Was here the other day with friends was served by the lovely Tayyab who made us feel very welcome. 😊😊

My husband went and got us some KFC and he was given a small Krushem after ordering a large. As he then spoke to the customer service member the person claimed to speak no English, for which husband asked to speak to someone who can but was told to leave because he was being 'racist'. Food was cold too

Staff were really friendly and less waiting time ! And absolutely amazing food !!

Great service! Had an issue with a Just Eat delivery where my food never arrived, and Just Eat refused to help. I reached out to KFC directly, and they were amazing. They were very understanding, took the matter seriously, and quickly offered to sort it out with a fresh order. It’s clear they care about their customers and the quality of their service. Really impressed with how helpful and professional they were. Will definitely be ordering directly from KFC next time!

Came here with partner this afternoon , had our meals and I needed the loo which is a disabled loo and needs to be unlocked I asked the guy who I think was the manager , very politely if I could use it and was just told to wait , so I stood there at least 5 mins while he was serving , and then another 5 mins , he just couldn't be bothered , so I gave up and asked him why he just couldn't unlock the loo he was extremely rude and really needs to take some training in customer service !!! To be fair the lady serving was great and he should get her to show him how to deal with the public . Never get mine or family and friends custom again and KFC are losing out giving him a franchise as he gives them a bad name

Came In today 1/3/25 got two boneless snackbox meals and they only gave one strip with each meal when it is clearly 2! Feel realy annoyed with this as I have been ripped off and don't understand how this mistake, an be done accidentally. I will be making further complaints to KFC you can not give people less than what they have paid for even if you don't feel like doing your job properly!!!

Most the food was cold or not full cooked leaving the chicken all wet plus the bad customer service on top not ask for tomato ketchup and mayonnaise and things so I can Eat my coleslaw plus I paid for 2 supercharger so me ask for that when I eat In should not be a problem so I think they should ask or place it on every tray and if they the kfc work for get dont pull a face and seem not willing to help the food needs to be done better ASAP that my main problem when it comes to the overall delivery

Well,where do I start chicken was tiny. It's not a two piece it was one wing as you can see, and a one piece. Even though the cashier insisted it was a normal piece I beg to differ. Shocking K.F.C in my opinion. Been to well better one's. Also never get to the toilet. Need to ask for it to be unlocked. Nightmare.

Bathroom was unavailable but the service was reasonably quick and the seating is clean.

I usually order delivery from the place and tbf I have had little issues. But today I came to pickup a meal on my way home and I was shocked at the state of the store. It was very dirty, it genuinely looked like the place wasn’t cleaned at all that day. I just feel that from a customer experience perspective more effort should be put into the outward cleanliness of the place. I felt icky sitting down waiting for my order to be ready let alone eating a meal here.

Food was hot enough, and they blessed me with an extra portion of chicken (thank you).Good standard food delivered within a timely manner. The chips portion was a little small but decent overall.

Items were missing and the store refused to redeliver them to me unless I paid for an extra item and the extra delivery charge in which case they would then add the missing items to the second order therefore paying for delivery twice.

The service was excellent and will definitely visit again. Thank you team for the great service

Order wrong, missing chicken, hot sauce instead of cranberry so couldnt eat. Chicken on sandwich was cheap reformed meat that was tough so didnt eat! Mash potato states *real potato* no way! it is sticky smash powder. VERY big waste of money...yuk

The service is so poor, ordered a double fillet burger but was given another order. Calling and no one is answering. The worst burger I ever had.

Chicken was cooked well today so no issues really, but the mash potato was the worst thing we ever tasted. It was literally horrible, everyone tasted it spat it out. It needs to be taken off the menu from immediate effect.
