Emperor takeaway in Wyre Forest

We have been using this take away for a good while, normally good. Tonight, the food was cold, sweet and sour prawns over cooked and no sauce. We ordered via just eat. I phoned the take away, if no sauce delivered, they have run out. I phoned back to say how awfull the food we had, no managers available, you can claim your cost back through just eat. So in short, shocking food, shocking service, AVOID. What a shame

3 hours late for awful food delivered(eventually) for a takeaway, waste of money and horrendous customer service

Ordered food at 18:15 was told food would arrive by 19:30. Called again at 19:55 told would be 15mins and on its way. Well guess what called again at 20:40 and still no food. What a complete waste of time. Will not use again.

Realmente me apetecía a un pollo arroz frito pero ojalá no lo hubiera hecho. Sin aderezos, sin huevo, sin guisantes. Sólo arroz y pollo hervidos soso. Tuve que añadir mi propio guisantes y un montón de salsa de soja para que sea sólo comestible. Lejos de un plato de arroz frito, terrible. También el pan de gambas lo peor que he probado. Como madera gruesa y sin sabor.

Left a portion of chips off of our order after my stepdad went through the order twice with the woman on the phone from the piece of paper he'd wrote it on, called to notify of the mistake and got accused of lying! She stated our order including an item we hadn't ordered or received - and even then wouldn't admit that she'd made a mistake! Then offered to send the missing portion if we would pay £2.20 for delivery - trying to charge us for said mistake! Really disappointed in her attitude, they've lost a good customer. Mayflower only from now on, much better food there anyway!

Me and my friend ordered from here at 7:09 and were told the wait was just under an hour and after waiting much longer than an hour, we finally received our food at 8:40. When we went to eat the food we found that the chips were cold and the overall taste of the food was bland! I would definitely not be ordering anything from here again!

We ordered a takeaway at 7.01 to be told it would be 30 minutes, which I thought was fast! An hour later I called to check on my order to be told it would be on its way. 1hr30 mins later I checked again to be asked about my order as they obviously hadn't even cooked it. We told them to forget it. Bad attitudes and we will never use again and we will tell our family and friends to forget it. Sound like new, useless staff and management. Terrible. I can't say how bad this is and we have used many take always over the years in various places we have lived.

I've been to the Emperor several times and it's normally great. Thai style curry is amazing, so are the ribs and salt and chilli chips. Guys there are polite and the food has always been quick to come out. Overall I would highly recommend this establishment.

First time of using but so impressed with service! Needed to collect en route to train station to meet arrival! Order ready exactly on time and lovely welcome! Impressed with food quality so will definitely use again.

Been using this takeaway since 2003 and always been very good, the last time we used them earlier in the year we had a bad experience but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Used again last night told delivery would be 30 minutes arrived after an hour and 15 minutes, luke warm and tasteless had to reheat in the oven which took another 20 minutes. So disappointed and will not be using again.

We have used this place a number of times over the years - but last weekend will be the last time. Various items were ordered, the delivery took 1 hour 40 minutes to arrive- so that the food was not particularly hot. Was it well done? Yes - to a crisp! the chips and King Prawns in Batter were absolutely burned. How they sent this disgusting meal out is beyond belief. Without being rude, cooking chinese food does not take the greatest of skill. Perhaps the management has changed? Whatever the reason we shall not be spending our money there again!

Duck with orange sauce..... the portion of duck was 90% fat and skin!! Chow mein dry and tasteless- prawn crackers were the best( and most edible) part of the meal.

Nice Sunday night takeaway? Absolutely disgusting. Greasy, bland, tasteless, lukewarm mess. Avoid like the plague
