The worst food on the planet. Don't waste your money. Greasy, horrible food. I had to bin most of it. Mainly onions. Rude service, they gave me a favour that they even served me. No comments.

Ordered for 11 people yesterday. All the food was hot, fresh and delicious. Will definitely use again. Quick and efficient service.

I have been using Chungs for approx 21/22 years now. Worked in the railway and we got all the contractors meals from here. We have never had a bad meal, maybe two wrong orders (only where they forgot pancakes for duck but swiftly delivered them) Quite shocked at the bad reviews. I mean over 20 years of great food from this place personally. They even hand delivered me a leaflet to say they were back open during the pandemic. Lovely people and great food.

This has been our go to Chinese take away for about two years now, we really enjoy what we order and it’s very consistent in terms of food quality and service.

We decided to use chungs for the first time. Delivery was good and cost. Then the food came and the duck was average. The whole meal was cold, bland and very fatty. The chicken was pink and for that reason i decided to call the restaurant. I am not usually one to complain but because of the undercooked meat i thought it be best to say something. I asked for a refund, but did say to leave the duck because again that was ok! The manager came on the phone and was very rude and abrupt, refusing to refund the ribs although they were also disgusting. I was willing to hold off on this review but because he just couldn't meet me in the middle and it was on his terms i stated i would still be leaving this regardless. From a £30 order they refunded me £10, £10 of which we ate none of the food except the duck and are sat here still hungry. My argument was why would i willingly call up and offer there food back to them in exchange for a refund if i was lying about it 🤷🏼‍♀️ Needless to say i wont be going back there and i will never recommend them to anyone. Not a very nice experience and whatever happen to customer service. Thumbs down from us. 👎👎

We've been going to Mr Chung for years. The food is consistently good and we have never found fault. The service is always friendly and we especially love the salt and pepper squid :)

This place is cheep and cheerful and needs a lick of paint but the people are great and the food is tasty

Not used chungs for a long time it was good, but no more.Rang up at 540. Had a delivery be with us in 30 - 40 mins it took 65mins to come and it was cold. Chips cold & unedable. The Chinese food was also cold ,greasy and tasteless, waste of money. Duck with plum sauce had no sauce and batter was taken of and put on side of plate it was discussing & slimmy. Mushroom curry was a small portion. The other dishes was has bad to.Never again very disappointing with it all.So can any one recommend any chinese that delivers to the Littleton area.

Would not recommend this takeaway to anyone even if it was the last place open in Evesham, greasy good with no flavour, rang back up politely to explain to them the situation but instead was told by the manager that I am wrong and that they have never had a single complaint about their chow mein and I am the first ever person to complain about this in the history of their takeaway. He also said that he cooked the food and he knows it was fine because apparently they do not use any oil ( the biggest lie ever). I explained to the manager that when someone makes a complaint I.e. me, he cannot just say that I am wrong and there is nothing wrong with the food because he cooked it. Long story short may aswell have complained to my living room wall as it probably would have done more for me. If I could give negative stars I would. I will never be ordering food from here again.

Worst Chinese matched with the worst customer service. Manager is the rudest bloke in WR. Awful guy.

I have never had a bad meal here. The food has always been very tasty and delicious & it gets delivered to your door delivered to your door.

Not sure how there is any negative reviews. Have been ordering from Chungs, every few months (sometimes more!) for the last 6 years since we moved here. It has always been absolutely delicious with top notch service and reasonable prices. The staff over the phone and in the shop are so kind and caring, as are the drivers who deliver to our door. 5 stars!

Popped in on the way back to our room after a few drinks. The menu looked good and we were not disappointed - the food was lovely

We decided to have a takeaway as a weekend treat, and it was awful! First we ordered 2 vegetable spring rolls, and we were sent ones with prawns in. My husband is allergic to prawns, so this didn't go down too well, so replacements were sent. The replacements were full of just bean sprouts,, and nothing else! The chips were cold, and had been cooked in lard, also the chicken in the chow Mein was almost non exsistant. We will never order from here again!

Used chungs a few times for delivery, drivers are always friendly. Food is as good as you would expect from a take out. Nothing to complain about, nothing to rave about.

The wait for delivery was on time food was hot and delicious as usual use this take away at least once a month and always first class food

Used to be my favourite place, they do all the cooking at the back, including the chips, it was better when it was a proper chip shop, also you don't get value for money any more.

Chungs is my absolute favorite Chinese in evesham as the chips with curry sauce is amazing. Tonight however, the chips are absolutely inedible as they have a strange taste on (like plastic?) and I'm pretty annoyed with the ordeal. I'm just hoping tonight was a one off and I can buy again rather than that standards have slipped

Chips not cooked properly, rice cold and stale tasting. Chowmein really oily! Really not impressed. How hard is it to fry chips!

This was a spontaneous choice. However it was lucky for us. Delivery service was exceptional. The meal was fabulous. Next week we will be ordering again. Thank you Chungs.x

Tuve una cena pobre desde aquí. Me cobraron £1.50 por entrega a pesar de pasar más de 15 libras y dirección de entrega un quinto de milla de la tienda.

Acabo trasladó al área pensamos que habría un cantonés para probar. Después de la tienda afanados por encontrar, parece como el frente de una casa! Ordenamos nuestra comida dijeron listo en 20 minutos, así que media hora más tarde nos fuimos a servirse la comida, la comida no estaba preparado, así que aún tuvimos que esperar, la tienda era bastante oscuro y sombrío en el interior. Comida para encontrar tomó todo bastante insípido, ambos nos enferma el día siguiente!

Chungs offers a mix of a chip shop with a full Chinese menu which they will deliver for a charge.The chip shop option offers the general menu while Chinese menu is extensive and decent value.Our last use was a delivered take-a-away which was delivered on time, was hot and very tasty with good portion sizes.A good mix of chips and Chinese which deliver which is not common in the Evesham area. An option.

We generally always have the same dishes from Chung's and it's always good, but this week it was even better ! Thanks Chung's , keep up the good work and see you next week

I cannot eat fish, so when the family want fish and chips, I can rely on Chungs because they also have a full chinese menu. Also their fish and chips is good quality, I am told.

We went here hoping for some amazing food but unfortunately it was the worst Chinese we have ever had. The noodles were dry & charred, the meat was unrecognisable & filled with gristle & fat. It was obviously old ingredients & the building itself was dismal & in no way customer friendly. Very disappointed, we will not be returning.

Well what can I say? I have tried and tested many spare ribs over the years, this one is the only one we get them from, delicious.The owner Pete and his wife (Lin?) have always made us feel welcome, the place is very clean too.

I ordered Shredded Chicken, Special Chow Mien and Pineapple Fritter. It took about 30-40mins to arrive.When it did the driver dropped the bag so all the syrup from the fritter ended up all over the two other containers and settled in the bottom of the bag.This was how I received my food.The bill was also £3.50 more than I was expecting after ordering from their online menu which is apparently out of date.By the time I had battled my way through all the syrup and cleaned the containers and salvaged what syrup was left at the bottom of the bag, I settled down to cold food.There was one shrimp in the entire special chow mien and the shredded chicken could not be described as shredded, it was burnt and generally unpleasant but the dog liked it.I called the takeaway to say it was not the best experience and was shouted at by the gentleman on the phone.Avoid........

As always, fantastic food made for us by Chungs. Very good value and plentiful portions. I recommend the crispy beef. We had it delivered, it was on our table 40 mins after putting the phone down. Looking forward to next time!

Worst Chinese EVER... Apart from the chicken & sweetcorn soup actually quite nice & hot unlike the chow main which was stone cold & tasted like burnt toast & the chicken curry also cold & more bland than a dry potato

If you want something as simple as chips and a sausage be prepared for a 20 minute wait and then you'll get a sausage from the micro wave and reheated chips

We have used chungs for many years and the food and service are consistently good . Our favourites are crispy beef and the salt and pepper squid is just delicious ! Keep up the good work :)
