TERRIBLE.. Ordered a curry with extra poppadoms no sauces ?rung them up don't give sauces anymore ? Dry poppadoms .. Ordered a vindaloo not hot at all very sweet smelling and tasting meat . Left it wasn't risking that ...

Took ages to be able to place order, when our food did finally arrive it was stone cold and the kids meals came 10 minutes later then the adults food. And the children's plates were dirty with dried food and sauces. Would never recommend to worst enemy.

Good portion sizes. Fried Chicken was the point 💯 Excellent customer service. Just recommended them to pay attention to regular cleaning and wiping of tables.

Amazing quality of dessert, and the server Mariya was very nice and adequality fulfilled all our special requests at all given times + gave us a second ice cream after one of ours dropped on the floor, lovely gesture.

Waited over an hour and a half for pizza. Told it was on its way Then it was 5 minutes away then outside Never turned up Told different things by different staff Rubbish for delivery If your hungry your better off going to the shop and getting your own ingredients and making it yourself, still they wouldn’t turn up Normally collect but won’t be ordering from here again

By far the worst fish and chips i have had in my life and i have had a lot.So i ordered online they came swiftly so no problem with delivery.However the meal itself was tasteless some chips were raw they were cut in big irregular shapes so not surprised some were cooked and others raw,they looked like a mix of wedges and chips,despite asking for salt and vinegar i couldnt taste any,even when i added my own they were still tasteless ,i have made delicious tasting chips at home myself how can you go wrong?The fish was tasteless flat and soggy,i ate a few mouthfuls and binned the rest.One hour later i threw up,i wasted my hard earned £13,has put me off fish and chips.

Won't ever eat here again after seeing the video of the delivery guy urinating all over someone's drive and car.. absolutely disgusting

Me lo he pasado genial en este pub. Fantástico servicio de atención al cliente de Ann, Tina y Lewis. ambiente acogedor con buen sabor alcohol. El personal es siempre amable y servicial.

Food ok. Inexpensive and tasty. Large selection. Atmospheric place. If you want to eat your fill quickly and at reasonable prices, I recommend this place.

I have been visiting here a lot more frequently over the last few months. It has to be said it's vastly improved on recent years. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, the selection of ales they now have on is much better and varied than in the past. The food is great and well priced and it's a lovely friendly atmosphere. It's a very large pub, with a nice function room. The interior needs a little TLC but that's no detriment to the staff or the food.Great local pub.

Friendly staff, decent food sometimes long wait for delivery

Visitó el viernes 25 de abril con su marido en nuestro camino a Ironbridge. Hemos estado aquí muchas veces antes, pero no creo que vamos a volver en el corto plazo! Fuimos recibidos por una señora rubia que acaba de gritar 'encuéntrense una mesa y ordenen en till' no hola, pero voy a dejar eso ir! Ambos optamos por desayunos, uno con pudín negro uno sin y 2 tés. En la caja me preguntaron acerca de los marrones de hachís que decliné y me alegré de haberlo hecho en £ 2. 50 extra y debidamente pagado con tarjeta. Una vez de vuelta a la mesa pensé que el precio parecía un poco alto, así que comprobé el recibo para ver que me habían cobrado por 3 desayunos! Acepto que todos cometemos errores así que volví a la caja para obtener un reembolso, la misma chica que murmuró lo siento y sin decir una palabra dijo que estaba hecho y me dio un recibo con la cantidad quitada. Pregunté cuánto tiempo hasta que el reembolso se mostró y ella dijo 'err alrededor de 5 días creo! Cuando llegó el desayuno, las judías horneadas estaban en el mejor de los casos tibias y los hongos fríos, de vuelta a la caja! Los desayunos salieron de nuevo con frijoles calientes y hongos, pero creo que habían reducido a la mitad la cantidad y quemado tostadas! El resto de la comida estaba caliente y delicioso, pero sentía que esta visita estaba muy por debajo de lo que hemos experimentado anteriormente. El reembolso se ha procesado ahora, pero no es una gran visita.

I have been to this pub a number of times now for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff always great with service at high standards. Food is always lovely, very well presented and the new menu that's been in place for a few months has so many options! Fully recommend either the Detroit pizza or the mac and cheese! Love the choice of drinks on offer and yes, they may be more than spoons, but you dont stick to the floor here and the pub has a far better atmosphere and looks on point. Went for breakfast the other day for the first time and it's really underrated! Food was hot, really tasty and came out in good time. Will be continuing to go to the Hogshead!
