I wish I could give this place more stars, had my sons christening do here after the service. Was provided with a private/function room which I was able to decorate and re arrange to suit the occasion before hand. All my guests either had something off the main menu or the carvery, both was very very nice. Sean and his team were incredibly helpful, polite and welcoming to everyone. The space I had for the afternoon made the end of the day extra special for my little boy. Have came before just for food and had the same experience. Overall would highly recommend the food off the main menu, carvery and use of the private room. Thank you all again very much

Having previously had a bad experience after hearing change of management we decided to give it another go on bank holiday Monday with our two young children. We were pleasantly surprised the service was quick, efficient and friendly and the food arrived quickly and was good quality and good value for money. Our kids are the biggest judges and they didn’t want us to book a table, but they are glad we took a chance and would like to come back again! Well done to the new team.

We had an excellent meal at the Norton Grange on Good Friday for a 55th Emerald Wedding Anniversary celebration. There were 10 of us and the meals were excellent and reasonably priced. We also played darts and pool. Particular mention to Noah who took our food and drink order, a polite and friendly young man. We would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family. Norton Grange has definitely improved.

We went to Norton Grange today for my parents Emerald Wedding Anniversary. We had heard good things about Norton Grange and were not disappointed. The food was excellent, friendly service and Noah who looked after us with our drinks was really polite and helpful. There is also a pool table and darts and they have live music on Friday evenings. We would definitely go again and highly recommend as a place to eat. 5 stars!

Very happy with food and service. Portion sizes are big. Didn’t have to wait long for food to arrive. I had fish and chips served on a big oval plate with peas. The fish was huge covering most of the chips. I couldn’t eat all the chips, there was that many.

As soon as we walked in we were told we could choose any table with a menu on it. Whilst I was looking my husband spotted Guinness on draught and quietly cheered, upon hearing the cheer Miilie offered to pour a pint ready for when we had chosen our table. We ordered and had a lovely meal, with amazing service with a smile, by Noah, who also checked to see if we were happy with everything.. It was also really nice to over hear regular customer being welcomed like old friends , and the staff knew exactly what each of those customers wanted help with, whether it was their drink, a table they enjoyed sitting at or a regular booking. We will definitely be visiting again, thank you Noah and Millie 🤩

This is the second time I've had to write this review. 🤔 Removing bad reviews is not a good look! We visited as a party of 18 people on a Saturday during a Six Nations rugby game, so I can imagine this was a busier time for them. This visit took place on 22.02.2025. I ordered a mixed grill with the steak cooked medium rare. When eating a mixed grill, I always save the steak for last, but when I finally cut into it, it was like cutting through leather. My steak was overcooked to the point of being well done, in fact, I'd call it congratulations. When I mentioned this to a member of staff, he commented on our large party size and disappeared with my plate, presumably to inform the chef. However, that staff member never returned, and when I approached the bar to complain, I was asked, "What do you want me to do about it?" This pub has a clever trick: you pay for the food when you order, making it harder to get a refund if there's an issue. To top it off, the card machine asks if you want to give a tip before you've even received your food or any service. I grew up in Evesham and we visited Norton Grange many times. Maybe it's because I've grown up and see things differently now, but I don't think this place is what it used to be. To leave on a positive note, the food is priced fairly and comes in decent portions. We ordered marmalade chicken wings from the kids' menu for just £1.99, which came with five wings and they were amazing. I'd happily return just for those wings!

We went on Sunday lunchtime. The pub was very busy and had a great atmosphere. Our table ordered a small and large carvery, 2 fish and chips and the new Katsu Burger. There was about a 15 minute wait for the non carvery meals and just before they came out our waiter Noah notified us that the meals were almost ready and suggested that the others got up for the carvery so that all diners could eat at the same time. The meats all looked delicious (pink beef, turkey and gammon) and there was a large selection of vegetables. The fish and chips were piping hot, the batter nice and crispy with perfect amount of chunky chips. The Katsu Burger was also lovely and hot and portion size was good. Very relaxed atmosphere, the staff were all engaging and seemed to be happy in their work. Great food and staff - we will definitely be back!

Cauliflower gone. In fact the selection of vegetables really poor. No gravy told to wait a few minutes with a cold dinner and plate. Popped in for a drink, and the guy at the bar was nice and polite, but it really isn't a pub.... it's a carvery restaurant. The one ale that was on offer (Wainwright's Gold) really was less than average, and the Pinot grigio wasn't great. At £13 for the 2 drinks, it was pretty pricey. We didn't eat, but the food on display looked OK-ish. If you like a good beer or wine and some nice food, in a bar/pub with a bit of atmosphere, sorry, but I honestly can't recommend it.

Popped in for lunch on Christmas eve. The fries served were covered in black bits from the dirty oil in the fryer. I mentioned this as I'm Coeliac and concerned the fryer had been used for something else. Probably the worst carvery we ever had.nobe of us could stomach the very dry turkey or ham. Sprouts looked old and not very tasty. The cauliflower cheese was brown. Carrots were OK and the parsnips.ok peas ok.my pigs in blankets were the worst i have ever eaten. My grand daughter had one little taste of what she had on her plate spit it back out. So we ordered a burger same again. The bottles of wine £22 are more than of what you can buy in evesham . Sauvignon Blanc £17.99 Zinfandel £15,49. Strawberry fields We spent around £220 -£250 certainly not worth the the price. There was a couple arguing at he carvery maybe same problems as us.we will not be going back there ever again. Terrible food & expensive wine. Try strawberry fields good food good atmosphere and £13 for a bottle of wine Did get the price wrong on wine as there was a pint of beer.but everything else I said is 💯 accurate. Out of our group of 4 adults one child we thaught it was best that only I would leave feedback. Otherwise you would have had 4 bad reviews. The wine is cheaper in the other pubs. Norto grange price (Bottle Zinfandel bottle of Sauvignon Blanc 1 beer 1 lemonade. £56 )

We as a family of 15, 8 Adults and 7 children have just experienced breakfast with Santa. As you first walk in ,it was a little confusing as what we did or where do we sit or what happens. However Santa was there as we approached the seating area and really made us feel welcomed especially the children. He interacted well with the children and the Adults . We then had our breakfast brought to our table and you went to the bar for drinks. The food was lovely and good amount. (Set menu). Afterwards Santa collected our children to give them a lovely gift (not going to spoil the surprise). Her there was plenty opportunities to have photos with Santa by the christmas tree and sleigh. It was my grandaughters 7th Birthday and Santa led the Happy Birthday song. Then Sarah the manager came and asked for our feedback as it was the first time the event had taken place. We gave our input and she was more than happy taking on board our few negitivities. Sarah said our suggestions would be incoporated into next year's Christmas breakfast. On the whole the children loved the experience and that's what it was for. They had attention from Santa , they had a lovely gift. Enjoyed family time and it was a lovely build up to the Christmas celebrations . Food was lovely. Few niggles isn't there always ,confusion when entering. Set menu. Refreshments were separate no Tea / coffe with breakfast. Butter placed on hot food so just oil. Lack of Christmas decorations .Tables not decorated so didn't really grab the essence of a Christmas theme. But overall I would give it 7 out of 10. Santa was excellent. Gift excellent. Children were very happy. Customer service was good. Sarah was lovely and she promised to address our feedback within her capabilities. So I promised to go back next year and looked forward to the inprovements. Small details could make it magical. I would like to end this by saying Thank You we felt very welcomed and the children loved it .

Only beef + gammon available both were very dried up. The rest of the meal was not nice I ended up leaving most of it. I got 50% off but not worth spending the other 50% on it. My husband had the smothered chicken. The chicken was dry + only 9 chips, over cooked tomato, 1 onion rings. Very poor quantity I thought it was a child's meal. Overpriced for what u get. Would not recommend to anyone.

Had a carvery lunch at Norton Grange today, somewhat reluctantly after a poor experience in the summer....pleasantly surprised to find it outstandingly good!Gorgeous, perfectly cooked & generous portions from beef and gammon joints and a wide choice of vegetables which were well cooked and beautifully presented. The new head chef has made a massive difference to the food quality and it is unrecognisable from what was on offer a few months ago. Prompt and friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. Spread the word, the Norton Grange is back!

Went for the Sunday carvery. It was very quiet, maybe because it was Remembrance Sunday. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. There was a good choice of food on the carvery. The vegetables were overcooked but the roast potatoes were very good.

Came as a party of 8, for Birthday celebration, the young man was very polite, and even let us more tables to one that had lighting above it. However the menu has now changed so much & many of the old favourites were no longer available for younger people. When the food arrived the steaks where not cooked to how had been requested, blood in well done steaks. All the little garnishing has disappeared like abit of salad with breaded mushrooms, very basic presentation. The staff were the best part of the evening sorry to say this place has gone downhill, the drinks are expensive, you have offers on spirits but charge almost as much glasses of coke, which is a shame as we are locals.

We live locally and have used the Wheatsheaf on a number of occasions but not for a while. However in the last couple of weeks have visited twice. The food was excellent and away from the usual Pub food. Definitely recommended.

Burgers: awesome, Sunday roast: lovely, staff: super friendly, inside: nice, cozy, pretty artwork on the walls. I’m usually very picky but I can say only good things about this place!
