Chestnut Tree in Worcester

Went here on a whim and found an absolute gem - class music themed décor, fun locals, and the food provided by Mantra Street Kitchen was brilliant, lovely bloke too. Plus there was a mental cat so that's always a thumbs up from me :)

Lovely family and dog friendly pub. Had some delicious beef brisket made by the friendliest chef you could hope to meet.

Very friendly pub with great beers, lagers and ciders. Excellent live music and staff including my old mate Mad Pierre 😁🍻.

An absolutely lovely location and pub, run by one of the most rude and cantankerous landlords you will possibly have the misfortune to encounter. Made to felt unwelcome in the extreme.

Percy Veer, An amazing band with a super selection of music and verse. Oral pantomime a plenty with great audience participation encouraged and adored. Plenty of great tunes. I truly wanted the music to play on tonight and never stop. The beer as always top notch and going down a treat. ! Staff friendly and welcoming as usual. Rest assured next time this band is at the Chestnut I will be there. Stay Rude xx

Another great pub, just off the main drag. Beer was good and the walls were covered with all kinds of stuff, the drawings I kind of liked. Staff were friendly. Enjoyed my visit.

One of my favourite pubs in Worcester. Nice, helpful, friendly staff. Good crowd of customers, brilliant atmosphere even when it's quiet. Quirky decor inside, nice selection of drinks. Often there's live music if that's your thing. Spacious beer garden, dog friendly. Clean bathrooms. You've tried the rest, now visit the best.

Smelt like mould and drinks was disgusting, none of our group could drink them. Staff looked miserable. Choice of drinks was minimal and have never heard of the majority of them. Furniture was dirty and broken. I recommend against visiting

Going out with some work mates we decided to go to the Chestnut. It was busy as it was a nice sunny day and they had live music. It was a brilliant couple of hours. It had a great atmosphere, friendly and lively. The beer was one of the best ales around. Wye Valley brewery's HPA bitter was served to perfection. Thoroughly recommend the Chestnut, good crowd, friendly staff, what more can you want!!

Our best beer since lockdown and a reminder of how good well kept cask ale can be. The landlord's put a lot of effort into complying with the new guidelines and deserves support and success.

Great atmosphere and very cozy the bar tenders treat you as you belong there.

A live blues band were playing and were brilliant. Although the pub was over flowing the regulars were friendly to us interlopers and we fitted right in

Place was jumping from a live band. Good atmosphere and a good place to start you nite out.

A great pub in which music flows in its veins as beer does in its pipes. For this kind of 'no-frills' venue, even the toilets were surprisingly clean.
