Good portion sizes. Fried Chicken was the point 💯 Excellent customer service. Just recommended them to pay attention to regular cleaning and wiping of tables.

Good and bad, firstly the bad 20 mins late again ,barely warm (microwaved) , no wedges ( lage fries substituted) a note inside informing of the substitution would have been nice, we thought the order was incorrect and phoned. Now the good very tasty

Chicken nburger was totally disgusting was rubbery chips were as hard as a cricket bat ,, chicken wings had now taste of bbq what so ever I ordered a side of gravy AND WAS GIVEN BAKER BEANS WHICH I CANT EAT🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮WOULD DEFO NOT RECOMMEND

Wings are usually on point chicken is good but sometimes has reddish pinkish colour inside which is concerning they do have s notice in store regarding this. Had a burger one time and it was stale so very hit in miss but the chicken wings are good 👍🏽 I will recommend store is usually not very clean.

Always ordered from here for years never use to have a problem - food was always brilliant and delivery was either early on bang on time. HOWEVER, not sure what's slipped, but the past how many orders I've placed the food has been like 45 minutes / 1 hour late. Items missing from my order and not correct items sent too. Whenever I've phoned for a update on driver it's- he's on his way or :were busy". That's not my problem when I've paid for my food and a service. Next time I order off just eat ill be clicking " pay with cash" and I won't be paying at all. Sick of it. Sort it out. Several times I've ordered despite not being happy to give you the benefit of the doubt and several times I'm left questioning why I've even bothered!

use to always order from here and the food delivery time use to be either early or on time. last several times I've ordered my order has been like 45 minutes to a hour late every time, always same excuse "were busy" that's not my problem. Depends who is serving, sometimes very aggressive, had to put my foot down last time cos you can't talk to me anyhow. They should treat customers better, and get people who can comprehend English language to serve at the till. If not interested to work go home to sleep.

The delivery driver parked up outside the house and decided to sit in his car just to talk on the phone for about five minutes, making the food get cold. I am not complaining about the restaurant, as they are usually fine with the food & delivery.

I ordered 4 chips and got sent 2

They called to tell me there was no wraps left 10 mins after my delivery due time. I then settled on something else after questioning why they did not inform me of this sooner when I called previously to make sure they had my order correct. I was then told it would be another 15 to 20 mins which I was not happy with as it would be almost 10pm on a Tuesday. The man then said 10 mins when I disputed this. I tried to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction and he told me to F off and hung up

It never turned up. I ordered an hour before closing, I was charged, nothing ever arrived. No answer to calls to restaurant nor any response at all. Absolutely nothing, I paid almost 40 quid for air, nearly 5 pounds on that for delivery for nothing to be delivered.

On line it said it be hear between 1.20 /1.40 it came at 2.40 I no it was New Year’s Eve I phoned the chicken place up and they put the phone done on me so I phoned again and he said it was on its way I phoned at 1.50 when they said it was on its way and it got heat at like I said 2.40 I’m not very pleased at all then when it came it didn’t have all the stuff I ordered in it I ordered 3 meals and chips was missing and the pots of beans colsaw and gravy was missing by this time I was done with the hole lot and left it so happy new year favourite chicken cause you spoiled my night
