Shocking a real shame our waitress was great main course accepted but when the dessert came it was in correct ( chocolate brownie) sent back to be replaced by a so called Kitkat sundae half a glass off sundae no crushed kitkat just loads off squirty cream so I asked to speak to the manager who bascical said it’s portion control that’s what you get ( you could order another but it will be the same ) waste of money and a very rude manager will not be going back

My son (Jay) and I visited The Orchard Beefeater after a gruelling day of paintball combat, laser tag plus a Ninja assault course. We were welcomed by a wonderful young man (also named Jay) . . who looked after us extremely well throughout our stay. Our meals were absolutely superb . . and the hospitality we experienced whilst at Beefeater Evesham rounded off what was an unforgettable day. Thank you to Jay for the great service, and also - highest compliments to the chef(s) We can't wait to revisit . .

Saturday evening my Husband and I ate at the restaurant, we both chose steaks, i had Ribeye and my Husband the taster steak option, they were cooked absolutely perfectly and we both said they were the best steaks we had eaten out ever…. We had Jay as our server, he was excellent.

We were regulars at the Beefeater in Evesham for many years and always received excellent service from Lisa and Shane on a Saturday night. Along with my wife and Dad, we used to go every fortnight as my dad loved the place. The food was generally good and the price of the drinks was very competitive considering “The Orchard” is on the edge of the Cotswolds. Now that my dad has passed away and Lisa has moved to another restaurant, it wouldn’t feel the same going back, but I would recommend this Beefeater for it’s friendly service and value for money. Pleasent staff what you see is what you get and a reasonable menuThe three of us ordered fillet steak and accomaniment which came quickly enough but did in fact 2 of us have fillet . We had been working all day were tired and hungary so started in to the meal immediately and were talikng it was only when we were a good half way through we notice dthat one piece of steak was probably twice as thick a sthe other two. I had one of teh thinner pieces , it was tatsy and tenderish but had I nedeed received fillet ? Service was good prices reasonable decent enough ambience Would I go again yes not leats because we were staying in the Premier next door.May be Whitbread who I beleive own teh barnd should look at a slight variation to the menu so that there is a better differentation betwenn the steak offerings

We use Redditch Beefeater reguarly, but for a change we booked the Evesham Restaurant. From the start we were kept waiting to be shown to our table, the waitress came to take our drinks order, I asked for A Pint of inches cider which was new on the Drinks menu, the waitress snapped we dont do that drink, I showed her that it was on the menu so she stomped off to check, but never came back to appologise that it was not yet available. We then after taking our food order we then waited for an hour for the food to arrive, which when it did the veg was cold and no Yorkshire Puds. We did advise miss grumpy who offerred to replace but because of the delay at first we deceided not to change Through out the meal we could hear her being curt and abrupt with other customers, no wonder the Resturant was 1/2 empty even though it was peak time on a Sunday Needless to say we will stick to the Redditch Beefeater in future which has lovely waitresses and the food is good

Came for lunch on Easter Sunday, had a wonderful roast beef, which was cooked to perfection, food and drink came out in good time even though there was a lot going on around us with many big tables in at the same time. Service was wonderful, Craig was amazing and made us all laugh, Would highly recommend.

Decided to visit the orchard for a friends birthday lunch, had the two/three course set menu which is brilliant value, two courses and we were stuffed, we were served by a lovely lady called Lisa who was whizzing around the restaurant looking after everyone, she was so helpful and had a lovely smile she even stopped for a quick fun chat which we loved, hopefully be back soon definitely to see Lisa again x 🎉

Me and my family went to the beefeater in Evesham for Mother’s Day. We had dinner and then breakfast the morning after. The service was lovely. Brogan and Lisa provided excellent friendly service and I would recommend a visit.

Sadly we waited a very long time having a 2 course meal (into restaurant at 12.30 booking; left at 2.45pm)in a half empty restaurant on 23rd February. To compound the problem, I put in a written complaint via Beefester website 2 days after, and still waiting for a reply. By the way, the Server was brilliant .

Arrived to find a notice saying that, due to staffing issues, walk ins were being accepted only at staff discretion. Thankfully, greeted by the lovely Marie D who allowed us in. Had the two course daytime menu. Despite Marie being on her own and covering front of house, the bar and serving in the restaurant, food and drinks ordered and delivered promptly. Hot and plentiful and still served with a smile - thank you Marie. A credit to the restaurant and company.

Shane who was the only person servicing this lunch time at The Orchard Beefeater was amazing, even with my weird banter 👏 oh and 3 courses for £13.95 is 👌🏼 nicest meal I've had in a while 😊 credit where it's due!

Stayed at premier inn next door, so used the beefeater . Food not as good as used to be , prices gone up and portions smaller , fish and chips wasn’t great the fish was smaller than usual with a soggy anemic looking batter, the mixed grill, they had ran out of mushrooms and tomatoes, so gave you peas! The next night the rack of ribs was fine , yet the lasagne was so disappointing, looked more like a child’s portion , bland , 1 sheet of pasta , obviously changed suppliers to a cheaper one , awful, No lemon behind the bar to add to drinks , ladies toilets were disgusting, toilet paper all over the floor, one of the toilets had a broken seat which was propped up against the wall , that was on both days , so I guess not cleaned ? Breakfast was good , the best meal overall , dispute a grumpy waitress who was rude and banging around when she had to change the coffee machine . Waiting staff in the evening however were lovely and very polite .

There is nothing wrong with the food you get for breakfast. However I don’t know who recruited the staff who are responsible for keeping the buffet refilled. The hot food was fine as was replenished by the chef. The rest was a shambles. No butter, no orange juice, down to the last croissant and the coffee machine needing filling up. The minimum wage staff unfortunately act like they came from another planet. I don’t blame them. I blame the people who recruited them and forgot to train them. This isn’t rocket science and it is shocking that a company like Whitbread who have been in business for so many years can’t train staff to manage a buffet.

Just enjoyed a tasty meal in this restaurant near our hotel. The food was delicious and the service amazing - especially considering there were only 2 staff waiting on. Both staff members were friendly, efficient and very hardworking.

Went to our local Beefeater for our sons 17th birthday, wasn't what we was expecting. firstly we had to pay upfront, which is ok but then other customers where paying afterwards which I still don't get. Very shocked at the families in there going up 5 to 6 times in the hour we stayed, it was like feeding time at the zoo to be honest. I know it's a buffet breakfast but Christ that takes the biscuit, and the you see families putting food into bags and going up again. on the whole the breakfast was ok when the stock was replenished. Just disappointed when the shear greediness, really don't need to go up 4 or 6 times.

The service in here is absolutely diabolical, I arrived in the restaurant at 8.50 and was ignored at the check in. I asked for a seat but someone called “Ryan” stormed passed and said we close soon. I went to the bar to order and the barman said why don’t I take my food to my room which I declined. He explained the kitchen closes at 9?!?!? So I should sit in the bar. So I explained all tables are dirty. I ordered food and it came out and “Ryan” slammed the food on the table with a derogatory “here’s your food sir”. I asked for cutlery or serviette and he said they were so and so and walked off quicker than Usain Bolt. Most awful service ever. The other team leader was an absolute diamond. I didn’t get his name but chalk and cheese. Apologies all around from him. If the website isn’t showing the correct details do not take it out in the customer. The orchard - evesham

We did Boxing Day here and it was good and a place we do go to a few times a year, all staff were kind and considerate, would advise them though one thing to make sure advance paid bookings for special days are recorded then no mix up when paying, so only to pay for drinks or extras on the day, just lucky I had kept receipt in car, all in all though a pleasant experience and they serve the Premier Inn guests well

Visited the Orchard Beefeater twice when holidaying in the area. Whilst a standard chain restaurant, it was good enough to warrant a second visit. Only disappointment was no coleslaw available either night.
