Had a very nice dessert and drinks today at the Wolverhampton branch. Warda was very welcoming and gave us an excellent service.

Warda was very polite, and the food came quickly and was very well presented. I will defo come back!!

Disappointing Service at Heavenly Desserts Wolverhampton My wife, our newborn baby, and I visited Heavenly Desserts Wolverhampton, and we were really disappointed with the service. We had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to take our order, only to see the staff serving people who came in after us. We eventually had to go up to the till ourselves to place our order. This experience was frustrating, especially with a newborn. We expected better service and were left feeling quite let down.

Been here a few times and has been generally okay. It’s still overpriced and at times service be can satisfactory. However recent experience by family was poor. Staff need training and develop skills to treat customers with respect. Couldn’t even use the fork to break into a very hard dessert. Very disappointed and very unlikely will be coming back even though manager tried to make things better. This establishment would benefit from another dessert shop popping up. May be this will help raise its standards and quality!

Just collected my order 2 mints ago , i love there food but today’s service was so horrible, front desk staff was very rude , very bad service. Not happy at all.

Me and my family go to get dessert here often it is our go to for dessert as it is amazing,the service and the servers especially amaan and ayah are excellent. The food is amazing and of high quality.

One of the prettiest dessert shops I've been in. Lovely atmosphere and delicious food - the monkey bread is the stuff of dreams. And best of all we had Ajvad taking care of us - he was an absolute delight and gave us top notch service!

Extremely poor! Had to walk streets away to meet the driver who couldn’t take direction. Hot food was cold and ice cream was melted. Logged a complaint with just eat but heard nothing back as yet and no refund. I wouldn’t recommend at all

Family visit for Father's Day. Was our first ever visit and probably our last. Food OK but service poor, drinks and food orders both wrong, and price too high.

Waited over 1 hour for dessert for not us to receive all of our order!

Food arrived on time although my cake and custard arrived cold I didn’t mind warming the chocolate fudge cake wws the best I’ve had in a long time although it is expensive and cake portions could be slightly bigger it was worth every penny

Omg I get it's bank holiday Monday and people don't like to work it but if you are at work try to smile and be nice , such a miserable service, I am not being funny but she won't bring customers back to this place , shocking 😔 very not impressed, get job in Tesco love :(

I recently visited this delightful dessert place and was absolutely blown away by their pistachio cake. Not only was it brilliantly tasty, but the presentation was also exquisite. The ambiance of the place added to the overall experience, making it a must-visit for any dessert enthusiast.

I normally order from a competitor and will go back to them after this disappointing purchase. The portion was half the size and cost £1 more. It was frozen which I realised after pouring the small amount of milk provided. I did not feel satisfied after consuming this milk cake as the frozen cream lost its flavour and taste to the frozen experience.

I ordered myself a milkshake. And I didn't even get a straw. And when they found out they didn't even decide to fix my order. Waste if money

This was always a favourite dessert parlour for me to go to because of their vegan/lactose free menu. However. The recent menu change, smaller portions and price increase along with young and inexperienced staff manning the Fort my most recent visit makes me not want to go back again. A shocking decline in the service and quality of food.

odered at 7 pm birthday party was at 8pm food sat at shop till 9.08pm - party was over at 9 pm kids went without the deserts its embarrasing and a dissapointment my first son party and you let me down finaly we had to pick it up ourselves - cold and watery ruined the deserts complately we put it all in the bin you have embarassed me infront of serveral perents - wil never let you do that again

Vile place, placed an order on the app in store, received our order promptly. Finished our desserts about to walk out and some asian dude with an accent accuses us of not paying.. i challenged it and he soon shut up when he realised.. embarrassed myself and my family infront of the rest of the customers…nasty place with nasty people… i A regular customer- not anymore

The strawberries were very mushy and very pale, and hardly any at all. The chocolate sauce was very minimal. Also, the Sundae was barely filled halfway with hardly any chocolate sauce and one Ferrero Rocher. I have a picture as evidence not the standard We’ve come to expect from heavenly desserts.

Did not taste nice. I was soaked in syrup before I could even taste it because it was poured all over the Waffle straight into the box and when i picked the bag up (which had just been left in my porch after the driver banned the door and ran off) Backlarva didn't taste nice either.also soaked in syrup. You'd expect it to be placed on the side/tub so you can add the required out and not make everything soggy. Best thing about the order was the fruit.sobet also not very flavoursome. Wont be ordering again. Disappointed I wasted 20 quid

Great service and great people and amazing atmosphere

We were disappointed with this order. The cookie dough was a tiny portion, especially for what it cost - you should expect at least double what you receive when it costs almost a tenner! The French Toast tasted nice but had an unpleasant soggy texture. And then lastly, we were expecting banana gelato with the order and received vanilla ice cream. We won't order from here again or recommend it.

The waffles and croffles tasted so nice but the staff were not nice on two different occasions to I and my partner. They kept moving Blacks to the end of the restaurant, failed to serve us cutlerys,, we had to signal everytime to be attended to unlike others who were there. I’m not going back there because of their poor customer service.

My experience was amazing was served by a beautiful you lady jamima who was amazing brought my food in time and asked if it was all ok, asked if I needed anything else. After a long day thought I’d cheer myself up with some dessert but Jamima’s smile made my day. Will deffo come back❤️❤️

Items missing and restaurant advised me to cancel my order after I phoned saying I had missed something off my order and order again but then told just eat they had already started making the order leaving me been charged twice

Generally the food and service from here is spot on however this occasion the standard has dropped. Received my order with a mango shake but is a shake without any mango flavour. Tastes just like a plain vanilla. The strawberry also seemed a bit watery. Not impressed considering I’ve had this same item so many occasions.

They have no clue what latte is....and sent pistachio latte without.....latte....just milky waterish drink with ice......and problem with collect order....problem with simple math and double check if everything is correct. After phone call put blame on Uber Eats.....really bad restaurant

No Manners,poor customer service.I would not recommend this company at all. They are not willing to help or solve a problem just ignore it. So unprofessional.

Recently ordered for me and my family some desserts from this company from Uber eats,They said that a driver has eaten it and said that we aren't going to get another one to replace it.My sister and mom called them they were responding in a discussing manner towards my family and the supervisor spoken down towards my sister calling her a liar. I would not recommend going here at all I would go to CoCos as they are kinder.

Ordered through Uber eats. Firstly, they missed an entire order and blamed the uber eats driver for earing it. Offered no replacement, not their problem. Secondly, we ordered a pistachio iced late to receive watery, green milk containing no coffee. Supervisor said latte doesn't always contain coffee and that's how it's made, despite their menu saying it contains expresso. Offered no replacement again and put the phone down. Horrible products with clueless staff. Don't waste your money or time here, go to Cocos instead. 👍
