subway as this franchise needs closing down or new owners sharpish.

The service is so appalling; surely if you hear a phone continuously ringing, you’d pick up the phone? I only looked at the review after placing the order; seems like they’re is an ongoing problem! Staff miserable food was awful my sandwich fell apart and I didn't have much on it! Way too hot in there didn't have the air con on and prices are crazy compared to other subways I could of had the same meal for me and my family and saved over 10 pound to eat it at my local subway! And the one on stourport Road I would of saved around a tenner to eat there. I would go somewhere else if you are in town

I order through the Uber eats app and the app informed me my food was on the way. It then stated it had been delivered. I searched my whole outside property to find no delivery. It took me ages to get through to the driver to be told he didn’t have my order and it had never been made due to an item missing at subway. The subway worker told the delivery driver he would ring me in regards to this. I never received a phone call or that my order had been cancelled. I have tried a number of times to ring the shop and no one answers, I have asked for a refund however I feel the customer service over this was appalling.

Avoid. We used delivery. Our sandwiches were wrong as they had ran out of tuna and meatless meatballs so just stuck in meatless chicken without asking. They forgot to put the cheese on both, they forgot salad on one of them. Neither had sauce that was requested. They didn't send our one drink, and didn't send our separate sauce pots either for the wedges. The wedges we couldn't eat because they were wet and still partially raw. When I rang the store they said theres nothing they can do. Didn't even offer to replace anything or refund anything! Stay away from them.

Made to wait while 2 members of staff were organising Uber deliveries, they had the heating full blast and I. Such a small shop not good for food temperature control as all salads were looking dry and not fresh : then when I was finally servers they had run out of jalapenos! I just walked out at this pot total wast of time and know never to come here again.

I popped in for a bite to eat with my partner. After working in a Subway myself i was amused at how poorly kept this store is. Thing weren’t kept stocked up, the tables and chairs were covered in crumbs & food debri. A young man behind the counter was still wearing Christmas promo shirts and another young man served me who wasn’t even wearing uniform. The cold well was highly disorganised with a huge risk of cross contamination. The guacamole was BLACK. Our food was over toasted & dry. I understand food places can be understaffed, however as a customer and someone who has previously worked for a store in the same branding I understand how important it is to see things through the eyes of the customer.

Firstly the man on shift was friendly and welcoming hence the 2 stars. However, the girl that served me made the experience poor. She had AirPods in the whole time, messed up my order and I had to ask for a bag 4 times before she looked at me and asked what I’m waiting for while I was still waiting for a bag.

Unfortunately had to use this subway recently as usually use the one on Stourport Road. What a horrendous experience, the food is the worst subway I have ever had. The staff are even worst - they don't have a care in the world. I really don't know how this shop is still open - Subway as a brand should seriously consider closing this place down. To top it off the prices are sky high. Im surprised they have not failed a health and safety inspection - I found a hair in my food. Subway should really look at its shops more closely - public health risk here. In-store is bad but using their delivery service is worst! This is totally the opposite to the other subway in Kidderminster who are cheaper, have really friendly staff and its always service with a smile. Embarrassment to the subway brand.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I'm always greeted by one of three things at this subway. Staff sat in the doorway with friends smoking (great hygiene for a food business), staff sat with friends in the business with not a sign of a purchase in site or staff absolutely nowhere to be seen. Have regularly been in here when customers have been walking out due to not even being acknowledged. Usually run out of things because they have either taking it off to clean hours before the store is due to close or not bothered prepping any more. Place is usually a mess too. Ordered food online this evening just to be shrugged at and told there was no order, despite me showing it on my phone. Eventually made my order whilst trying to get a delivery driver to call another customer as they'd run out of something and hadn't bothered to call them until the driver arrived. Staff member had taken a few minutes to appear when I arrived so clearly wasn't interested. Not sure who manages this site as I've never seen them in there but they really need to get a grip on this business. I will not be returning.

I'm severely disappointed not even worthy of one star, food took over an hour and there wasn't much on the order to start with so shouldn't have taken that long not to mention it was cold and missing my nachos and even though I specifically requested the meet at the door option on Uber eats and left a note for the driver to ring the doorbell he put our food on the doorstep and drove off without letting us know it had arrived thankfully I was starving so was tracking the order but I don't normally and would not have had a clue it was there until somebody had taken it most likely. I'm very annoyed and can say with 100% certainty I will never buy food from subway again the service was appaling

Just ordered from here with Uber eats, firstly they took an hour to deliver the food and blamed the delivery driver but the delivery driver stated that she was waiting at the shop to collect the order which shows on the app. Secondly, which is where my 1 star is from is the fact that both sandwiches have the least amount meat on them I have ever seen. Basically it's vegetables with no meat. I have tried ringing the shop 10 times now and they have not picked up. Waste of money and time. Use another store or don't buy from here.

Ordered on just eat at 3pm. Courier was 2 minutes away at half past, then the tracker lost their signal. After 20 minutes I've tried calling the store to no answer, just endless dialing. A further 40 minutes later, and 4 more attempts at calling, still nothing. Stuck in limbo wondering what is going on.

Ordered from here tonight, ordered 2 meal deals one small one large & multiple sides! Got the order so so wrong. The large meal deal come with jalapeños instead of gherkins. Chicken was absolutely disgusting. It in fact, didn't come as a large it came as a small meal, when I tried to phone they did not answer. And to think I spent £32.46 on this order!!! Will never be using this subway again, the one on stourport Road is much much better!!! And at least they actually get the order correct!!

Mo who works there is so lovely and I've been to other subways and he is the only one who constantly changes gloves I'm veggie/vegan and if they don't change gloves which I have to ask at the merry hill one then I don't buy .But he does it without asking .Highly recommend!!!!!

They got mine and my friends order terribly wrong and when we went back to complain the manager was rude and made us feel like it was our fault. Did not get an apology, we are left feeling insulted and demoralised. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t EVER recommend subway in Kidderminster, Coventry St. Very unorganised and staff members and disoriented from their work.

Ordered online. The food came missing much of the salad that was ordered, late and cold. When I complained giving all the necessary information, the reply asked for the same information again and I was offered.....wait for it.....10% off for a week! How generous. Oh, and the email apologized for sending the wrong drink!?!?! Customer service is appalling, it took ages to get a reply. I will never use this Subway again and sadly it does make me question whether to use any of their chains as they have lost my confidence.

07/11/2024- An update to the review I left whilst the previous owners were “managing” the franchise… Having seen the latest review following the change of ownership, I thought would give this place another chance.. The difference is night and day. Food was excellent, delivery was super quick and the delivery driver was absolutely lovely. Huge props to these guys for turning the place around.. and it means I finally am able to get Pizza delivered to our door in Wolverley from one of the big chains… Well done Papa John People.. wishing you every success in the new venture and long may it continue. Previous review in 2022 is here: If I could give zero stars, I would. Service appalling, food very late, cold and tasteless and with a side order of continual utter nonsense and lies from the person in the shop and the delivery driver about what on earth they were doing that took them so long to find our house. The same house that absolutely no one has had a problem finding, ever. There are far better places in Kidderminster to get pizza. Do not waste your money and use these jokers.

We have been using this take away for a good while, normally good. Tonight, the food was cold, sweet and sour prawns over cooked and no sauce. We ordered via just eat. I phoned the take away, if no sauce delivered, they have run out. I phoned back to say how awfull the food we had, no managers available, you can claim your cost back through just eat. So in short, shocking food, shocking service, AVOID. What a shame
