The best restaurants in Worcester West Midlands

Have eaten here many of times and never had a bad meal. The service is aways great and the beer nice and cold. the atmosphere is always on point. Would recommend anyone stopping in for food and a pint in Worcester.

Went here on a whim and found an absolute gem - class music themed décor, fun locals, and the food provided by Mantra Street Kitchen was brilliant, lovely bloke too. Plus there was a mental cat so that's always a thumbs up from me :)

The food was good once it arrived apart from the sweet and sour chicken balls that were very hard and crunchy. The main issue I have is that we had to wait and hour and a half to receive our food delivery and when we called twice there were no apologies and just a load of excuses. We probably won’t use these guys again I’m afraid 👎

Clean and tidy, as you would expect from domino but a bit of a language barrier

The beer taste was so watery, like a bar- it was not that place where I wanted to have a drink. I noticed there are few board games.

Ham sub was supposed to have different fillings to the tuna one (as per receipt) however the ham come with the fillings meant for the tuna but thankfully the tuna one was correct

Hadn't eaten from here for a while and decided we wanted to have a Pathia and when we ordered, we asked for it to be mild (something which we always have). It arrived within the time that I was told and it was hot. Unfortunately the Pathia was extremely spicy hot and un-eatable for us. Rang up and the gentleman was apologetic and organised a fresh new order. This arrived quickly but unfortunately half the Pathia was in the bottom of the bag. Again, everything was cooked hot but the Pathia just wasn't right, full of onions, tomato's, was more like a stew. Credit to the staff who happily sorted it all out but the Pathia was terrible

Absolutely superb place. The food, wine and service was first class. I cannot believe that someone called Steven McCabe has posted a one star review simply because he couldn't get through on the telephone to book a table. What an idiot! People like him have no idea how damaging this can be to a new owner who has taken over the business- and as this 'Steve' hasn't even eaten at the venue his review should not be allowed. Anyway, do not be put off as this place is simply wonderful. The Old Rectifying House was always one of my favorite pub/ eateries in Worcester and it remains so under its new name of Yeliz. Also, Isabella, the ladie who looked after us was amazing- so attentive and helpful. Ten out of ten 👍

fantastic lunch, food served 12-3. lovely staff they cant do enough for you! Went with my elderly mum who is disabled and they were very accommodating. thank you we will definitely be returning :-)

Weather great so sat in garden area. Nice ploughmans and good value for money. Lovely pub with various pods outside. Relaxing atmosphere. Great staff.

We have been here for a quiet lunch several times now and it never disappoints. The food is excellent and the service brilliant. The curries are delicious and vibrant, the beer well kept and atmosphere relaxed. We love it! It is a rare find. The exterior gives few clues to the quality of the food and service. In our view this adds to its understated hidden charm and delights.

Update: £71 order, 2 main meals were missing and I was only given a £6 refund. Portion sizes have fallen immensely - looks like a children's meal. The quality is still high though, such a shame. Wait times are very long at 1 and a half hours. The fish is also not well cut. Nonetheless, the food was fresh and delicious. The wait times are just a huge negative.
