Visiting hotel next door, Jay got us an earlier table, fantastic service from him and great food

Jay was a fantastic host also amber was a very polite waitress. Food was excellent and cocktails fantastic.

Arrived before 10pm to be told we’ve been quiet so we’re closing early

Lovely meal as always, nice wine and lovely and clean restaurant. Jay served is and has looked after us a few times now, very polite friendly and helpful.

Had a waitress called Lexie, food and service was top quality, would recommend 👍🏼

The wife and I visited here for a meal this evening and although it wasn’t too bad it certainly was a little disappointing. Firstly when I booked a table online a few days earlier I was sent a 25% discount code which we thought was excellent but on arrival we were informed that the code was not acceptable on the meals which we ordered from the £ 8.00 per head menu. Part of me understands this but the email containing the voucher code did not state this so be warned. Also when paying by card after our meal the card machine asked if we wished to pay a tip to the staff and if we wished to donate to charity. This is a strange one to us because we very often do tip staff after a meal but when asked to we find very off putting so we declined. The staff do earn their money but in all fairness we were never tipped in our employment by the management. As for the food it was acceptable but not great in any way.

Breakfast is ok here, but you need more than one coffee machine as there's a bit of a wait if busy to get hot drinks - plates need to be hot not cold and the dreaded toaster takes ages!

Stayed at the adjoining hotel so used the restaurant first 2 nights and 2 mornings breakfast were really good, with excellent service, particularly a young server with dark hair on our first night, she was excellent. Although the price was quite inflated for what it is Unfortunately, our last night left a VERY bitter taste and we cancelled our breakfast booking the next day. As I don't have a very big appetite because of IBD and we'd had a big breakfast our second night dining I ordered a children's meal which was exactly the right size portion. The next night when we went for our 8pm booking and I ordered exactly the same the waitress (blonde) refused me to order as apparently it was against their policy, even though I'd ordered the day before!! In this day and age with gastric bands and skinny jabs aswell as a growing number of bowel disease it is such an outdated policy not to serve children's meals to adults especially as they don't have a snack menu. Literally what difference does it make as they are still ordering a meal? All it is is making extra food waste and wasting money ordering food that is going to be wasted! It lost you a meal and another round of drinks aswell as our family's breakfast the next day. Another diner at the restaurant was fuming for me, aswell as another family who saw me later in the hotel and the ladies on reception in the hotel were disgusted at how I'd been treated. I went round to KFC and had a decent meal for 1/3 of the price of beefeater

Popped in for a meal. Said they had no tables, said they were all reserved, but I could see 8 where I was stood. Couldn't see at the back if there were more there! Obviously, they don't need the custom. Needless to say, won't be back there for a meal!

We dined with 4 friends last night. I had ribs plus chicken. The ribs and fries were spot on but the chicken was as tough as leather. I mentioned this to the waitress but all she said was 'oh dear' when she asked how we had enjoyed our meal. I didn't like to make a fuss being with friends who had picked this place. Customer service is paramount in the hospitality business but this place failed.

We love our local Beefeater. It is a nice atmosphere and Jay is always fantastic.

Great food Jay was amazing throughout and looked after us well

Turned up this morning (10/2) for breakfast and given a table although the adverts were for buffet breakfast there wasn't one, we were told order would be taken from table which was laid before we sat down, no knives, the toaster didn't work, others waiting ages for toast which came from kitchen. Two members of staff were cleaning and clearing tables although it wasn't busy. After twenty minutes we gave up as we couldn't get there attention, had money returned no sorry nothing. What happened to the old staff there was an older lady there that worked hard. Shame but can see why there losing business, used to be regulars but taking custom else where. One star might be harsh for food but didn't get any . Not recommended

Me and the wife called in for our weekly treat yesterday and again we were not disappointed.greeted by friendly staff throughout our visit and meal. Steaks were just as ordered ‘medium’ and accompanied by lovely fresh salad, chips etc. a lager and a wine went down a treat also. Lexie was our server. Thank you Dave & Sue👍🇬🇧

Typical large scale steakhouse style restaurant. Good service from hard working staff. Food ok, but the raspberry sauce and vanilla ice cream appeared to have little to do with raspberries or vanilla. Indifferent wine rather over priced. OK for the discounted price we paid. Won't be hurrying back.

Sunday lunch was not an enjoyable experience. 3 adults 1 6 month old. Booked for 12 first ones in, food portion size small one of us had ultimate roast and got less food than the standard. Atmosphere was hostile one server even stating to a colleague he hated babies.. shame as we go regularly for food but will not be eating Sunday lunch there again.

Called in early for breakfast. Much as the food was tasty, it was all lukewarm. Cannot understand how difficult it is to get a hot breakfast. This was soon after 9.00 am when the restaurant had just opened. Friendly staff and lovely atmosphere but I would like hot food.

What a shame all new staff who said all old staff were ‘outed’ due to lack of performance, which isn’t true, as I had been going there for years. Previously the service had always been excellent with warmth and empathy. It’s just not the same there anymore. New staff could barely break a smile! Heard an old couple comment waitress had no sense of humour but I think new staff are just fed-up from my observation.

Stupidly deleted my Black Friday voucher before arriving and no one wanted to help out with ANY discount, just keep saying look in my account, (pointless). That said, the food was great, as was our server, (Marie D), polite and efficient. Would visit this Beefeater again, maybe not when there's a voucher promotion so it's less hectic 😳

Had amazing food and service at the pub on my 1 night away at premier inn in Evesham. The barmaid was amazing and was showing great service after being away for a year .

Amazing Experience at Beefeater! I recently visited Beefeater and was blown away by the exceptional service and delicious food. A huge shoutout to Chef Dean for preparing such fantastic dishes – everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor! The quality of the food truly stood out. I also want to express my gratitude to Julia, our host, who went above and beyond to make my colleague and me feel at home. Her warm and welcoming attitude, along with her attention to detail, made our visit extra special. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding hospitality.

As others have said. Waited like a moron at the counter for ages ‘to be seated’ then ignored for a while by a very stroppy waitress who has no idea what table is next to order, so you get ignored again for another while. Captive audience as staying in premier inn next door or would have just walked. Food wasn’t great but tbh, if you don’t want to work serving people then don’t.

Had breakfast yesterday. The little old lady that greeted us was exceptional. Food was hot served in smaller dishes. So constantly being restocked with freshly cooked items. Unlike other places that cook loads and leave it for ages to go crusty under lights (bluebell). Atmosphere was inviting. Will definitely be back for breakfast. Might even try the evening menu

Good value food and drinks and our waiter Jay was a star handling everything during our visit.

Personally I don't understand all the bad reviews. Our server was great and very friendly. Starters were bigger and nicer than expected, very cosy atmosphere and all in all a great evening. Will be returning.

We found your staff to be extremely rude. I asked to speak to the manager who we were told was Luke, but then a lady came over and said she was the general manager, she refused to give her name, she was so rude and unprofessional. This restaurant will never do very well as long as you’ve got her in charge. We got up and walked out as I would not eat there after the way we had just been spoken to. This was at your Evesham restaurant

My husband and I were looking forward to our meal at the Orchard unfortunately as we were visitors to the town we didn't see the sign that asked you to wait to be seated and chose our seats. Noticing no menus on the table I apologised and asked the waitress who was quite abrupt for the menus.I later found out she was called Brie. She took our order for drinks and then proceeded to ignore us and serve other customers that came in after us.we sat 30 minutes still no service.She seemed as if she had no intention of serving us ,so we paid for our drinks and left .The restaurant was not busy only a few tables occupied.At least a £40 loss to your company. I really think the waitress would benefit from a course on customer service skills. Wish I had looked at the reviews before going .

Just stayed at the Premier Inn with the person i support I for Two nights had both evening meals and Breakfast Food was good on both days staff were very welcoming and helpfull apart from the morning waitress who was very rude lots of tuting impatient brought out the wrong food when I said I didn't order what she had brought out she said well that's what it said on the check I know what I ordered it was not what she brought out no apology was given it felt like she was doing her job because she had to no passion was displayed

Very cheep beef over done. It was like boiled beef that you can get anywhere from a supermarket shove it in the microwave. Overdone roast potatoes very greasy. Dessert was lovely. Nice crumble but very cheap food Will not be going back

I come here with my partner often.. and the food is lovely! Every time! The service from Jay today was great! We left him a tip as he was friendly and helpful and very polite. The atmosphere is very quiet.. it would be nice to have some music playing in the background. The only downside I would say is.. you need to wait around for approx 10 mins for staff to greet you.. this needs to change. Overall, nice place to eat.

My fiancée and I took my fiancée 3 year old niece for a meal with us on a Saturday evening. Food was delicious , The little one had the child’s set 3 course menu ,she enjoyed all 3 course. And the colouring book . We noticed nearly all the staff are new & so helpful and very friendly. Great place in a great location. Keep up the good work. Thanks 🤩

We stayed here twice over the course of one week as we were stopping half way on our to and from holiday. We ate at the beef eater on both occasions and you can really tell the staff work very hard. They looked after us for dinners and breakfasts and they were very attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Jay was our server the first night for dinner however all of the staff there were brilliant so thank you Orchard beefeater Evesham.

Good service from a poor lady who was obviously very embarrassed about the poor quality of the food served last night. Had to send both dinners back. Surf and turf. Steaks over cooked, chips cooked and then re-cooked from lunchtime and mushrooms that was from breakfast, soggy, no flavor, no seasoning on the steak. Prawns like bullets that took longer to chew than the steak! Sorry but for £22 that was BAD, even at the second time of asking. Having owned a restaurant it's clear kitchen staff need training properly in all aspects of kitchen hygiene and cooking! Shame, will never eat in a beefeater again. Thanks, but no thanks.

Need to mention all the staff that we came across from 30 July 2024 to 1 August 2024. The staff were Jay, Luke, Mary, Lily, Richard, Craig and Brogan. They all went the extra mile to make our eating experience second to none. They were well trained, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Well done Beefeater for having such amazing staff. Dirty stained seats, below average meal for Beefeater venue, altogether a miserable Sunday roast, suggest you get there early if you want decent Tatoes ! 😉

Just stayed at the Premier Inn next door and used The Orchard for breakfast and evening meal. Excellent service on both occasions. A big thank you to Lily and Ian who cooked and served breakfast this morning. We'll definitely visit again

Great place , great food , the style and atmosphere is nice it's a resteraunt and a nice corner bar section with comfy leather sofa and chairs, so if you want a drink out or an evening , afternoon meal or breakfast this is the place😊

Very good staff. Served promptly even though they were busy and the food was good. Had steak and salad which came out great as did the nachos. I took the meal deal from the premier Inn next door and I’m glad I did.

tables are sticky, waiting for food is over an hour, despite reservations, waiting for menu is at least 10 minutes, I do not recommend it, I have never been so upset by the service in the restaurant next door, there is a KFC, it is better to go there and at least eat something rather than sit and wait for the mercy of the staff

Food was nice but service with a smile didn’t exist, even the front of house didn’t break a smile just the young lady serving another table. There was cutlery on the floor and just a miserable atmosphere all round

We popped in to grab something quick on the way home. Car park pretty empty so we thought it would be OK. Stood and waited to be seated for an eternity. Looking around there was maybe 6 tables with people sat at them. Dirty tables with plates and glasses mainly. Staff members were milling about the place and no lt one asked if they could help us. When, what I can only assume was the manageress, came to the station I asked for a table and was asked if we had booked. When I said no I was greeted with 'we are fully booked, sorry'. We said that it would have been nice if someone had come to tell us this instead of making us wait for no reason. Again all I got was 'sorry'. No customer service and seemed like they just couldn't be bothered. 1 older gent in front of us got fed up of waiting and sat at a table while his wife ordered drinks. He wiped his own table with a cloth that was sat on the bar. Awful place! Learn some customer service skills!!!

Dingy dark atmosphere, the place looked filthy. Even watched an elderly couple have to clean their own table. I stood waiting for nearly 10 mins to be seated. Ignored by members of staff only to have someone eventually swan over just to very abruptly tell us that they were fully booked. Even though there was hardly anyone there. Don't waste your time, there is a perfectly good KFC round the corner. Had better customer service from the self service till then from anyone at the orchard beefeater.

Food average, the whole restaurant needs a complete refurbishment. Seats worn-out could do with a good clean. Strange to have your food on an enamel tray. Only 1 person serving on poor lad was run off his feet.

If you want it they haven't got it, be it drinks or food. What you have to settle for is uninspiring and over priced.

Staying at Premier Inn next door my wife and I decided to book a meal deal (evening meal & breakfast next morning). It happened to be our anniversary and Julie & Lily couldn't have given us a much better start to the day. Breakfast was great but their warm, friendly welcome and helpful approach at a busy time for them demonstrated to us their caring nature. Not only did we have a hearty breakfast but we were also given a card & gifts that were totally unexpected. Made us feel special and such a nice gesture. So thanks to the team at Beefeater Orchard behind the scenes and extra big hugs to Julie and Lily for being so nice. Well done and keep smiling.

The food was a bit grim tasteless warm I’ve had a lot better at other beefeaters The staff especially on the breakfast time I found one woman to be rude and abrupt To the point we never went back in so I wouldn’t recommend this place or visit again

No complaints the waiter was away with the mixer but he was good crack I think the issue was my Geordie accent 🤪

The quality of the food just wasn't there in comparison to other beefeaters that I've been to. I had the fish and chips. The fish was decent apart from the overly greasy batter and the chips were practically raw. The steak in the mixed grill my partner had was overcooked, cold and chewy (asked for it to be cooked rare). Wouldn't recommend coming here for food. Probably best to just pop in for a drink.

Wouldn’t return. Asked for steak to be rare however was over very well done. Chips were cold and undercooked. Dirty cold plates. Sticky tables and chairs (worse then Wetherspoons) Normally love the beefeater and tried this one after a day trip but extremely disappointed.

Visited last Sunday with my Husband and had 2 mixed grills, food was fantastic and service was great. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Food over an hour to come and both meals were cold and wrong, even I heard the bell go and took 5 mins to come out. Eaten what we could and left

Food was excellent here so we returned 6 months later and were disappointed as the food had gone downhill. Have again tried this place and it has gone even further downhill.
