Well overdue a makeover, the adjoining restaurant and bar closed before 10pm

Everything was great until I went to style my hair no working hairdryer. Too late for me but hopefully would of helped someone else out.

Perfectly acceptable overnight stay if going to the NEC as we did. Free parking and a Beefeater restaurant next door although I'd recommend looking further afield for a decent meal, there are plenty of pubs and restaurants around.

Another Premier Inn 👏 - Didn't have any food here as it was just a stop over...Rooms, Staff and everything else was A1 as you expect with Premier Inn 🫶

Room was OK just basic, however breakfast not worth £10.99, especially if you are vegetarian, very disappointed

Clean rooms but in need of an update. Located off a busy junction but far enough back to not hear the traffic at night. The staff were very helpful but it was a nuisance having to book a 15 min slot for breakfast.

This is a dated Premier Inn, needs updating, phone signal here is so poor, the WiFi is non existant and the ultimate which you pay £5 for is no good either I bought it and wasted my money you can't watch Netflix or any of the other platforms, this is the second time I've stayed her in the last month for 7 nights at a time, I won't be staying here again, sorry Premier Inn but you need to improve this site massively

Located very much on the outskirts of the city next to a commercial area with some fast food establishments, it is therefore only recommended if you bring your own car since the center of the town is almost 2 km away. Otherwise it is a hotel similar to the others in this chain with its standardized rooms with comfortable beds and a bathroom with a bathtub. The place is well served and attended

The Evesham Hotel is hidden behind petrol station and barely visible from the road and easy to miss. It boasts a Free Car Park with security cameras and a Beefeater Inn right nest door. We found the staff to be friendly, professional and helpful. A pleasant surprise was that our room had windows that opened, which is a feature in the older Premier Inn’s, but not the newer ones. Whilst the room clean and the beds very comfortable, there was mould on the ceiling and skirting boards of the bathroom. Situated at the front hotel meant we could hear the traffic from the nearby road. If we were to revisit then we’d prefer a room at the back. The walls and skirting boards of the corridor leading to our room were badly scuffed and in dire need of some TLC. The WIFI is free, but quite weak ☹️

We have stayed at this premier inn several times. Staff are brilliant and always looked after us. On our latest visit booking and welcome was good. We went to our room all looked fine. Then we hit a problem that our tv would not work. Notified the staff and within minutes were at our door. After several attempts it was clear the TV was not going to work. We were offered another room but we decided that we would remain in the room without the TV as we were only there for one night. We were really thankful for Tash and the team for their help. We would stay there again,

No reliable WiFi connection. Room in great need or being refreshed. 2 single beds pushed together with a topper so not that comfy. Bathroom showed a lot of signs of water damage or old leak. Warped wood, black mold and rust on shower head and towel rail. Unwrapped tea bags in a perspex box isn't great and same at reception, fortunately I don't drink tea! Breakfast was fine as it was at the Beefeater next door.

Absolutely terrible experience of this place. All starts with the terrible smell in the car park on arrival, 10 minute wait for someone to check you in (no staff available desk and when you press the button, the pager/phone was left in reception), when you do check in the damp stench that greets you as you enter the room (118) was really bad. Turns out the toilet was leaking, and had been for a while as the skirting/kick boards were all damp/rotten. The decor looked tired, paint peeling off the walls, and I think the painter who had tried to touch up the ceiling in the bathroom needed some guidance on how to actually paint. When mentioned to the staff, there wasn't anything that they could do. To top it all off, the staff thought it was hilarious to be having loud conversations right outside the hotel door at 7.30am on a Sunday morning. Needless to say we won't be visiting this establishment again in a hurry.

Black mould in our room due to bathroom extractor fan not working. They only give you one towel, almost no toilet paper and had obviously watered down the provided shower gel in the dispensers. Switched rooms for our second night, was slightly better but staff were unapologetic and grumpy. Breakfast looked promising but was pretty tasteless. Wi-Fi unusably slow unless you pay extra.

The staff were lovely and friendly, very helpful. The room was lovely and tidy. Exactly what you would expect. A vey reasonable price. Breakfast was outstanding. I dropped 1 star from the rating because our room (150) was 37 degrees when we went in.It took all night to cool down to 24, with the window open and the fan on…. In December! Please note also, there is no lift so if you struggle with stairs, let them know when you book.

The orchard for Christmas dinner was poor, none of the staff wanted to be there so miserable, the food was ok nothing to write home about, steak over cooked didnt even ask how we wanted it, also my Wednesday carvery at the round of grass is better, desert was dry told the staff just struged her shoulders. Plonked 5 coffees with the tray on the table, not nice late or anything. Very disappointed.

Dated, poor mattress for a premier inn, location ok next to a beefeater (limited menu) with no footpath, and paper thin walls and ceiling, could hear talking and bathroom habits above me quite clearly. Not cheap either

Stayed at the Evesham Premier Inn to attend a family wedding nearby, I spoke to Manjeet to ask about all being located near each other as I had five rooms and she was so helpful and did it without any fuss, she was amazing, a credit to the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and a great place to gather with all the family too.

This seemed to be one of the older Premiere Inns as there was no air-conditioning. The room was still nice, plenty of room, well cleaned etc. The staff were nice, the breakfast was good, the Beefeater next door was notnbad either. We enjoyed our stay though. The location is basically on a roundabout, so not exactly romantic.

Spotlessly clean room as usual for all premier inns we have stayed in. Lovely ladies working on reception. We used the Beefeater next door which I would highly recommend. Food served piping hot and plenty of it. Breakfast was fab, set us up for our journey back to Lancashire. The only criticism I have is the noise from the road close by. This is constant and by that I mean through the night. We needed the window open as there is no air conditioning at this Premier Inn. So basically we had very little sleep. However, rooms at the back of the building would not hear so much. We were in 102. So next time we stay I will phone ahead to book a room on the other side.

The two stars are for the staff, who were great. Premier Inn shouldn’t have them working in such a run down, and downright smelly environment. Generally a scruffy hotel, with the smell of vomit in the upper floor corridor.
