Golden Valley Chinese Take-Away in Wychavon

Perfectly acceptable take-away chicken curry, just a shame we'd ordered duck!

Had a takeaway last week and it was absolutely delicious!

Batter not cooked well enough on my prawn sweet and sour, shame as it was not the first time.

The chicken curry had a weird bitty aftertaste to it. And the noodles was very oily we also said no onions and had onions in. Won’t be going back.

Normally good, but my Chicken Chow Mein had out of date bean sprouts in it. Very wire-y at one end. Thought I had a piece of hair in my mouth to start with. Ended up fishing more than 20 of these nasty bean sprouts out of the dish. The chef must have known they were not good. I understand all businesses are feeling the pressure of increased costs, but I paid the extra cost and still got cost cutting produce in my meal. I wanted to email but there's no option. If you reply we can discuss and move forward. I'll be more than happy to update my review

Food freshly cooked and good, service quick and polite

The girl on the phone is always so so polite. Food is delivered quickly and is hot. Never had a wrong order and never been disappointed!

Fantastic food, Definitely best in Droitwich

Had always had meals as a child from golden valley and continued,always top quality meals and now deliver and prices stay reasonable highly recommend golden valley

Second time in a month they've screwed the order up. The girl on the front desk really needs to listen to the customer and not be on a different planet. Food ok though.

Foods good but too expensive for what it is, and if you get your food delivered make sure they tell you exactly how much its going to be including the delivery charge so your not surprised when they ask for £4 extra at the door.

Best crispy chilli beef I've ever had from a Chinese takeaway and I have had it from many of them. Staff are also very friendly, all in all a great experience.

Ordered food from a friendly lady on the phone ,wasn't sure they'd deliver where I lived ,but once this was confirmed I was told delivery will be approximately 45-60 minute wait ,not a problem,within 30 minutes the friendly and cheerful driver bought it to my door ,piping hot and the food I had was simply fantastic , highly recommend ❤️❤️

Tasty food, but often gets orders wrong. Ordering noodles and receiving rice. Ordering a pork dish and receiving duck. Also asked if the duck in plum sauce comes with vegetables (peppers, carrot, onion etc), was told yes, and then it turns out its just duck with lettuce and a pot of sauce! Make sure you check what you have received before driving off!

Excellent food & service as always

Food was disgusting, albeit a fast delivery. Ordered chicken with vegetables in Oyster sauce which was awful and special chow mein which was in inedible nothing was labelled the whole thing was a waste of money and will never use them again.

This evening I had bean curd with black bean sauce, which was excellent, as was my wife's beef and mushroom. Thank you!

Service ok, food a little pricey, but cash only which is a little unusual, maybe they have their reasons

Very good quality, my personal favorite takeaway in Droitiwich

Waited hour an a half and rang and asked where our food is , young girl said the driver couldn’t find you so he’s onto the next job , I said when will we get our food then she was like ummm in 20 minutes. Dreadful was looking forward to it from good reviews but shocking customer service from someone who really didn’t care.

Good food quick service decent price

I had a singapore fried rice (with no prawns). The bloke said "We'll put extra chicken & pork in to make up for the prawns". It was a shade more expensive than i pay elsewhere but it was well worth the extra £1.50. It was easily the best singapore fried rice i have ever had. I will try their singapore chow mein next time i go in. EDIT....It's no longer the same people running/cooking here. So the food is different. I am not suggesting it isn't as good. Just that my initial review is no longer valid.
