Costa Coffee in Worcester

The only two working toilets are both out of order which you don't find out about until after your purchase. It looks as though the issue isn't recent nor about to be remedied soon. You're expected to use Asda's toilets, which is a fair bit away, well into the shop, and I highly doubt un-agreed by Asda. Especially considering they have their own coffee shop. The store shouldn't really be operating a 'dine-in' service until they're fixed.

Lovely place. Makes it even better seeing it's my Accountants meet place.

I love this place but unfortunatly in my last visit was the last. This place as been degradating for few years now. In my last visit i started by having to clean my own table, the the cutlery were disgusting, have ask to be replaced and and a very bad actitude from the guy at the till, than for my surprise my drink was with hairs and again after asking for new drink didnt receive any apology or simpathy from the staff. This was defenetly my last visit. Not to mention the prices are a total rip off, obviusly nothing to do with staff.

My Hot chocolate was lovely. This young lad I presume was doing his Costa training, was also serving great customer service as well as doing his training. The drinks were made at a great pace, and the toastie was on top ⬆️.

Called in for a coffee. Decided to have a slice of cake as well. Service was great, very polite and prompt. Cake was delicious and cappuchino excellent.

My first time in Worcester. It's a sunny day and busking with beautiful weather. I grabbed a cappuccino at Costa and the staff are friendly and helpful. Very spacious and clean. They have a variety of cakes and other snacks. The service was quick. The table arrangement was great. Toilets are clean. Overall this is quite a nice Costa.

Had popcorn frappe, tasted like coconut. I'm not sure if they gave me the wrong drink?

Good and without fuss, just as most Costas. Insufficient seating for the population of the area.

Have been coming to this Costa for a while now and absolutely love the atmosphere. Whether you are here to work, chill with friends or just have a coffee, it's the perfect place to do so.

Compared to the Costa on Black pole, totally different feel. Almost feels like it needs a refurb, staff look fed up.

Friendliest service I've had in any coffee shop for some time. And a good coffee too.

Typical Costa menu, can get busy though.

No vegan options whatsoever. So had nothing to eat. Extremely poor. For vegans it doesn't even score one star imo.

Ordered and paid online for pick up. Arrived at store 35 mins before closing time and told they were shut and no serving available. Still haven't recieved a refund etc. Avoid.

Not impressed with the service from one member of staff. The batista was friendly and did his job well. However the girl was on her phone instead of getting on with our order. Didn't ask if we wanted ketchup which is standard in any costa. Generally a bad attitude from her.

Such slow service that one coffee was cold before my other drink was served. Too busy doing online orders to serve customers in store 😢

Nice pit stop can sit outside or indoors it was clean and tidy and the staff were helpful to wheelchair users that came in. Although soft drinks for young ones are very limited the smoothie carton was welcomed by the little one iced latte hit the spot and we shared the slice of cake. Recommend it for that coffee pit stop.

Love love love this store staff are polite friendly and after going everyday since the day they opened (apart from lockdown and when there closed) its like home from home ! My order is always on point even down to them knowing when I change to winter and summer drinks ! The staff really do make this store can't ask for better there's always plenty of space inside and outside they go above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience thanks guys and girls...Julie ur amazing ...Jo,patty,milena,and so many more never change ur the best !

They made my drink wrong the first time and second time! I asked for a summer berry cooler bearing in mind I had one in the Tewksbury shop that morning which was made perfectly! When I received the drink in Worcester it was runny not thick as it usually is ( remember I mention Tewksbury. It was lovely and thick) I asked why the thickening powder wasn’t added both times and was told they don’t add powder in any of the Costa’s (apparently the shop manager has worked in all Costa’s! ) When I told her I had one that morning in Tewksbury and it was made with powder she basically called me a liar ! She was very rude. Customer service was nonexistent! I asked for a refund she didn’t say please or thank you once. She ordered my husband to come to the till for the refund ! Not one apology from her. The worst Costa experience I’ve ever had. RUDE !!!!!!

Lovely, friendly staff. Out of the 3 Costa stores in the city centre, this is by far the best.

The quality and flavour of costa coffee, along with the wide range of coffees in particular is amazing! They also have a wide range of other beverages, cold as well as hot! It does tend to be on the pricey side but the quality is stunning and most definitely well worth the cost of a coffee !

So well positioned to relax and people watch

Went in this afternoon and it was really disappointing that the lady behind the counter couldn't make many drinks due to no stock.... Stock arriving tomorrow... A very disappointed customer 😒

As always, great service and the hot chocolate was to die for! I love the thick cream and marshmallows 😋

Pretty rushed not gonna lie. The drinks weren't the best but food was nice. I left my phone there 🤦 and staff were really nice when I picked it up. So struggling not to give 4... Butttttt is has to be a 3 unfortunately.

Had a couple of problems since the lockdown but the managers will try there hardest to make the problem go away:)

Usually very good,love going here, but a staff member was petting a non guide dog in the store and then served us without washing her hands.

Costa coffee ok what can one say

Went here with family and it was very busy, we were lucky to get a table but many people were left without somewhere to sit. However, this isn't something that can be helped with social distancing and the fact that it is small. Otherwise very good.

Clean enough but very cold inside

After months of lockdown and shielding we ventured out to the city and ended up in Costa Coffee in St Martin's quarter, Worcester. Both members of staff were very friendly. A good cup of coffee becomes a great cup of coffee when the staff make you feel so welcome. Patricia and her colleague certainly earned five stars as well as the coffee.

Great social distancing protocol and policing without being even remotely pushy!

Fantastic Costas in what appears to be a converted old building. Great food, service and coffee in a superb location. Lots of outdoor seating and I am going back on a sunny day. Top class restaurant.

Mid-afternoon break, peppermint tea and cake. Nice and clean. Good friendly staff. Busy, but plenty of space. Just on the outskirts of the city ideally located by car parks. Good place to pop in before drive onwards or home.

Ran into problem with points card as the computer wasn't working. I tried to redeem a free coffee but ended up being charged for 2 coffees and a loss of 200 points. Manager was very good and he awarded me number of points to keep my record straight but no free coffee. Costa need to look at their systems.
