Real letdown tonight. We order Dominoes as a treat and it was early and cold. I wrote that we did not want it before 7pm and chose 7-7.15pm. It seems they cooked it straightaway and let it sit delivering at 6.45pm . It lacked toppings too. Too expensive to risk such poor quality . Next time we’ll buy supermarket- the margerita was appalling ! Sorry we like to super local but don’t want to waste money

Food was delivered cold no where near good enough for the price you pay. Expect much better don't take orders on if you can not keep up with demand.

Ordered from dominos food came cold not the greatest one but OK better to drive to the one in kidderminster for the extra time it takes to get there and back

Bit of a hit and miss with the quality of food but the last few times have been poor quality. Pizza doesn't taste fresh and sometimes they put way more cheese on and less sauce and all the toppings just fall off and it doesn't taste fully cooked. Its So expensive for what it is even with the deals on specially with how bad the quality is. I won't be ordering from here again..

Got to shop to collect to find my pizza had been taken by a delivery driver then had to wait to have another pizza made no apology what so ever first and last time I use dominos in stourport terrible service

I would rate the place and food Top Notch. The food is freshly made and to a high standard. Delivery and ordering is fairly straight forward. I like the fact you can pick the time for delivery online. My nine year old son loves the update of your order that you can access on your phone. The staff are friendly and pleasant. Would recommend.

Went on the website to order a pizza from here - initially for some reason the domino's website thought I was in Telford and started to show me some good deals - like the "collection perfection deal" - (any 2 topping medium pizza for £5.99). Tried to change the website to Stourport and no matter what I tried the website couldn't find stourport at all. In the end called them up and found out that the deal on the website was only valid for Telford. The deals in the Stourport store are pretty lame compared to the rest of Domino's pizza chains - even the Kidderminster store has a better deal with the "All Mine Deal"... "Any small pizza and garlic pizza bread or potato wedges for £6.99 when you collect. Choose a pizza from the menu or create your own with up to 4 toppings. Additional toppings will be charged as extra." Don't know why these deals aren't also offered in Stourport especially when you consider how close the Stourport store is to Kidderminster... Next time I go I'll go to Kidderminster and get their much better deal instead - which is why I've given it such a low rating - seems a bit of a swindle how one town has good deals, and another town just seems to be robbing you blind with their overpriced deals.

Staff very childish immature girl making stupid noises and taking like a child, we could here tbey were taking the piss out of our accent

So tried ordering tonight tracked the pizza and it said it had arrived well it hadn't. So phoned the shop the lad on the phone said they tried to phone me well they didn't after seeing the car drive past and living in flats I decided to go down, no sign off the car, they then drove past a second time and went straight past me,so phone the store again to be told the delievery driver was back at the store we waited an hour for food not too turn up. They have said they have sorted a refund will check in a day or two to see if this has happened, an hour wasted waiting for food to not show up 😡

Not the cheapest but you know what you are getting. Have had a number of deliveries, usually with a deal and always hit the mark. Order online and the app tells you exactly when your delivery will be. Never been disappointed.

Awful food paid £20 for a dry pizza and rubbish chicken and veg will never go again. Wast of money and time.

I have visited Dominos in Stourport on many occasions and the pizza is nearly always very nice. However, on past occasions, I have been lied too, with a young blonde lady telling me "Oh, that's a new form of chicken" - It was later revealed when I returned to the store the following day that these "new forms of chicken" were onions! I was given a full refund. On the whole, a good Dominos, just be sure to check your order before you leave and if you do have any problems, speak to the manager as they are often very helpful.

Even on two for one deals this can be quite expensive - service is always great the staff are nice and helpful.

Have to admit i have these on a regular basis and they are the best in Stourport. Always hot, good choice and if you use the discounts available you can get a good deal. Can recommend the new Italian base. Worth trying.

We ordered some pizzas and some side from the Braintree branch via the internet. 20 mins after we ordered we got a call from the driver asking where our house was in relation to their shop. I told him I didnt know where his shop was and I asked if he had satnav and he said "of course I do" to which I replied why do you need directions from me then? He got very upset telling me he was only trying to do his job. He eventually turned up, very upset with me for some reason. i open the first box and noticed something that looked like spit on top. I told him I didnt want the pizzas as they were 20 minutes late and had been spat on. The driver just huffed and walked away. I called the shop and spoke to the manager and he just said "do you want to cancel the order or not". He wasnt interested in what had happened one little bit. Very frustrating but could have been worse as the driver looked like he had something catching...

I was just going to say that Domino's is cheap and cheerful. Well, it's cheerful… but only cheap-ER if you use their vouchers/offers. It's a well-known retail trick: overprice your product and then give the customer the PERCEPTION of value if he/she uses the vouchers. That said, I am still a regular customer of theirs because I am satisfied with the gluten-free pizza bases, the reasonable quality of ingredients and, in my experience, the fairly prompt delivery. My current niggles include: the app allows you to order items that the store has run out .

Had friends around and decided on a pizza party, we ordered online without to much difficulty, we were able to track the pizza, from being made,to going in the oven, to being on its way by delivery. We had put a.s.a.p and it was a speedy service, the pizzas were great, but a little let down by the small sides. We had two large pizzas, both half and half,two sides and 1.5lt bottle of pop for £24.

If it's a takeaway pizza you want then Dominos is the place to go. Far better than the soggy pizzas on offer at the other well know pizza outlet in Kidderminster. Service Is good and orders usually served up without any undue delay. Prices have risen over the years at Dominos but when their offers on are they are excellent value.

Went to a colleague's party still hungry afterwards,had a lovely takeaway 2x Peperoni pizzas very quick service and our B&B; was just around the corner.

the same as any other dominos. staff are friendly. food arrives promptly. always contacts if issue with order.

Picked up a takeaway pizza & some dough balls on a Sunday afternoon, when we got it home and tasted it, it was one of the most bland and tasteless pizzas I have ever had the misfortune to taste ! Possibly explains why it was empty ? I certainly will not be going there again !

Great pizzas, first class service and very fast delivery. It's even better if you have the app on your phone!

We sat in and eat pizza. The pizza was made quicky but was very very greasy not sure if its because we always have dominos delivered and this give time for the grease to soak unto the box or because the pizza was so fresh but it tasted good. The staff at the counter we very polite and professional but the staff further into the kitchen were swearing and shouting at each other. Not acceptable with the young kids i was with. Also 1 of the staff was stood in the door way having a cigareet whilst talking to her mates outside smoking blowing back into resturant. Can you stop the staff door from banging everytime someone leaves the kitchen my kids jumped everytime it banged

We have tried this place twice since it opened, I would never leave a bad review after just one visit. The first time we ordered pizza and there was hardly any cheese on it, it was mainly bread and sauce. So the second time we tried we asked for extra cheese, I don't know if they were taking the mick with our request but we then had to play hunt the cheese! Customer services were useless! We won't be visiting again.

Pizza is delicious. Regularly get takeaway pizza from here. On one particular occasion, our side order was not delivered and we had to wait to recieve it, though.

Domino's Pizza ripping morons off since 1960 Everything about this place is poor from the staff to the food with their anorexic toppings. Only people who go here are the type that play Pokemon Go.

I have ordered twice online, and both times I selected a delivery time, both times order was delivered 15 mins early, if I wanted it at that time I would have asked for it at that time, good pizza though

Used 3 times to gauge an overall opinion. First two times they didn't get the correct pizza and wasn't ready on time. Not great customer service although they were in the wrong. ordered pizza for 7pm but had phone call at 6:30pm to ask why I hadn't picked food up. the whole idea of ordering for a specific time is thats the time u want to pick up! not to say when i did pick pizza up it was cold! not brilliant pizzas but no competition locally.

Really,really poor pizza's undercooked Spartan toppings and staff really need training in people skills and we mean all staff from management to crew members, we like to support local businesses but afraid to say in this case will be sticking to Kidderminster branch far superior in ever way

Had two large pizzas one with a stuffed cheese crust both were undercooked and not enough toppings on them the cheese in the stuffed crust was like rubber . Won't use again

Feel very let down very poor quality hardly any topping and under cooked think they need some in house training, going back to Kidderminster dominos far better quality

Very surprised at the quality f our takeaway good value, pizza hot sides not so good but Ok we will definitely irder from them again

I disappointed myself and fell for the brand and ordered a couple of pizzas. Nothing other than the same Dominos taste. All the pizzas taste the same and I always feel cheated after spending over £22 for a couple of lukewarm pizzas. Delivery was prompt and the online order tracker was novel.
