My fiancée and I took my fiancée 3 year old niece for a meal with us on a Saturday evening. Food was delicious , The little one had the child’s set 3 course menu ,she enjoyed all 3 course. And the colouring book . We noticed nearly all the staff are new & so helpful and very friendly. Great place in a great location. Keep up the good work. Thanks 🤩

We stayed here twice over the course of one week as we were stopping half way on our to and from holiday. We ate at the beef eater on both occasions and you can really tell the staff work very hard. They looked after us for dinners and breakfasts and they were very attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Jay was our server the first night for dinner however all of the staff there were brilliant so thank you Orchard beefeater Evesham.

A few people unable/unwilling to control their kids but this is a family restaurant. Overall very good food and service

Good service from a poor lady who was obviously very embarrassed about the poor quality of the food served last night. Had to send both dinners back. Surf and turf. Steaks over cooked, chips cooked and then re-cooked from lunchtime and mushrooms that was from breakfast, soggy, no flavor, no seasoning on the steak. Prawns like bullets that took longer to chew than the steak! Sorry but for £22 that was BAD, even at the second time of asking. Having owned a restaurant it's clear kitchen staff need training properly in all aspects of kitchen hygiene and cooking! Shame, will never eat in a beefeater again. Thanks, but no thanks.

Need to mention all the staff that we came across from 30 July 2024 to 1 August 2024. The staff were Jay, Luke, Mary, Lily, Richard, Craig and Brogan. They all went the extra mile to make our eating experience second to none. They were well trained, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Well done Beefeater for having such amazing staff. Dirty stained seats, below average meal for Beefeater venue, altogether a miserable Sunday roast, suggest you get there early if you want decent Tatoes ! 😉

Fantastic roast and service from Jay was exceptional.

Just stayed at the Premier Inn next door and used The Orchard for breakfast and evening meal. Excellent service on both occasions. A big thank you to Lily and Ian who cooked and served breakfast this morning. We'll definitely visit again

Great staff, and very good food. The lady running the breakfast service was brilliant and really helpful. The building and decor need a serious refurb. Scruffy and old.

Great place , great food , the style and atmosphere is nice it's a resteraunt and a nice corner bar section with comfy leather sofa and chairs, so if you want a drink out or an evening , afternoon meal or breakfast this is the place😊

Very good staff. Served promptly even though they were busy and the food was good. Had steak and salad which came out great as did the nachos. I took the meal deal from the premier Inn next door and I’m glad I did.

tables are sticky, waiting for food is over an hour, despite reservations, waiting for menu is at least 10 minutes, I do not recommend it, I have never been so upset by the service in the restaurant next door, there is a KFC, it is better to go there and at least eat something rather than sit and wait for the mercy of the staff

Food was nice but service with a smile didn’t exist, even the front of house didn’t break a smile just the young lady serving another table. There was cutlery on the floor and just a miserable atmosphere all round

We popped in to grab something quick on the way home. Car park pretty empty so we thought it would be OK. Stood and waited to be seated for an eternity. Looking around there was maybe 6 tables with people sat at them. Dirty tables with plates and glasses mainly. Staff members were milling about the place and no lt one asked if they could help us. When, what I can only assume was the manageress, came to the station I asked for a table and was asked if we had booked. When I said no I was greeted with 'we are fully booked, sorry'. We said that it would have been nice if someone had come to tell us this instead of making us wait for no reason. Again all I got was 'sorry'. No customer service and seemed like they just couldn't be bothered. 1 older gent in front of us got fed up of waiting and sat at a table while his wife ordered drinks. He wiped his own table with a cloth that was sat on the bar. Awful place! Learn some customer service skills!!!

Dingy dark atmosphere, the place looked filthy. Even watched an elderly couple have to clean their own table. I stood waiting for nearly 10 mins to be seated. Ignored by members of staff only to have someone eventually swan over just to very abruptly tell us that they were fully booked. Even though there was hardly anyone there. Don't waste your time, there is a perfectly good KFC round the corner. Had better customer service from the self service till then from anyone at the orchard beefeater.

Food average, the whole restaurant needs a complete refurbishment. Seats worn-out could do with a good clean. Strange to have your food on an enamel tray. Only 1 person serving on poor lad was run off his feet.

If you want it they haven't got it, be it drinks or food. What you have to settle for is uninspiring and over priced.

Staying at Premier Inn next door my wife and I decided to book a meal deal (evening meal & breakfast next morning). It happened to be our anniversary and Julie & Lily couldn't have given us a much better start to the day. Breakfast was great but their warm, friendly welcome and helpful approach at a busy time for them demonstrated to us their caring nature. Not only did we have a hearty breakfast but we were also given a card & gifts that were totally unexpected. Made us feel special and such a nice gesture. So thanks to the team at Beefeater Orchard behind the scenes and extra big hugs to Julie and Lily for being so nice. Well done and keep smiling.

The food was a bit grim tasteless warm I’ve had a lot better at other beefeaters The staff especially on the breakfast time I found one woman to be rude and abrupt To the point we never went back in so I wouldn’t recommend this place or visit again

No complaints the waiter was away with the mixer but he was good crack I think the issue was my Geordie accent 🤪

The quality of the food just wasn't there in comparison to other beefeaters that I've been to. I had the fish and chips. The fish was decent apart from the overly greasy batter and the chips were practically raw. The steak in the mixed grill my partner had was overcooked, cold and chewy (asked for it to be cooked rare). Wouldn't recommend coming here for food. Probably best to just pop in for a drink.

Wouldn’t return. Asked for steak to be rare however was over very well done. Chips were cold and undercooked. Dirty cold plates. Sticky tables and chairs (worse then Wetherspoons) Normally love the beefeater and tried this one after a day trip but extremely disappointed.

Visited last Sunday with my Husband and had 2 mixed grills, food was fantastic and service was great. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Food over an hour to come and both meals were cold and wrong, even I heard the bell go and took 5 mins to come out. Eaten what we could and left

Food was excellent here so we returned 6 months later and were disappointed as the food had gone downhill. Have again tried this place and it has gone even further downhill.

Writing fir myself a coeliac, the choice of food is poor, the documentation on allergens is shockingly poor and complicated. The service I received was excellent, the restaurant was typically Beefeater, clean but the fittings and decoration is looking tired. Could do better for coeliacs.

We have just had a very pleasant evening here. The food and service were very good. Our server Lisa C was very busy, very efficient and very pleasant with it. Really enjoyed our evening. Thank you.

Went for breakfast today very disappointing. Booked for 10.15 when we arrived no pastries left , not much choice left ,had to wait for cooked breakfast food to come out as half of it was empty .After asking about pastries etc told no more would come out despite breakfast till 11.00 .So it looks like a first come first served basis .We have been to the Beefeater in Redditch and that is always well replenished and good choice .Will not be returning to Evesham , Redditch will be my go to from now on for Breakfast.

Oh dear. Booked the name in wrong. Placed in a corner to eat. Drinkless meal. Can I have some vinegar please... I had to stand and walk around and find the vinegar for the meal. Meal ended... Any more drinks. What a runaround. Avoid peak times... Dave speed up for God's sake!

Poor service. Had checked the online menu for this restaurant to confirm they were doing the same 2 courses for £10.95 on their daytime menu as our local restaurant. When we got there their menus said £11.45. I know it’s only 50p difference but it’s the principle so I queried it. The Duty manager Ryan told me the online menus show their trial offer and the Orchard wasn’t participating it that. So I asked why did it show that for the Orchard online. I was told there were two Orchards so the online offer must clearly be for the other Orchard. So I showed him online it clearly states £10.95 for that Orchard at Evesham, not the other one. Oh, well it’s wrong! Good customer service would surely have been to honour the online price for the sake of 50p (£1.50 for our party of 3) and then get their website sorted. But no. We had to pay the extra. It’s not the cost it’s the principle. It went downhill from there. No fish for fish and chips, no garnishes on the burgers or starters so everything looked so plain. Mom’s chair was broken. Most of the chairs appeared so stained. Toilet broken. The duty manager twice tried to deliver food to our table that was for the table behind. Waitress, although pleasant until we queried the price change, wasn’t very efficient as put ice in all drinks despite us asking for no ice, and stood chatting with the duty manager discussing another member of staff while we were patiently waiting to pay. Shame it’s gone down hill as was lovely even back in October during our last visit. Puts me off going again.

I would recommend in extremely cold weather that only the main door is used.Every time the door nearest the hotel opens heat is lost and you get a blast of cold air.Food value for money we all wanted the beef pie but out of stock.

After Christmas family meal, I felt like the meals were thrown together 4 fish and chips the size of each fish was laughable from large to very small. My burger bun was soggy and my sister too and the salad. You had to hunt down a small piece of tomatoe and cucumber in the dark green hard lettuce. Shame because the last time we went, it was good 🫤 The toilets were a disgrace one the water was running constantly, one had no toilet seat and the other needed cleaning 😒 Don't let your standards drop 😳

Nice place for a stop off and is nice inside. Had a simple meal but the chips were abit undercooked and cold in the middle, very expensive for not great quality food.

We had a few breakfasts and 2 dinners there - the food was good, no complaints. Beefeater breakfasts are standard and good portion sizes and value for money. Dinner was good too although a prawn dish only had 4 prawns in it for £18 - so a bit disappointed and a few dishes were off the menu as they had run out of them, which was a shame. However a special call out to Ryan who was brilliant and he got my steak cooked to perfection (as I like it) and looked after us well. The restaurant itself is a bit dated and needs a refresh without long.

Beefeater and Premier Inn market a totally inaccurate ‘food to your room’ combined offering. Firstly you have to order in the restaurant. Turned out the pricing in the hotel room was wrong, more expensive on arrival. Had to exchange one of our puddings as was unavailable when ordering. Was told it would be ready in 15-20 mins. Was told after 20 mins it was nearly ready, plating up. After 35 mins I was told the replacement pudding I ordered was also unavailable, and it turned out they thought we were eating in the restaurant. It then became clear that they don’t have any actual takeaway option. The food wasn’t being bagged up, I had to carry each plate individually back to the hotel, which was totally unfeasible without 3 or 4 return trips, I was ferrying on my own and it was a long walk. By this point the food (apart from the unavailable pudding) had been sitting around 20 mins on the pass going dry so I cancelled and we went to KFC instead which was fast and cheaper. Probably higher quality too given the cheap canteen appearance of food in the Beefeater. Total waste of time. I hadn’t been to Beefeater since I was a kid and will not be returning.

Have never received such poor service from the off. No welcome, no eye contact, no smiles, it was like robots were working, they definitely need a training course on how to treat customers, can't believe no-one is monitoring this from a head office perspective! We waited nearly 45 minutes for our meals to arrive, the lasagne was burnt and the fish way over cooked, we didn't bother to complain as we didn't want to wait another 45 minutes for a new meal to arrive. Would suggest a overhaul of staff training ! Manager clearing tables, banging and slamming glasses and cutlery, not a good experience at all.

The table was sticky, the dishes had clear signs of not being washed properly. When I asked for tissues, as I had just one and I needed an EXTRA one, I was told “but you already HAVE one on the table”. Service is very bad. Just because we’re tourists, or they thought we’re immigrants, we were treated differently. Service was very slow and bad for us, but for others which came later than us, was perfect. Food was on time, no waiting… whatever. The pancakes were the bought for sure from Lidl and then refrigerated and then warmed up for us, because they were crumbly. This is what happens to dough after you refrigerate it. And they were dry AF.

Visited early on a Sunday - so plenty of room - nice friendly service from the waitress of 25 years 👏 Nice choice of menu & had Christmas Turkey dinner which was excellent & hot & enjoyed it 😋

Bit confusing when on a meal deal with Premier Inn you had to work out from separate menubthe extra prices for certain meal and which was which. The waitress we had was brilliant and helpful and really pleasant. Getting the tin pineapple for us the next evening to have with the Gammon .

AND EVEN AFTERWARDS THREATEN YOU WITH POLICE TO LEAVE BEEFEATER AND NOT RETURN THE NEXT DAY FOR BREAKFAST "BANNED TO ENTER BEEFEATER"...ULTIMATELY ALSO REFUSED TO REFUND ALREADY PAID (DINNER DEALS) BREAKFASTS.... Tables filthy, sticky..no Cleanliness, unfriendliness, no professionalism, ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICES!!!!! And do not even deserve a 1star rating...

Poor selection of beer available and staff attitude.

Awful service and food quality. Staff were miserable from the off. We had booked a table for 7 people but no table had been made up for our arrival. They pushed two tables together with two of us sat in the walkway, blocking a fire exit. My steak arrived raw, with the rest of my food being cold. The rest of our party were very disappointed with their meals. Our family meal was ruined. The neglect Beefeater has for this restaurant is clear as soon as you walk through the door, atmosphere, ambience, staff morale and food quality. A real shame.

Superb service for quality food

The Orchard is a little difficult to enter with a wheelchair as the doors are extremely heavy and the path from the car is uphill. The restaurant is spacious and good sized tables for larger groups. Our server was lovely. The food was only warm which was disappointing.

Absolutely terrible the woman serving breakfast was so rude it made you feel like walking out and not eating I know they’re short staffed but if she can’t cope she needs another line of work. She shouldn’t be speaking to people like she did this morning when they go in for breakfast to start their day.

Got the rib eye steak with pepper corn sauce for a few quid extra added to the meal deal. The cooked breakfast the next morning was cooked on demand and LOVELY.

When you got to somewhere like this you have to manage your expectations. I went in with an open mind ready for a decent meal. I wasn't expecting much but the already low bar wasn't even touched. Not all, but most staff came across ignorant, rude and lacking basic hospitality skills. Having worked in this environment I know we all have off days but this has been a constant over the last two weeks. Saying getting a table at this place is hard is an understatement. Plenty of tables but staffing and training seem to be a major issue. Not knowing how to work a till isn't a good look. It wouldn't take much for this place to be at a good level. Over the last two weeks this has just been really poor. If I wasn't staying in the attached hotel I wouldn't come back anytime soon.

Got fish and chips, pity the fish was actually nice but the battery was soggy , couldn't work out what it should be, nothing like picture. The service was slow, nothing to do with server, clearly understaffed for size of establishment

Found the pub to be dirty & disappointing! Bottles and glasses in entrance, carpet and chairs dirty and tired and lots of cobwebs about. Food was ok but not a big menu but still they had run out of things, chips were not overly hot!

Nice steak great service from Lisa C. The place needs some tlc. The leather look chairs are worn and there was food dropped all over the floor. No gammon or coleslaw available.

I don't think the manager/staff have any pride in this pub. Toilets smell and disabled was blocked (this was when it opened). Floors were filthy, saw a guy hoovering before it was open but he missed most of the carpet. The manager didn't smile once and was quite miserable and when we hadn't booked and asked for a table she made us feel like we were an inconvenience and like she was doing us a favour, even though the pub was half empty when we left. Food was warm and not hot. One of the children's meals was overcooked but we didn't say anything (although it's our fault we didn't). Server didn't really seem like she wanted to be there. Whole place needs a repaint and a good clean. I never leave bad reviews but Im hoping this helps them make some changes! Won't return.

Had a table booking with multiple confirmation emails, then when we arrived we were told that they didn’t have this booking on their system. Showed the confirmation emails to the host, but were unapologetically sat in the bar area without an explanation or any atonements. Unfortunately ruined the evening meal

We have eaten here a few times and always had good service with a great food experience…we went in on Sunday and had a Sunday roast dinner…some of the dinner on arrival a few of the items where missing which was on the menu so had to request them, also the food was Luke warm and Brussels and parsnips which where still hard and tasted raw…this is such a shame as times before we have had a great experience…the service was very good…Shame about the food as we where a table of 4 of us.

Went with a friend for the all you can eat breakfast. The staff were not very welcoming. The food was warmish.

Arrived for breakfast buffet, refused entry as hadn't booked. Ok , however, car park only 1/4 full and could book a table for 1/2 hour time!! Never mind, we went to the village Cafe in Bidford and spent our £40 there instead.

Compared to before Covid, this was a very poor dining experience. Almost an hour before mains came out ( kids had garlic bread starters), and very poor sunday roasts. Save your money and go to the Norton Grange a mile up the road. After enjoying previous meals here, we will NOT be having anymore here

Rude waiter. Plenty of tables for 1 person to eat, but "oh, we don't serve food there" ..... fair enough.... jog on, you're £30 plus worse off, you aren't getting my money. If I could give less stars I would. He needs re training on customer service. Absolute melt!

We've come here a few times now and always been very pleased with the food and the service . Marie the Waitress has looked after us everytime and is a real asset to the restaraunt, she's always working hard and very attentive and friendly . Will definitely be back soon .

We go here for breakfast buffet occasionally on weekends and we think it is really good quality and to be able to eat as much food as you want for a limited price is brilliant. The first time we went, I overdid it a bit but that was because I really enjoyed it. The pancakes and cooked breakfast is delicious made with good quality ingredients plus the sausages are lovely. Sometimes they don't have black pudding, Nutella or blueberry muffins but it is really nice when they do. We have recommended it to many people and will continue to go there for breakfast. We haven't ever been for a evening meal there but might one day as I heard they do a make your own burger deal which I expect I would love as I love burgers.

The service was slow and the staff were uninterested. We waited 40 minutes for the food to arrive, it was 12pm so not very busy. The steak was burned on the outside and raw in the middle. No one came to collect our plates. I went to the bar to ask for them to bring the card machine to our table. After 15 minutes I went to the bar to pay.

Booked table. Arrived. It was not busy. Took 20 mins get nachos. Then waited 40mins for our mains. Witnessed a few customers also questioning where their food was. Been there a few times before and it has always been busier. But tonight's staff were lacking efficiency for sure. They would have said it was busy I'm sure but they had time to get themselves drinks. My partner went to the bar to get a drink. The server was taking a food order from another customer. Only the 2 of them there for 2-3mins. Another customer came along, the server chose to serve him instead of my partner who was stood in front of him waiting patiently. When he said that he was next the server was rude. Saying "what you want!" No apology or common courtesy. Tonight's experience was not great at all.

Can’t fault the server, he was ok however , food very basic , chicken wings not cooked ,cold in the middle , no replacement or discount offered after pointing this out. Coleslaw warm and taste less , triple cooked chips , cooked once and tasted weird . Not sure if we will return .

Starter crispy potato skins microwaved so not crispy.Main course OK but the wall we were sat next to had stains and what looked like sauce splatter not the best impression.but the staff were friendly and helpful just in need of a bit of TLC

Visited this restaurant on 10.08.23. We had booked a table for 6.30., so fairly earlish. However from the moment we were seated issues arose. The staff on duty were obviously not sufficient to provide a satisfactory service to customers in the restaurant. Service was extremely slow with staff walking around with their heads down so as not to catch anyone’s eye. Customers were left waiting for drinks and meals for ages. We ate our main meal waiting for our drink to arrive. Then after waiting for 30 minutes for someone to take our dessert order we gave up, paid and left. Concerns raised to colleagues around poor service fell on deaf ears. No manager in attendance. I have taken my concerns up with Beefeater direct.

Took my young daughter and met a friend here. 2 breakfasts (pick your own fry up and continental selection) apple juice, and 2 lattes, £9.99! Amazing value. I didn't realise kids ate free, so that was a bonus. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only recommendation is Book! They get very busy during the holidays.
