Very good location, clean and tidy, the staff are very friendly and helpful

The toilets have been closed for at least two months to my knowledge. Expect to queue for the single disabled toilet, which naturally gets rather dirty from intense use. Very poor.

Popped in to get a Frappe and a Mango refresher, was served by Claire who was great as were the drinks.

Very mid Too good too go so kfc is better!

Unfortunately on decaf coffee these days but still tastes good.

Don't expect to be warm if you drink or eat in!

Used the drive through to get 2 lattes. £3.60 for a medium. I always ask for extra hot and these were just at the correct temperature. Pleasant staff. Pay at the pickup point.

Went to Costa and bought a drink asked to use my birthday treat code and the women sighed and said for god sake to my face.Her college had to apologise on her behalf. Very upset !

Quick and efficient, but it's getting more and more expensive!

This Costa gets a thumbs down because it was dirty - the area where you get sugar etc. had not been cleaned from the day before bin full and coffee spilt everywhere. Really offputting Toilet not clean either. The only saving grace was the coffee and cake! It was not busy so there is no excuse for notmaking everything spotless for your early customers.

The team were extremely helpful and chatty. Welcoming not only us but our dog Bertha too. We dont live locally and on route to Wales for a sort break. If any of our friends or family were coming this way I would highly recommend your costa restaurant. Thank you Fran

Without fail always the slowest service at this drive through. I drive all over the country for work so use drive throughs frequently and this one, closest to my home consistently takes ages - maybe it's understaffed?

Visited around 10am on the 2nd December 2023 and the two girls who served us were a delight. Very welcoming and polite.

Just visited Sunday afternoon through the drive through waited 15 mins with two cars in front off me . It was taking ages as I got closer the problem for the delay was for the fact that a young boy and girl was not doing their job . Messing around and busy talking not even making the drinks that the car in front had ordered which was one drink . Then I drove up to the glass looking through the glass it was disgusting cups with coffee all dripping down the sides not been cleaned . Hot chocolate jug appeared from underneath looked like it had been there for days and then to watch the young girl pour milk into this jug . ( Horrified ) it was filthy . I watched for my two coffee’s to be made . One coffee being a decaf and skinny . Yes he used skinny milk opened a decaf I hope but the coffee into the normal coffee beans and pressed the coffee . Then the semi skimmed milk was put into the jug of whole milk . Two medium coffee’s that were not even half full . Not happy . If they spent more time on cleaning and making the coffees correct instead of messing about I would off had nice coffee’s instead they went straight in the bin . I am a costa fan but it will be long time before I go to this costa again . Please sort this problem out .

Handy for a quick cuppa, seating area outside under cover and water bowls for dogs as well. Food typical fast bread roll with sausages or bacon, other fillings may be available. Hot coffee as well which kept us going.

Stopped here on our way to Cheddar Gorge. It had been raining quite hard for a couple of hours so we welcomed the break. Had our usual coffees. Staff were helpful and pleasant, and the shop cozy and relaxing.

The staff are very good at the work they do always under the strain of a busy Cafe there is one young lady that has caught my adention she has the a amazing smile sometimes I feel sad but when I go in to the Costa coffee and order my large hot chocolate and whipped cream she just makes me feel about life I just want to tell this young lady don't stop smiling she is so pleasant and I just like to say to her if any one at Costa coffee reads this her name is Myer

We were visiting Evesham on holiday from Canada early in September and wanted to find a supermarket for grocery items. We enjoyed the clean neat appearance of your restaurant and , of course, your coffee however the helpful directions advice and service from Tia were exceptional. A nicely placed Costa just off the main road near Evesham. Very friendly staff and spotlessly clean. Recommended.

Standard Costa really. A chain is a chain, you know what you're getting. Was only there to use the charging point really.

It's great to have this Costa in Evesham on the bypass, great staff and service, nice drive through and outside seating area.

The Baristas could do with some more training at this branch Asking if I want chocolate on my cappuccino, I said 'NO' only for her to add it! Then the coffee wasn't topped even halfway up to the brim! 🙄

Staff friendly and prompt service. Toilets really need to improve in terms of cleanliness. Charging points with InstaVolt a real plus point. They’re reliable and work. Closed the store abruptly at 7pm, although google stated 8pm. Sent a suggested correction to the times on google.

Coffee was amazing, so I would return however a 30 minute wait to be served is not great. It was a Saturday afternoon, and the queue inside was minimal its evident they prioritise drive thru orders before counter.

Standard Costa coffee, served not hot enough. Zero options for a gluten- free lunch, unless you want millionaire's shortbread, flapjack or crisps. Poor effort.

Great coffee but the environment around it is really quite shabby.

Had a lovely couple of hours with my mum. We had 2 coffees each no food. Lovely coffees but £17!!!!!

All i will say is the staff need to make sure the customer is out of the building before taking the micky out of them, to make matters worse 1 of them was a manager......very unprofessional and very disrespectful, i have stopped in a lot of costas but won't be stopping there again!!

Not one of the best Costas I've been to. No wifi and the service was slow, chap before me in the queue walked out because he was fed up with waiting.

Great little place to call into on the way to Bath

Stopped here on way back from Birmingham Airport,coffee shop was empty no other customers.3 Staff members behind counter I was served by young girl with pink hair who was not that warm,welcoming or friendly struggled to speak.no thank you no small talk nothing. Restaurant seating area floor was dirty and could've done with a sweeping. Toilets had not been checked by staff and could've been cleaner. This coffee shop was lacking in basic management of standards. Definately needs supervision by an experienced person.

My local Costa sometimes meet my wife at lunchtime or after work for a nice coffee. Short of staff at the moment a little slow and slow as always to keep tables cleaned and clean. Slight improvements but still short of staff.

Went to Costa today sign on door saying due to short staff only serving drive through so I went round to that window the woman would not serve me saying health and safety risk yet she will serve exactly the same people in a car how pathetic I was dropped off at 6.50am and I don’t start work until 830am it was drizzling so no where to go other than get wet A disgrace to your customers I have been going to this Costa daily since it opened yet since it has changed management the place has gone completely down hill with no food at times no staff being totally interrogated when asking for things What customer service do you abide by? Disgusting

Oatmilk cappuccino tasted of oatmilk... Not sure if the coffee machine had an issue but a cappuccino is not a Latte.... My cappuccino did not taste of coffee.

We visit this Costa quite often and have always been happy here. I’m leaving this review to praise two employees (Chloe and Alex) who were desperately trying to keep the ship afloat despite a huge staff shortage. Alex in particular was exceptional, running both the busy drive thru and inside simultaneously. I don’t think it reflects well on the management to leave just two of them to struggle, but I feel it’s important to acknowledge how incredibly hard working these two employees are.

VISITED 28/08/22 approx 10am taking a seat in the unit staff to busy talking to each other service very slow asked for extra hot coffee and just warm when served not impressed as they were not busy at all

Great coffee but the seating area was a bit shabby, dirty floor, chairs pulled out,. Tables covered in crumbs. Didn't dare look at the toilets

Wifi not working, had to hotspot from my phone to work. Ordered a cake and looked fine from one side then when I turned it around, at least half the slice was not there. Felt ripped off. Staff ignored walk in customers to prioritise drive through.

I use the EV charging points here, so while I have 20mins or so I grab a coffee while I wait. The last couple of times I have to admit this particular Costa has fallen below the standards I have gotten used to from the brand. The outside table area, was dirty, no table clean enough to sit at. My last visit during the middle of the day 03.08.22 was the worst i had seen; The toilets clearly hadn't been checked since opening that day, not at all clean. There were only a few customers sitting inside but many tables were full of used cups and food cartons etc. Tables also needed a good wipe down. 3 staff working, I ordered two Cortados both had excessive froth...certainly not to the normal Costa standard. In general very disappointed.

Used to be fantastic service on both inside and drive through for the last five weeks things have got progressively worse, today waited for twenty minutes in a que to be served inside at 1800 with no one in the que in front of me being served either in the end when I noticed that the drive through was not moving much {8 cars in that }either and the staff on were focusing on the drive through I walked out as I needed to be somewhere, having used this vista daily sometimes twice a day unfortunately I will not be returning

Slow service to much talking instead of working

Awful experience Coffee cold cake raw Iced frappe just full of ice and very weak. Will be sending an email to the management More interested in the drive through customers

Waited over 40 minutes for three half finished drinks. The salted caramel frappe literally tasted of nothing and was missing the shot of coffee I asked for. The mango bubble frappe was missing the bubbles, no cream, no proper frappe cups, the place was filthy with every table dirty and the staff were miserable, bare minimal customer interaction and chaotic. Awful experience. I should also mention I visited the costa in town earlier in the day and the customer service was also awful in there to.

A quick in off the road and back on route again.

Closing time is 8pm but when you arrive at just before 7pm on multiple occasions your turned away due to lack of staff etc... why open three costa coffee in evesham if you can not staff them adequately or adjust your closing time so I don't keep arriving to a should be open!!! but is now closed highly frustrating

Great staff, but the place feels like a prison with all the ugly, useless acrylic splash-screens everywhere.

Took 15 minutes to make two Frappuccino’s and nobody else being served. One had a long hair on top of the whipped cream and the other was sat on the side melting

Service is good coffee is good but everytime I go in this place the wi-fi is not working this needs to be sorted out for future visits. I ask and they say sorry 😞 but nothing is ever done. It may not be an important item to some but it is to me and many other customers . Please get it sorted or customers will go to coffee 1 around the corner

Usual coffee and food outlet. Drive through and walk in. Small car park. Bins often overflowing. Conveniently positioned at busy roundabout.

We didn't drive through due to the long queue but there wasn't much queue inside so we got served quickly. Great range for vegans

Twyford Costa - Poor service today, gave takeaway cups when we said we were sitting in, asked for 1 Purple one Latte, no Purple chocolate given. Asked for After Eight hot chocolate, no After Eight chocolate given. Went to counter to ask and the girl walked off. Sorry But I expected better!
