would give a zero but can't - ordered through uber eats - meal turned up late and was wrong - popcorn chicken and chips instead of 10 pieces of chicken - phoned them - promised to rectify - they turned up with 1 piece of chicken..... phoned again and promised to redeliver - was not their fault and I could claim form uber eats - they were doing me a favour as i could keep the popcorn chicken..... just arrived - absolutely shocking and will never use them again - shocking service and shocking attitude

Delicious. Best Chinese food around for miles & very generous portion sizes! Would recommend the salt & chilli chips 😋

Use to order food from her every week,but they have obviously been took over! ordering anything off the menu is an ordeal who ever answers the phone has know idea what so ever what they are doing! you give your order they have know idea what your on about and keeps shouting back to kitchen for help surely chicken fried rice isnt hard to understand! in the end after 5 mins you start using the numbers off the menu still doesn't get it! once you do order you have to go over it twice to make sure your getting what you actually asked for! and surprise surprise when it arrives it WRONG!

Got to be honest and say literally the worst Chinese ever and we’re really not fussy eaters! Way too much salt and clearly the cooking oil they use is well overdue to be changed. The mixed platter of starters was small and tasteless. Overall not impressed to say the least.

Had a Thai Curry from here... was watery and bland. Boyfriend had the Singapore chow mein, it was very average. Wouldn't eat here again, sorry.

We used to love this Chinese takeaway and we used to have one every week, but the last 2 takeaways we have had have been significantly late. Tonight's takeaway we have waited 1 hour and 35 minuets for, when they said around 45 minuets for delivery! After finally getting our food we have had to put it in the microwave as it has turned up cold, definitely not to the standard it used to be. No apology from the restaurant and as a regular customers I feel very let down. I will be finding somewhere else for my regular deliveries in future.

We ordered a take away from here, the food was dripping with fat, and was well below standard to what we are used to having. Found that it was quite tasteless ,and lacked on any finesse or quality. There are lots of Chinese takeaways to try in Kidderminster, this is not one of them.

Ordered two meals, and they both looked similar, one was a Thai dish the other a stir fry they both tasted the same, quite bland, quite disappointed, won't be going back.

Have ordered here a few times as it is just down the road. Normally have fantastic food and service, but sadly was let down once. Nonetheless i gave them a 2nd chance and im glad that i did. Even managed to get friends to order from there and now it is their prefered chinese takeaway

Execellent meal, we visit every time we come to Kidderminster, and is just like before. Have seen them growing from 1 delivery man to 2, definitely is my choice of Chinese. I like the chicken chowmien and thai green curry most, must try.

Very very impressed with the quality of food presented, the delivery was faster than expected. In my opinion the food was at a very good value for money!!! Would defiantly order from here again! I would recommend this to anyone with a good taste for Chinese food!

Very impressed with the quality of food tonight, one of the best Chinese take-out's in Kidderminster & one of the best I've tasted for a while. I will definitely go back and would rate it as it's; fast delivery, good service, and all round very tasty & filling food.

Ordered from here on Friday night because normally it's lovely, took 2 hours for it to be delivered! Rang about half an hour before it arrived to see where the food was and the man on the phone said our food was ready but the delivery driver wasn't there to bring it yet so the food basically sat around for ages waiting to be delivered, when it arrived, it was literally freezing cold like it had been sat in the fridge and didn't taste the best at all but we put that down to it being so cold! Phoned the man back because I wanted a refund or the food needed to be changed! The man on the phone said 'what do you want me to do about it' then said 'do you not have anything to warm it up with' in the end he finally agreed to change the food but he wanted proof that the food was cold so we were told to put the food back in the tubs, we then waited another hour for the fresh food and even then it tasted disgusting!!! We just gave up and threw it in the bin! Never again would I try this Chinese, waste of space and the service is the worst I've ever known, very very rude man!

Good quick food and good prices. Better to ring for a takeaway than fetch it yourself as parking is not good. Always had a good service from them.

I used to buy from Tasty House regularly, though don't any more. The reasons are simply that the food used to take a long time to arrive and it wasn't really all that great to be honest.I now use a different take away which is 'collection only' as the food is much nicer and worth the short drive!

Best chicken in Kidderminster next door is KFC and always flat out busy so you have to wait and wait till u get served but tasty house is little but served very quickly and always great fresh cooked food the people serving are friendly and don't mind while u choose. They also deliver but at busy times can take 40 minutes or so. If u are local phone up and collect great food and have never been dissatisfied

Incredibly bad and rude customer service. Phoned straight after delivery to say that one dish had arrived cold, was told "prove it" things went downhill from there. Eventually agreed to refund but way too much trouble to get to that point.The food we did keep turned out to be horrible, pretty much rice with a load of curry powder thrown in.There are better takeaway options locally

one of the best Chinese takeaways in Kidderminster, great choice on the menu, good value for money, very tasty, highly recommended, toptip - they get very busy on fri and sat nights so order early to avoid delay on delivery

been ordering food from here for 7 years food always been good! delivery quick never been a problem i would say we have been very good and loyal customers recommended them to friends. Ordered food tonight a curry was inedible so salty rang and said please can you bring another,he said no! was not interested in our years of custom will never order food from here again!!!

Person who answers the phone is RUDE "Steven" he said his name was LOL. This place is awful.Save your souls and dignity and don't waste your unlimited calls on this waste of effin space of a "restaurant" Please explain how your not doing deliveries as you are to busy, then when asked for collection you said your closed.Dear oh dear.People of Kidderminster you are better than this, your better off eating out the bin than putting your guts through the rubbish that they probably serve. Ordered a take away rice was all dry noodles was all try and cold rang and told manager who said couid not refund waiting 2 hours delivery driver still not come back with my change still not come back and still not collected food and chicken ball smelt of stake fat

I've order from Tasty House a few times now and the food has always been really nice and good value. We ordered recently from another Kidderminster based Chinese takeaway and it took nearly 2 hours to arrive and we have never had this problem with Tasty House. They always seem to say 30-45mins but it is always earlier.Definitely recommend this place.
