Amazing Experience at Beefeater! I recently visited Beefeater and was blown away by the exceptional service and delicious food. A huge shoutout to Chef Dean for preparing such fantastic dishes – everything was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor! The quality of the food truly stood out. I also want to express my gratitude to Julia, our host, who went above and beyond to make my colleague and me feel at home. Her warm and welcoming attitude, along with her attention to detail, made our visit extra special. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back soon! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding hospitality.

As others have said. Waited like a moron at the counter for ages ‘to be seated’ then ignored for a while by a very stroppy waitress who has no idea what table is next to order, so you get ignored again for another while. Captive audience as staying in premier inn next door or would have just walked. Food wasn’t great but tbh, if you don’t want to work serving people then don’t.

Had breakfast yesterday. The little old lady that greeted us was exceptional. Food was hot served in smaller dishes. So constantly being restocked with freshly cooked items. Unlike other places that cook loads and leave it for ages to go crusty under lights (bluebell). Atmosphere was inviting. Will definitely be back for breakfast. Might even try the evening menu

We found your staff to be extremely rude. I asked to speak to the manager who we were told was Luke, but then a lady came over and said she was the general manager, she refused to give her name, she was so rude and unprofessional. This restaurant will never do very well as long as you’ve got her in charge. We got up and walked out as I would not eat there after the way we had just been spoken to. This was at your Evesham restaurant

My husband and I were looking forward to our meal at the Orchard unfortunately as we were visitors to the town we didn't see the sign that asked you to wait to be seated and chose our seats. Noticing no menus on the table I apologised and asked the waitress who was quite abrupt for the menus.I later found out she was called Brie. She took our order for drinks and then proceeded to ignore us and serve other customers that came in after us.we sat 30 minutes still no service.She seemed as if she had no intention of serving us ,so we paid for our drinks and left .The restaurant was not busy only a few tables occupied.At least a £40 loss to your company. I really think the waitress would benefit from a course on customer service skills. Wish I had looked at the reviews before going .

Just stayed at the Premier Inn with the person i support I for Two nights had both evening meals and Breakfast Food was good on both days staff were very welcoming and helpfull apart from the morning waitress who was very rude lots of tuting impatient brought out the wrong food when I said I didn't order what she had brought out she said well that's what it said on the check I know what I ordered it was not what she brought out no apology was given it felt like she was doing her job because she had to no passion was displayed

I come here with my partner often.. and the food is lovely! Every time! The service from Jay today was great! We left him a tip as he was friendly and helpful and very polite. The atmosphere is very quiet.. it would be nice to have some music playing in the background. The only downside I would say is.. you need to wait around for approx 10 mins for staff to greet you.. this needs to change. Overall, nice place to eat.

My fiancée and I took my fiancée 3 year old niece for a meal with us on a Saturday evening. Food was delicious , The little one had the child’s set 3 course menu ,she enjoyed all 3 course. We stayed here twice over the course of one week as we were stopping half way on our to and from holiday. We ate at the beef eater on both occasions and you can really tell the staff work very hard. They looked after us for dinners and breakfasts and they were very attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Jay was our server the first night for dinner however all of the staff there were brilliant so thank you Orchard beefeater Evesham.

Good service from a poor lady who was obviously very embarrassed about the poor quality of the food served last night. Had to send both dinners back. Surf and turf. Steaks over cooked, chips cooked and then re-cooked from lunchtime and mushrooms that was from breakfast, soggy, no flavor, no seasoning on the steak. Prawns like bullets that took longer to chew than the steak! Sorry but for £22 that was BAD, even at the second time of asking. Having owned a restaurant it's clear kitchen staff need training properly in all aspects of kitchen hygiene and cooking! Shame, will never eat in a beefeater again. Thanks, but no thanks.

We popped in to grab something quick on the way home. Car park pretty empty so we thought it would be OK. Stood and waited to be seated for an eternity. Looking around there was maybe 6 tables with people sat at them. Dirty tables with plates and glasses mainly. Staff members were milling about the place and no lt one asked if they could help us. When, what I can only assume was the manageress, came to the station I asked for a table and was asked if we had booked. When I said no I was greeted with 'we are fully booked, sorry'. We said that it would have been nice if someone had come to tell us this instead of making us wait for no reason. Again all I got was 'sorry'. No customer service and seemed like they just couldn't be bothered. 1 older gent in front of us got fed up of waiting and sat at a table while his wife ordered drinks. He wiped his own table with a cloth that was sat on the bar. Awful place! Learn some customer service skills!!!

Dingy dark atmosphere, the place looked filthy. Even watched an elderly couple have to clean their own table. I stood waiting for nearly 10 mins to be seated. Ignored by members of staff only to have someone eventually swan over just to very abruptly tell us that they were fully booked. Even though there was hardly anyone there. Don't waste your time, there is a perfectly good KFC round the corner. Had better customer service from the self service till then from anyone at the orchard beefeater.

Staying at Premier Inn next door my wife and I decided to book a meal deal (evening meal & breakfast next morning). It happened to be our anniversary and Julie & Lily couldn't have given us a much better start to the day. Breakfast was great but their warm, friendly welcome and helpful approach at a busy time for them demonstrated to us their caring nature. Not only did we have a hearty breakfast but we were also given a card & gifts that were totally unexpected. Made us feel special and such a nice gesture. So thanks to the team at Beefeater Orchard behind the scenes and extra big hugs to Julie and Lily for being so nice. Well done and keep smiling.

The quality of the food just wasn't there in comparison to other beefeaters that I've been to. I had the fish and chips. The fish was decent apart from the overly greasy batter and the chips were practically raw. The steak in the mixed grill my partner had was overcooked, cold and chewy (asked for it to be cooked rare). Wouldn't recommend coming here for food. Probably best to just pop in for a drink.

Went for breakfast today very disappointing. Booked for 10.15 when we arrived no pastries left , not much choice left ,had to wait for cooked breakfast food to come out as half of it was empty .After asking about pastries etc told no more would come out despite breakfast till 11.00 .So it looks like a first come first served basis .We have been to the Beefeater in Redditch and that is always well replenished and good choice .Will not be returning to Evesham , Redditch will be my go to from now on for Breakfast.

Poor service. Had checked the online menu for this restaurant to confirm they were doing the same 2 courses for £10.95 on their daytime menu as our local restaurant. When we got there their menus said £11.45. I know it’s only 50p difference but it’s the principle so I queried it. The Duty manager Ryan told me the online menus show their trial offer and the Orchard wasn’t participating it that. So I asked why did it show that for the Orchard online. I was told there were two Orchards so the online offer must clearly be for the other Orchard. So I showed him online it clearly states £10.95 for that Orchard at Evesham, not the other one. Oh, well it’s wrong! Good customer service would surely have been to honour the online price for the sake of 50p (£1.50 for our party of 3) and then get their website sorted. But no. We had to pay the extra. It’s not the cost it’s the principle. It went downhill from there. No fish for fish and chips, no garnishes on the burgers or starters so everything looked so plain. Mom’s chair was broken. Most of the chairs appeared so stained. Toilet broken. The duty manager twice tried to deliver food to our table that was for the table behind. Waitress, although pleasant until we queried the price change, wasn’t very efficient as put ice in all drinks despite us asking for no ice, and stood chatting with the duty manager discussing another member of staff while we were patiently waiting to pay. Shame it’s gone down hill as was lovely even back in October during our last visit. Puts me off going again.

After Christmas family meal, I felt like the meals were thrown together 4 fish and chips the size of each fish was laughable from large to very small. My burger bun was soggy and my sister too and the salad. You had to hunt down a small piece of tomatoe and cucumber in the dark green hard lettuce. Shame because the last time we went, it was good 🫤 The toilets were a disgrace one the water was running constantly, one had no toilet seat and the other needed cleaning 😒 Don't let your standards drop 😳

We had a few breakfasts and 2 dinners there - the food was good, no complaints. Beefeater breakfasts are standard and good portion sizes and value for money. Dinner was good too although a prawn dish only had 4 prawns in it for £18 - so a bit disappointed and a few dishes were off the menu as they had run out of them, which was a shame. However a special call out to Ryan who was brilliant and he got my steak cooked to perfection (as I like it) and looked after us well. The restaurant itself is a bit dated and needs a refresh without long.

Beefeater and Premier Inn market a totally inaccurate ‘food to your room’ combined offering. Firstly you have to order in the restaurant. Turned out the pricing in the hotel room was wrong, more expensive on arrival. Had to exchange one of our puddings as was unavailable when ordering. Was told it would be ready in 15-20 mins. Was told after 20 mins it was nearly ready, plating up. After 35 mins I was told the replacement pudding I ordered was also unavailable, and it turned out they thought we were eating in the restaurant. It then became clear that they don’t have any actual takeaway option. The food wasn’t being bagged up, I had to carry each plate individually back to the hotel, which was totally unfeasible without 3 or 4 return trips, I was ferrying on my own and it was a long walk. By this point the food (apart from the unavailable pudding) had been sitting around 20 mins on the pass going dry so I cancelled and we went to KFC instead which was fast and cheaper. Probably higher quality too given the cheap canteen appearance of food in the Beefeater. Total waste of time. I hadn’t been to Beefeater since I was a kid and will not be returning.

No welcome, no eye contact, no smiles, it was like robots were working, they definitely need a training course on how to treat customers, can't believe no-one is monitoring this from a head office perspective! We waited nearly 45 minutes for our meals to arrive, the lasagne was burnt and the fish way over cooked, we didn't bother to complain as we didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for a new meal to arrive. Would suggest a overhaul of staff training ! Manager clearing tables, banging and slamming glasses and cutlery, not a good experience at all.

The table was sticky, the dishes had clear signs of not being washed properly. When I asked for tissues, as I had just one and I needed an EXTRA one, I was told “but you already HAVE one on the table”. Service is very bad. Just because we’re tourists, or they thought we’re immigrants, we were treated differently. Service was very slow and bad for us, but for others which came later than us, was perfect. Food was on time, no waiting… whatever. The pancakes were the bought for sure from Lidl and then refrigerated and then warmed up for us, because they were crumbly. This is what happens to dough after you refrigerate it. And they were dry AF.

Awful service and food quality. Staff were miserable from the off. We had booked a table for 7 people but no table had been made up for our arrival. They pushed two tables together with two of us sat in the walkway, blocking a fire exit. My steak arrived raw, with the rest of my food being cold. The rest of our party were very disappointed with their meals. Our family meal was ruined. The neglect Beefeater has for this restaurant is clear as soon as you walk through the door, atmosphere, ambience, staff morale and food quality. A real shame.

The Orchard is a little difficult to enter with a wheelchair as the doors are extremely heavy and the path from the car is uphill. The restaurant is spacious and good sized tables for larger groups. Our server was lovely. The food was only warm which was disappointing.

Got the rib eye steak with pepper corn sauce for a few quid extra added to the meal deal. The cooked breakfast the next morning was cooked on demand and LOVELY.

Absolutely terrible the woman serving breakfast was so rude it made you feel like walking out and not eating I know they’re short staffed but if she can’t cope she needs another line of work. She shouldn’t be speaking to people like she did this morning when they go in for breakfast to start their day.

When you got to somewhere like this you have to manage your expectations. I went in with an open mind ready for a decent meal. I wasn't expecting much but the already low bar wasn't even touched. Not all, but most staff came across ignorant, rude and lacking basic hospitality skills. Having worked in this environment I know we all have off days but this has been a constant over the last two weeks. Saying getting a table at this place is hard is an understatement. Plenty of tables but staffing and training seem to be a major issue. Not knowing how to work a till isn't a good look. It wouldn't take much for this place to be at a good level. Over the last two weeks this has just been really poor. If I wasn't staying in the attached hotel I wouldn't come back anytime soon.

Got fish and chips, pity the fish was actually nice but the battery was soggy , couldn't work out what it should be, nothing like picture. The service was slow, nothing to do with server, clearly understaffed for size of establishment

Found the pub to be dirty & disappointing! Bottles and glasses in entrance, carpet and chairs dirty and tired and lots of cobwebs about. Food was ok but not a big menu but still they had run out of things, chips were not overly hot!

I don't think the manager/staff have any pride in this pub. Toilets smell and disabled was blocked (this was when it opened). Floors were filthy, saw a guy hoovering before it was open but he missed most of the carpet. The manager didn't smile once and was quite miserable and when we hadn't booked and asked for a table she made us feel like we were an inconvenience and like she was doing us a favour, even though the pub was half empty when we left. Food was warm and not hot. One of the children's meals was overcooked but we didn't say anything (although it's our fault we didn't). Server didn't really seem like she wanted to be there. Whole place needs a repaint and a good clean. I never leave bad reviews but Im hoping this helps them make some changes! Won't return.

Had a table booking with multiple confirmation emails, then when we arrived we were told that they didn’t have this booking on their system. Showed the confirmation emails to the host, but were unapologetically sat in the bar area without an explanation or any atonements. Unfortunately ruined the evening meal

We have eaten here a few times and always had good service with a great food experience…we went in on Sunday and had a Sunday roast dinner…some of the dinner on arrival a few of the items where missing which was on the menu so had to request them, also the food was Luke warm and Brussels and parsnips which where still hard and tasted raw…this is such a shame as times before we have had a great experience…the service was very good…Shame about the food as we where a table of 4 of us.

Arrived for breakfast buffet, refused entry as hadn't booked. Ok , however, car park only 1/4 full and could book a table for 1/2 hour time!! Never mind, we went to the village Cafe in Bidford and spent our £40 there instead.

Compared to before Covid, this was a very poor dining experience. Almost an hour before mains came out ( kids had garlic bread starters), and very poor sunday roasts. Save your money and go to the Norton Grange a mile up the road. After enjoying previous meals here, we will NOT be having anymore here

Horrible Food. We were staying in Evesham and ordered a takeout from Chungs. Worst food ever please don’t waste your money. It didn’t taste of anything. Absolutely disgusting food lots of onions and just awful food.

I visited this place after a long break, and it's clear that the owners have changed, and apart from the name, it has nothing in common with what it used to be. I'm giving it one star because giving less isn't possible! The service is very slow, the food is awful, and worst of all, there's a lot of mess there. The fries, before going into the oil, were dumped from the freezer into a basket that was sitting on the floor!!! I believe places like this should be shut down by the appropriate authorities!!"
