Clean and tidy, as you would expect from domino but a bit of a language barrier

Bad delivery and 100% impolite people at the place, not cooperative at all. Pizza is good but delivery - stay away. Although I could add international number (correct one) they weren't "alowed" to contact me and I had to wait forever before contacting the place. No effort from them, worst service I've had in my stay at UK.

I had ordered from domino's 🍕and the delivery driver name was awais he gave the order nicely and nicely talk hot food like to order again

Disgusting behaviour. Food was cold after over an hour after leaving the restaurant. Driver was amazing but the manager on the phone was disgusting. Kept interrupting me and cut across me. Blamed just eat all of the time when clear instructions for the restaurant were clearly visible on the order. I feel forty for the driver as he was so embarrassed as he was stuck in the middle. The manager needs a course in how to speak to customers as he shouted at me, raised his voice to me and told me I was wrong and my receipt would not be given to me , it would just be at the restaurant, an absolutely disgusting display of how not to speak to a customer. I will never order again. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Bought pizza from St John’s worcester , arrived 58 minutes later cold, stores only 5 minutes away , put in bin ,,, never order again ,,

Not much variety for vegetarian customers

We ordered 3 pizzas, they arrived in good time but we were missing a pizza. The delivery man said that he had made a mistake and must have left it at the pizzeria. He asked if we wanted a refund or the pizza but we didn't have anything else to eat so we wanted our pizza. An hour later our pizza still hadn't showed up so I called. Turns out they never even made our pizza and said they would start it now and send it our way. Over an hour later a deferent delivery man showed up with a pizza and an extra ( a small garlic bread that was good, I'd recommend it honestly). We were really happy since it had been over two hours since we'd ordered and didn't check the pizza until we sat down. We had ordered a large split halfway pizza but when we opened it we found a large bbq pizza. It was too much of a hassle for a pizza that wasn't even good.

Pizza was nice but your employees you have working in store are rude and distasteful the way they we was spoken to when asked for my pizza a certain way!! His name badge Pete then some lady called ally who also works there got involved who was also rude when taken my money I just wanted to leave !

If your delivery driver is mark in a red Toyota, then I feel sorry for you as he is an incompetent delivery driver. He made us walk half a mile to collect our pizza. When you pay for a pizza delivery, you would expect it to be delivered to your address, not half a mile away. What a joke. Mark moaned about the bus lane, but there are multiple ways around it. However he can not follow directions or basic instructions. We contacted domino's and all they had to say was sorry. We will not use these again.

It was good to have the option to sit in and eat

Due to a misunderstanding, we received regular dips instead of the vegan ones with our vegan pizzas. Rang up the restaurant and they kindly offered to send us the correct ones. Exemplary customer service 👌

very bad service,i just order veggie pizza and they put small pieces of peperoni on it and couldn’t even see the pieces because they were so small and i eat half of it without noticing peperoni i am a sikh am not supposed to eat any meat but they just spoiled my religion🤬

ordered for collection and it was ready within 10 minutes! really fast service and was piping hot.

Very poor service!!!! staff not friendly not recommended for anyone. Pizza as on photos cheeseburger Pizza without topping sauce on top. Pepperoni Pizza burnt on top and dry. Delivery driver can't find address i need walk on another stret collect my poor quality Pizza (address have easy access) What a horrible service and shame for business!!!!! Rating 1⭐ beacous no option for less.

Don't go to this dominos.. Wasted 4 hours for an order that never came. Even went into the store and saw my pizza on the side. What an absolute joke! Don't even bother with this place, their 'manager' is a joke and would rather stand around chatting and tell everyone to hold on than to sort out my order or the others waiting in there. Same happened during the football few months ago. Disgusting behavior for a manger There's another dominos in Malvern and east side of Worcester.. 100% go there.

Poor. Food was burnt and dry - has been for the last 3 orders. Today was the worst out of the 3. Called up for the first time (figured the other 2 could have been trainees etc) to ask if there’s anything that can be done and the rudest man answered the phone. If I’m going to be paying £20 for a pizza the least I can expect is that it’s not inedible and burnt. Time to take my business elsewhere, the attitude was the nail in the coffin for me.

I had food poisoning from order 392878595 as i screenshot the order for occurences like this. How do I know? 3 days prior I ate nothing as I am aware of the calories in the order, so this pizza was the first thing I ate, next day I bought shopping from Co-op as i had no prior food in my fridge, subsequently was thrown away after falling ill the day after eating Dominoes, i can source this reciept and time differences if requested, i am now 3 days into dealing with gastrointestinitis of which I display all the symptoms. The pain has been enormous and unnessecary. I will never again order from you. I reasearched my condition to find it can be spread by lack of hand hygeine. They have an open area so you can see them prepare food with their hands, but no hand washing. These people do not wash their hands after using the toilet, or the food is out of date, or not stored properly. Which ever it is, we will find out. I will be telling all my friends and everyone i come across to not use this store. Shame on you

Ordered on their app. Delivery driver phoned because he had driven to the wrong place even though advised otherwise before order. Rang again 15 minutes later to complain that they were running out of fuel and complaining about difficulty of finding the place (again, prior delivery notes were advised). Very poor staff, two stars because of the food.

Very rude staff. Arrived to collect pizza which I had phone ordered ( which took 10 minutes as woman could not hear me, as so loud in the background) to be told in a sarcastic manner they only take card. Luckily had card with me but did advise them maybe to tell customers on the phone it is card only for payment for the bloke to laugh at me and shrug his shoulders. Will not be using again

Delicious food but terrible staff. 2 hours and no delivery. Rude staff told us it had been delivered. Our fault for not getting being wherever they took it to.

The slowest service with poor excuses why it hadnt turned up. And when they finally got here pulled onto my drive the road is where you stop not my driveway!!!

Just called up to ask if they had any offers and before I even got to ask about ordering a Pizza I got the phone hung up on me and now they're not even picking it up. Absolutely appauling and won't be ordering from this store again

Always good food for a hangover

A super place to have a game of dominoes whilst waiting for a pizza to be cooked in an oven. I had a game with my second cousin, Cyril and I beat him with ease. Afterwards we popped home and surfed the world wide web all night. The next day we were both cream crackered. We had forgotten the pizza.

We orderd a delivery for 20 ppl at a conference, delivery time was slower then expected Although it was twice the price of caspians we still placed the order & how we regretted it the dough tasted like cardboard, very unimpressed wont be ordering again

Very poor! Delivery took an hour, missing part of our order and one of the pizzas had the wrong topping, all this on a Sunday when it shouldn't be peak ordering. Everything was cold. Won't be ordering from here again. Never had issues with pizza hut delivery.

What an absolute joke of a store. Gets orders wrong 9 out of 10 times, male delivery drivers are rude and cant read house numbers. Atleast when pizza hut get something wrong they apologise!!!!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the delivery of my order. Ordering my meal on the phone was completely fine, very polite and fast which is great but after an hour past when I haven't heard a thing as to where the delivery was at this time I desired to call in and ask if all where alright. The employee that took my order down was as worried as I was wondering the whereabouts of the driver. 10 minutes later the driver turn back up to the shop saying that he couldn't find my address. Now I admit that the location of my house isn't that easy to find but it is pretty straight forward after looking into google maps or into a satnav. coming to half an hour later the food does arrive but arrives with a different driver who had to be pulled into this delivery mission and the food is just stone cold, Not even at bit warm. I'm not usually the type to leave bad reviews and I honestly don't want to just direct the negativity to this shop, I would give the review to Domino's company all together because I knew they did their best to correct the mistake. They where incredibly apologetic but sorry really isn't enough when you're paying full price for cold food and terrible service with not considering a refund or even a discount. the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of one is because I do like the shop, I've had deliveries from them before it's just Domino's service itself I'm annoyed over.
