Excellent meal. Good service from all staff. Nice menu, good food. Good selection of GF options including dessert. Be even better to see GF pasta dishes!! 😋

First time there while in Evesham visiting our daughter and family and very impressed with the quality of the food, the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the shop.

We had a perfectly lovely lunch, with good quality food, excellent service and a great atmosphere. It was also very good value for money. Well done and thank you.

Messed up on my online order the man on the phone was kind enough to change it for me without hesitation. Great service.

Ordered a five pound meal and no nuggets were put in the order and didn’t notice til I started eating back at home and unfortunately this is the second time in a few orders and its frustrating

We visited this restaurant for Valentine’s Day and it was lovely. The staff were so friendly. The steak and chips were delicious. The cheese board was also amazing. One of my new favourite restaurants!

I have to say that ChoZen is possibly the best pan Asian food ‘place’ I have ever been to within the U.K. I find myself regularly stopping at this particular one due to the route I travel 2 or 3 times a week. The staff have always been delightful with customer service being the forefront of their minds, however, Marie in particular is phenomenal, I have never left the counter without a smile if she’s working. Definitely worth a visit if you want something better than McDonald’s!

Food is absolutely Mingin Geeza on the phone is mouthy Took 2h 30 to deliver a donner kebab 😂😂😂 Emailed me asking me to call up and create an order which he’d sort which I’d done tonite (2 weeks later) turned up at my door demanding £10 then I called up and asked what it was about then he wanted £5 then turned the driver away and threatened me with police. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Refused to take order at the counter. Poor customer service! Would not recommend.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza with some extra peppers and onions. The onions and peppers looked like they'd been forgotten and thrown on the top. I'd already left and was really hungry so I ate it. But felt ripped off for a small pizza at £20. If you screw it up and forget to add the extras, just admit it. I'd prefer to wait for my money than get a second rate expensive pizza

The worst food on the planet. Don't waste your money. Greasy, horrible food. I had to bin most of it. Mainly onions. Rude service, they gave me a favour that they even served me. No comments.

Visited twice this week and Claire is an absolute star! Never stopped working for the hour that we were there while her colleagues seemed to have their phones glued to their hands. Claire is a credit to this coffee shop. She deserves a promotion!

I wish I could rate it zero. 5 staff and no service that was of any use. Over 10 minutes waiting and still didn’t get to give my order. Gave up as they were faffing about and there was nobody working at serving coffee. I will not be stopping there again. I don’t mind waiting for coffee to be made, but this was beyond a joke. I will get a drink elsewhere. If at the services I suggest using McDonald’s
