The best restaurants in Harvington and Norton Wychavon West Midlands

Took a chance and discovered a real find. Excellent breakfast and great value. Totally stuffed! One standard and one large breakfast which were both lovey. To be honest, the large dish was unnecessary. Although we did not partake on this occasion, the array of cakes available looked fabulous and were also of a large size compared to most. Will come again.

Our favourite place locally, we discovered this by chance one day and never resist an opportunity to visit when we can. The whole design and feel of the place is so cosy yet chic, you just know you’re going to get something great. The food has always been outstanding, from their steaks (even offering to order in a special cut for us on previous occasions) to their burgers to the puddings. Last nights trip was in search of the ravioli but we missed out (which shows how awesome it is!) but we both enjoyed what we had - the venison pie and Korean chicken and mushrooms on sourdough. We asked whether they could do as a side of pigs in blankets, and they went out of their way to ask chef to make us some and OMG…. If you are a fan of pigs then you are in for a treat!! Totally recommend. Best thing about this place though is the staff. Without fail, every single time we come we get outstanding service, such warm hospitality from every single person. It’s a real pleasure to visit. Other venues should really come and learn from the best, they’ve got this absolutely nailed - 5*, thank you!!!

We meet our friends here on Sunday 7th of July 2024 for a traditional Sunday Lunch. We were not disappointed. The service from the team was fantastic and the food was great. I had a beef roast which can be hit and miss wherever you go, and it was cooked to perfection. Nice dollop of gravy and Puds were lovely. Well presented food.

No reliable WiFi connection. Room in great need or being refreshed. 2 single beds pushed together with a topper so not that comfy. Bathroom showed a lot of signs of water damage or old leak. Warped wood, black mold and rust on shower head and towel rail. Unwrapped tea bags in a perspex box isn't great and same at reception, fortunately I don't drink tea! Breakfast was fine as it was at the Beefeater next door.

Dreadful, waited 45 minutes for food sent scrambled egg back as it was rock hard to be replaced with another plate of over cooked eggs . Would not recommend at all and won’t be returning,

I like Coffee 1 but had a poor experience recently. Just two savouries on display and a few sweets/pastries. Coffee tasted sour. Reported this to the Baristas but was informed the milk was ok - no offer to remake. The shop was quiet. I won’t be returning to this store again. Really disappointed and feel this experience has let the brand down.

Me and the wife called in for our weekly treat yesterday and again we were not disappointed.greeted by friendly staff throughout our visit and meal. Steaks were just as ordered ‘medium’ and accompanied by lovely fresh salad, chips etc. a lager and a wine went down a treat also. Lexie was our server. Thank you Dave & Sue👍🇬🇧

My husband and I dropped in on a saturday evening between Christmas and New year without a reservation on the way home to Devon. We were greeted speedily and were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and delicious food. Our steaks were cooked beautifully! The highlight of our evening however was the stellar service we received from Jay, not only was he efficiently waitering 15+ tables (including a few larger ones), he also found the time to have lovely interactions with each of us. His positive attitude and whitty humour truly made our evening. What a lovely visit, if only we lived close enough to come back soon :-).

Very expensive, Coffee weak as it's advertised as 2 shots. Not a welcome smile during ordering, cake has 1/5 missing yet still full price. This was our first time and probably our last. In this day and age, prices are increasing, however the quality and service doesn't seem to follow that trend.

We had a lovely night away in this beautiful hotel, with an extremely comfortable bed in a room in the main house. We had drinks in the bar before exploring the gorgeous gardens and meeting Charlie the kitten amongst the roses. Our evening meal was wonderful. We were offered complimentary Prosecco each (it was our fortieth wedding anniversary) and we started with homemade sourdough and pate which was delicious. For the mains, I chose the lamb which fell apart under my fork and my husband chose the chicken which was moist and delicious. Breakfast was equally fabulous, with a choice of cereals/juices/toast and we had the full English - one with poached egg and one with scrambled - all cooked to perfection. Great place, great food, great service from lovely, helpful and smiley staff - we will return…
