I like Coffee 1 but had a poor experience recently. Just two savouries on display and a few sweets/pastries. Coffee tasted sour. Reported this to the Baristas but was informed the milk was ok - no offer to remake. The shop was quiet. I won’t be returning to this store again. Really disappointed and feel this experience has let the brand down.

I am finding this with most no.1s - whoever cleans your loos only ever mops the middle of the floor. Around the edges and behind the actual toilet pan is filthy including the skirting area. Your loos need to be as clean as the restaurant. Also the back of the door and around the sink and drying machine is yuk. Do you ever disinfect the loo door handle?

Went in today for a sandwich & coffee and the poor lady serving was all on her own but coping well. I felt so sorry for her and the company should not treat staff like this. Her father and mother had to help clear the tables This is not right to give employees stress like this. Sort it out. You are lucky to have this young lady working for you.

We regularly have coffee here and up at the valley. But today's was dreadful. 1 Americano and 2 latte. Dark roast. . the latte were nearly warm. Definitely not dark roast. Only 1 member of staff serving and unfortunately she really didn't look like she wanted to be at work .

We called in here for a break on the way home from our holiday. Friendly staff and good service. Seems popular as they were very busy. After drinks and cakes we continued our journey and also took with us a free bag of their coffee grounds to mix in our composter :)

We couldn't believe our eyes. After being served and sat having a coffee, the 2 members of staff left the counter and went and sat on the other side of the coffee shop at a table. They were busy talking to whoever and whilst they were sat talking 2 groups of customers came in, looked that nobody was serving and abruptly left. They were still sat there, nobody at the counter when we left. Terrible way to go on.

I went to my favourite coffee shop on Friday (25.11.2022) and I found some strangers behind the bar. They were rough, angry (specially the youngest one) and not really polite. Coffee wasn't the best (as I remember they had some problems with the grinders and very often with the coffee machine) so as they said (especially Jess) " I'm really sorry for waiting, but shot is a bit funny, so for a better taste I need to remake it for you, so please, take a sit and I'll bring it over " Where's the old staff? Where's Aggie? Jess? Whoever did this mess, should be responsible for losing their customers. I wish a lot of luck for this place if they lose their old staff.

I often drop into this Coffee1 as they do better coffee than most other local places (and other Coffee1 locations too). I spoke to one of the girls, Jess, who was really knowlegeable about coffee, vegan options, and is super friendly, despite being rushed off her feet. The rest of the team are lovely, always welcoming and seem to get to know their regulars well as they are genuine in asking how things are going and how you are. But they are so often understaffed - it is obvious to those of us who go in regularly that this is an ongoing thing - Coffee1 are you unaware of how busy this store is?! You'll never hear a complaint from the staff, but they are obviously under pressure to keep things clean and tidy and running smoothly. We need to keep this team there and this store open!! :)

I called in here on my way through and found it to be another good branch of this generally very good chain. The staff were hard working and polite and the coffee was great. The café is nicely presented and clean.

It's standard as every Coffee #1 but always seems to be a bit short on staff who work really hard to get things moving. I quite like it.

If we ever see a town with a No.1 coffee shop we know we will have a lovely coffee experience. Sure enough this is what we got here in this centrally located cafe. Excellent coffee although staffing levels seemed low so it was a bit untidy but I’m afraid that’s what we are all experiencing now post COVID.

This coffee shop is located in Evesham’s very pleasant Market Place. We passed it by walking back to the car park after visiting the bank. It was a sunny morning and we enjoyed a coffee sitting on an outside table with a nice view of the square.

I’m not usually a fan of chains but Coffee#1 is by far my favourite coffee house, I’ve visited many of their venues all over the Midlands and South west, our local Coffee#1 in Evesham is as good as the rest, the coffee is way better than the competition, the furniture and decor is both cozy and comfy, it’s a great place to sit outside and watch the world go by on a nice summers day, or equally, a cold winters day sat inside on one of the big armchairs reading a book that I’ve picked off the shelf, you don’t get this in a Starbucks or Costa! Staff are most friendly and knowledgeable if you don’t really know what to have, today I fancied trying one of the Christmas drinks and the young lad recommended The Christmas Cappuccino, it was lovely! Keep up the great work guys!

Since this chain has been taken over, it has gradually got worse. the service at this particular branch is especially poor. We returned our sandwiches as they were not heated properly and were chicken - potential health hazard. the drinks are decreasing in quality too. Totally unsatisfactory visit.

We often stop at Evesham services on journeys from Northampton to West Wales, and tried out Coffee #1 on our latest trip. Excellent coffee (a Flat White and a Cappucino) and very tasty custard tarts. A very relaxed atmosphere, too, and I'm sure we'll be back.

The evesham Coffee#1 is a breath of fresh air. The staff there seem to care about what they do and the surrounding environment is nice and relaxing. I had a great experience with Laura in particular who gave me a run down of the drinks available (I'm a coffee novice) so that was great. I look forward to returning.

This is now my regular (almost daily) coffee shop of choice in Evesham. The staff are all excellent and Alex is perfect in her position as Manager. She has a very welcoming smile and personality and is clearly focused on providing the best Customer Service possible. The choice and quality of the beverages and food is second-to-none and I would highly recommend that anyone visiting the town gives Coffee#1 a try before goinf anywhere else.

We visited for coffee on what was our first visit to Evesham. There is an excellent choice of cakes and cookies and the staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee shop is spacious and it's a lovely touch to have shelves of books to browse through. Everywhere is spotless and it is clear that the staff care about their work.

Been opened now a few weeks but only just got round to visiting. Afternoon tea and cake, excellent. Very polite and helpfull young lady behind the counter. We ordered and she asked us to take a seat and would bring everything over to the table. Very good value and the chocolate and biscuit cake is to die for. Nicely decorated in their chains usual style. Clean and tidy. Loos clean ( always a good sign after 4/5 hours use ) . Tables and chairs outside if you are brave enough in this weather to risk it. Dog friendly. Will certainly revisit. Made to feel welcome. Thank you

I first visited Coffee#1, in the town centre, several weeks ago. I had previously been to other Coffee#1's in Redditch and at the Valley, but the general service, atmosphere and friendliness of the staff in the town centre outlet is excellent. As someone who was a loyal customer of certain Costa outlets, I now feel that I have largely changed my allegiance to Coffee#1. I have been in several times over the last couple of weeks and will continue to do so. Thank you for the excellent service and for making me feel 'at home', Nigel

We popped into this neat looking café for a drink of Brazil's finest and some toasted tea cakes. We have been using Coffee #1 here in our home time for a little while now as the ambience is good,a little bistro-styled and the café offers some interesting use of materials in it's construction giving it the appearance of something out of a film-set or an Industrial endeavour with the use of Metal beams and panelling.

I ended up trying the new coffee shop with some friends last Wednesday. I’m someone who does not like hot drinks at all!!! However, the lady with the bright red hair (think she said her name was Jade) provided me with a thousand other options and recommended lots of things I could try ! Drink was to die for and the strawberry cheesecake blew my mind!!! I will return again after my friendly experience with Jade, thanks for changing my views on coffee shops! I now know there’s lots I do like to be purchased from coffee#1!!!! Thankyou, a returning customer!

We have visited several Coffee#1 in the area and they are more than happy for us bring our dog as well. Visited the Evesham branch with my son and dog for lunch and were told that we couldn't bring our dog in today although the rules were going to change in a few weeks time when the manager returned. Not really sure what needs to be implemented for a rule change to allow dogs inside other giving out the odd bowl of water.... Their loss, especially as there are at least 3 other dog friendly cafes and pubs within 50 yards. Orto, 2 doors up, which we went to, do excellent food, a lovely range of drinks and provide water and treats for their 4 legged friends

As a frequent solo diner around all of the Cotswolds, I have frequented many local eateries and have previously stayed at the Crown. Last night I thought I would indulge myself by dining there. I had two starters rather than one main. The service was excellent, the team were friendly and attentive and the food was 1st class!! Thank you Reece, you really are a top chef, funds permitting I may come back again tonight !!

We meet our friends here on Sunday 7th of July 2024 for a traditional Sunday Lunch. We were not disappointed. The service from the team was fantastic and the food was great. I had a beef roast which can be hit and miss wherever you go, and it was cooked to perfection. Nice dollop of gravy and Puds were lovely. Well presented food.

Really disappointed with the Father Christmas experience… please don’t spend your hard earned money on this, we felt so underwhelmed and just glad our daughter is young so she didn’t notice how poor it was. Paid £45.50 for 2 adults and 1 child. The elves didn’t have a script, Father Christmas wasn’t very enthusiastic and sat at the front of the barn reading out names and what the children would like… but it wasn’t very clear and all seemed as though they didn’t know what they were doing. Had a 1 second photo with Father Christmas and then proceeded to wait 10 minutes for a bag of sweets… the toy shop is a good idea. 1 toy per child… however for the price of the experience and a £6 toy. The figures don’t add up. You can make reindeer food, and effort has gone into creating the set. Really sorry but we won’t be back. Wouldn’t recommend with children older than 3.
