Costa Coffee in Wolverhampton

Dissatisfied, they bring cold drink and was late with one hour.

I ordered two coffees to be sent to the same shopping centre where Costa was located in. I left accurate clear note on delivery address and instructions, but the driver could not understand much English at all and was very rude upon delivery

Ok for a drink but don't expect any manners. Ordered 3 drinks to stay, was given them in takeaway mugs. Team serving us were rude when I asked to leave lids off the mugs, and it seemed like we were an inconvenience to them. It wasn't busy either so it's not like they were rushing around. Drinks were ok and everything was ok with food, but for the prices you're paying you expect at the very least some manners. Others around us had a similar experience too so was a bit awkward.

Waited quite a while, I guess moving cakes around the display is more important than serving the queue of 4. Anyway. Ordered peach iced tea and caramel latte, friendly staff serving in the end. This is the only branch of Costa where they somehow make the peach iced tea totally differently to everywhere else, far too much ice, no syrup it seems, the point is to pour over the ice so there’s a small amount left and the rest has melted. Tasted awful honestly really disappointed.

apparently this place can NEVER deliver a complete order. ordered food and drinks got just the drinks. this time round got one drink and 2 food items only recieved the drink.

Americano Large £3.55 Salted caramel brownie £2.70 Total £6.25 Charged £7.40. Maths ain't their strongest point

I had an americano and a cappuccino both are cold and disgusting. Two staffs one of them (female) is so rude. The company must regular check their shop.

Service was shocking. Told had to have in a take out cup and cakes in a paper bag to eat in as only 2 staff and they couldn't do washing up ....... really !!!!!! Service not with a smile

So late food cold and no froth on the cappuccino. Had to reheat everything which then didn’t taste so good.

The coffee you can't resist. The ambience is welcoming and airy.

I called to this branch of Costa on Friday 15th of December, so predictably it was extremely busy. The service from the rushed staff was as good as could have been expected; how these people put up with so much hassle from customers I will never know. I didn't eat so can't comment. The hot chocolate was great! This branch is in the middle of the Mander Centre so is ideal for a spot of people watching!

Took over a hour to deliver and was all cold when it arrived also ordered 3 things that they said didn’t stock anymore but still available on the site

Staff is very rude. Actually, it’s disgusting and mimicking costumes for accent!!!! I request management to take action on this!!!!!! very disappointed and disgusted. And the place is not even cleaned and tidy up properly!!!!!

Enjoyed our sandwich and latte.

When ordering is stated delivery 11.40 to 12.00 and didn't arrive till about 12.20, and the hot drink my partner ordered was cold.

Went in for coffee, I was served very quickly. I also had a cake, it was very nice and service was very good.

Located in the Mander Centre, right in the middle of the mall. Staff are friendly, the usual Costa things on offer.

Phoned costa requesting vegan cream. No cream on order. Will not be ordering again.

Situated in the middle of the Mander centre, this Costa offers an opportunity to experience all of the sights and sounds that can only be found in a shopping centre in the west midlands. Staff are friendly and helpful and the beverages taste exactly the same as every other Costa beverage you've had before.

Seemed to be overlooked by staff for a considerable time.

Staff very rude l complained they put my vegan food in with another meat option to cook, then took out and used the same tongs and cutting board. I approached explained that they should not do that and and the girl who was serving didn't apologise or offer to make another vegan option. Other members of staff was saying does it matter and laughing customer service skills need looking at also food hygiene and handling of foods absolutely disgusted will not go there again.

Spilled my coffee today, and I believe her name was Tash, helped me clean up the mess and was so polite and kind, concerned over whether I’d burnt myself as opposed to being annoyed. She thoughtfully replaced my drink and made me feel better about the whole situation.

This is advertised as open till 4pm on Sundays but I got there at 13:45, bought a drink and sat down only to be told they're closing in 10 minutes. I had planned to do some work on my laptop at the cafe to help boost productivity and ended up having to go to a different place lol. The actual food/service was good, but it gets 2 stars for the incorrect opening hours.

Addicted to the iced lattes tbh! 😂 the food options aren't that varied. Nice to see more vegan and vegetarian options though... for a smaller Costa though it's really good.

Sat in here having a slice of seeded toast & a cup of green tea, just beautiful spotlessly clean, staff so frikkin adorable friendly service can't fault this place, highly recommend 100%..

I ordered a tea with soya milk and the lady put cows milk on the little jug which is an honest mistake. It was when i pointed it out to her that she was a bit funny with me which makes me realise that they are not customer oriented as usually that is not my experience in other costas.

Not happy at all. Ordered cake and drinks to cheer up my mother who had surgery yesterday and we ordered 2 cakes and 2 drinks. And they got the order wrong. I ordered an Elton mess Blondie and I got a muffin.

My visit to Costa Coffee Mander Centre Wolverhampton, some of the staff polite and friendly unfortunately two of them needed a personality, Coffee good food good the cleanliness of the tables well when I asked if one of the two could just clear the table it was like I had asked for something special the second of the two made a comment that if it was that bad I could have moved the stuff myself to another table, after a bit of huff and puff they sort of wiped the table then went off giggling so guess what YES I WON'T BE GOING BACK.

Normally I wouldn't say if there was anything majorly wrong because costas a good shop.. but I ordered a frappe as always...but this time the cup was tiny...now like I said Normally there's no problem but 4.60 for a tiny frappe is ridiculous.

Requested a scheduled time and it arrived 30 mins later. Also asked for no dairy swirl on the frappe and 2 arrived with cream. Also missing 1 of my items. Not impressed with either restaurant or driver

Staffs have no manners. They all have attitude ridiculous. I don’t expect minimum wage staff to act like they own the entire mander centre. Slow service and the place looked super messy. Costa coffee should fire them all and look for new candidates who atleast know how to show respect to customers. Won’t go there again..

Rude staff a small girl was sitting in front side tell me Go ! And after call a blond big guy come to me you can’t string here but in same time still 3 table people was still sitting there so Not Happy Rude Stafff .

Drinks needed microwaving only just warm

I have been waiting for 2 hours for my order, saying driver being assigned and then it said 2 hours later, delivered and I haven't even received anything. Called Costa who can't do anything as with Just Eat and I have again had to submit a refund request. The order was over £17, I think that's really really bad. The status went from assigning driver for over 2 hours, to delivered. Absolutely disgusting also that Costa can't do anything about it????? What kind of accountability and service is that?

Literally two hot chocolates delivered everything wasn’t. Near £20 for 2 drinks.

I don't normally write reviews but my experience here was disgusting. I will not be returning here. I waited 5 minutes for two female workers to notice me before I was served, they were just sat on the sofas sipping coffee, on their phones, chatting etc. When I was finally served by Shannon, she was rude, ignorant and didn't want to know. I was told it was take out only at 4pm because they were closing soon, I have never had this issue before at any other costa. The tables were dirty. Staff were rude just overall a really bad experience.

Table was not cleaned need to clean yourself there was no paper to clean as well, Hot chocolate & Chai Latte was not hot even the taste was OK. Sandwich was good.

Staff's attitude are disgraceful, to busy talking to be bothered to serve and then when they do serve attitudes were awful, like they were doing you a favour. No wonder it's so quiet , won't be visiting again. Certainly not the normal good customer service you get from other Costa 's , staff need training in what good customer service and good manners look like.

Something miss my order is croissant, also I’m deaf too.

I literally just come in for a coffee frostino and I ask for no cream, and when I got the drink it had cream on it. Why does the girl who was on have to roll her eyes at me because I stated I wanted no cream. Why the attitude, it was one mistake but there’s no need to discuss with your colleagues about it. Should of just listened in the first place

Very quick delivery, called me to let me know they had no more of the bacon bap & offered me the sausage bap instead. Lovely service as always.

It took a while for a driver to be assigned. A note on the app said not to worry, my order would be prepared as soon as a driver was assigned... but this clearly wasn't the case. They'd clearly been made as soon as I made the order and then left aside because when it arrived, the toastie was stone cold, rubbery and tough, with re-solidified cheese, and the white hot chocolate was more like white luke-warm chocolate. So annoyed and disappointed.

My apologies for the late review but my food order arrived cold and the 2 hot drinks were leaking and cup were squashed. I wasn’t satisfied with my order and how it arrived

4pm staff rushing to say it’s only takeaway and we are closing in an hour. How long will it take to you to finish coffee “an hour” ridiculous. If you arrive at 4:50 pm you will asked they are closed. Bad customer experience 👎

No items were missing like most other restaurants. Hot drinks were sealed so no spillage. Food was a little pricey for the quality of it. And hot drinks/food was put in the same bag as cold foods etc so we had melted marshmallows and chocolate mess.

The little chocolates that came with the drinks had melted as they were placed on top of the hot drinks. Otherwise good serve all round thank you.

Located on the ground floor inside the Mandar centre. Busy when i arrived at 11am on a Saturday. Plenty of seating areas.

The one sausage bap was great, the other one had a sausage that had gone off in it.

The food arrived luke warm and the iced late wasn't iced as the ice had melted. I watched the driver drive around lost for around 10 minutes which I'm presuming is why the quality of food was poor once it had arrived.

They always miss off the marshmallows everytime I pay for them and then I never get refunded!

Why would you send a just the drink without Asking if we wanted a substitute you wrote it on the bag ? My number is on the account be travelling to collect it in person because this is the 2nd time you’ve accepted the order without checking if you have it in stock !

Paid for vanilla in my latte but didn't get any. Also the cup was damaged so was slightly leaking on bottom.

Got delivered a ham toastie instead of a sausage toastie which means I got overcharged. Not happy.

Ordered a white hotchocolate but didn't receive white hot chocolate. Instead received normal hot chocolate.

The toastie was a bit tough for my nieces’ liking, she was struggling to bite into it. However she enjoyed it all because it was delicious! The delivery person was very polite and handled the food with care and the service was good too. Other than the slightly tough toastie, everything else was fine.

The food arrived cold, with a funny taste. I had 2 British pork sausage baps instead of one and was missing my breakfast wrap.
