The service at Morris and Brown Cafe was disappointing. The staff taking orders were inefficient, unorganized, and the woman who took the orders had such a rude attitude. They seemed indifferent to customers, leading to long wait times and frustration. Overall, a subpar experience that left much to be desired. Come for the views not the service.

It was so cold the day we visit, so we stop by this cafe and it did not disappoint. The hot chocolate was really good, but my favorite is the lemon cake. It was not too sweet and paired perfectly with tea and hot chocolate. There are plenty of seats and there are souvenirs in the shop as well.

Lovely cafe at 1000ft above sea level by Broadway Tower. Great atmosphere and truly dog friendly. We had coffee and cake which was delicious. Just what the doctor ordered after the steep climb up from Broadway village. The place also sells gifts and soft furnishings.

Not a nice experience whatsoever the young people working there were so rude and seemed like they didn't want to be there. The changing station to change my baby was filthy. There is a very nice atmosphere in the cafe, it has an upstairs and the cafe is connected to the gift shop which has interesting things. I had the bambinocinno which essentially is a hot chocolate but it was warm and not hot and don’t get fooled by the name but there is no coffee in there and nothing to do with bambino. It was okay.

This café is part of the Broadway Tower site. There are in fact two cafes and we chose to use the one on top of the hill near the Tower. There is not much seating inside, but as it was a glorious autumn day we had a pleasant time sat outside. The food was nice and there was a good choice of fillings to go in ciabattas, paninis and jacket patatoes, plus soup or quiche. Service was prompt and the food was hot. There was also a small shop selling all sorts of things. The lower cafe appeared to serve similar food and had a clothes shop attached.

I regularly do the walk up to the tower and back when back for holidays. This time I invited friends with their teenage children to join us with my younger children 7 and 10. The walk was great and we had "lunch" at the top in the main cafe. I usually only have a drink as it is pricey however this time as a nice change we decided tp have lunch. The menu consists primarily of paninis, pasties, sausage rolls, quiche and soup. One of the teenagers is vegan so we politely asked what they had that was vegan. They clearly struggled to answer and whilst the girl at the till flapped through a file to figure out what was vegan the ( I presume Chef) was called to answer the question. He was so pompous and full of himself it put a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the day. Basically they only had a pie which was served with salad and because coleslaw isn't vegan they served the raw components I.e. a bit of raw cabbage and some shredded carrot - pretty ridiculous. We asked if they did chips by amy chance as the menu was limited for the rest of the kids too. He rudely replied: 'we"re not THAT kind of establishment" clearly offended by a reasonable question for a cafe. Get over yourself and get some manners and common decency! They try to 'jazz" up items such as the sausage panini by adding marmalade/chutney- this doesn't make them a Michelin star restaurant or justify the prices they charge for standard food. Definitely capitalising purely on the location so wouldn't advise eating here - go to the village at the bottom, better vibe, more options and service 100% better.

I am a big fan of outdoor cafes. And here it is a very special location due to the amazing views and surroundings. The place was literally buzzing with people from when we arrived and almost got completely packed by nearly lunch time. We guessed it was due to the lovely weather, plus people being on holidays as well. We had some refreshments and few coffees and cakes. We needed those extra calories as we were heading to the Broadway Tower afterwards. I could have spent a few more hours there easily, so I highly recommend to check it out. They have a nice shop inside, with lots of cute, cosy vibes items.

Greated by a lady waitress with long dark hair. Clearly didn't want to be there. Very abrupt and rude. If you don't like dealing with customers then your in the wrong job and she should be at back of house cleaning pots and pans. Intended eating breakfast but after the cold greeting we changed our mind. WiFi isn't for customers but you can go to the Cotswolds Lavender farm and have free WiFi in the field. In year 2023 how can you not offer free WiFi to customers in your cafe? Nice views and location but could be so much better and more accommodating. I won't be rushing back anytime soon Cost nothing to be polite and smile.

Won't be going here again. Paid to park car in restaurant car park for four hours to then have a bite to eat in the car park restaurant before we went off for a walk as our parking ticket expired at 19:06. It was lucky that it rained as this delayed our walk so we sat in the car to wait for the storm to go over. It was a good job we did as at 5.00pm - two hours before our parking ticket expired - we were thrown out of the car park as apparently the car park closes at 5.00pm when the restaurant closes. I would have been horrified if we had gone for a walk & returned to find our car locked in. Surely the management have the intelligence to put a notice on the parking meter to state that the gates will be locked at 5.00pm although its probably connected to the profits as they would need to put a two hour charge on the machine. I'm sure many vehicles have been locked in previously but no doubt it is not the management that get the backlash from irate vehicle owners. If they take your money to park for four hours you should be allowed to park for four hours - I would have thought trading standards would agree with me.

This appeared to be a place run for the benefit of its staff, not its customers. We were waiting to be served, looking at the food items, when a spotty youth appeared from behind the counter to tell us that we were “queueing on the wrong side”. There wasn’t anyone else there. Next, we were served by a sullen looking woman who looked like she wished she could be anywhere else… We drank our very expensive tea and left. The only semi-bright spot was someone giving me their car park ticket so we didn’t have to pay London prices for parking our car in a field.

The Barn: Staff very lovely and ambiance nice however near £16 for a veggie breakfast was eye watering. Toast was thin, cold and rock-hard, avocado was naked, and the vegan sausages tasted like overly synthetic pork so I had to leave them. Daughter had the pancakes which she did enjoy but the bacon was over cooked sadly. 3 of us paid £60 for brunch. That was 3 breakfasts and 3 drinks. Of course our bad, we could have walked rather than pay that but we expected a proper A la carte treat for that. Just unremarkable sorry. Ended up in Chipping Norton hungry and spent £5 on tea and toast and I give that 5 star! Fluffy hot bread fresh out of the toaster.

The cakes are £4.00 a slice which is so expensive, suppose you wouldn’t mind paying that if the slice was reasonable but it was such a small slice, so mean for the price. Delightful setting. However literally infested with wasps, overpriced drinks and no proper toilets only porter loos

We visited Broadway Tower and stopped for lunch. It was ok but not as good as I expected given their website. The sausage rolls were nice but the pie and salad overpriced given the quantity and quality of the salad provided. The carrot cake muffin looked good today but the icing turned out to be a very sweet butter icing, not cream cheese - for £3.50 I expected something a bit better. The seating outside was good.

I visited the cafe last weekend with my family for some lunch, everything was very over priced especially the hot hot. It wasn’t particularly very nice so I felt a bit ripped off. I was queuing inside the cafe and there were two ladies in front of me without face masks, not one member of staff approached them about this.

Lovely location, the cafe and outside waggon are very welcome. My only comment/observation would be better or clearer signage for the flow through the site? Cars were leaving the car park ‘against the flow’ of cars entering, they are then faced with exiting the site on the bend with vehicles wanting to come in and, like us who exited the site properly were suddenly confronted by vehicles exiting the site without looking!! They looked at us as if it was our fault, despite being on the ‘main’ road?!?!Perhaps arrows on the road to ondicate the direction, or proper ‘No Entry’ signs adjacent to the cafe? Gripe over - we will be going back - what a view!
