Very clean and nicely decorated restaurant . Lovely desserts and great service from Mariya who was so friendly and patient! The lotus cookie dough with gelato was amazing.

We had a lovely experience at heavenly desserts, the deserts were delicious. We were served by Mariya who gave an excellent service and was very friendly.

My personal experience at heavily desserts was absolutely smooth and well served especially by a specific staff member called aro: he was extremely kind he ours and well mannered when coming to explaining the desserts and helped me pick out what I desired . Definitely coming back here soon and highly recommend their “I’ll have what she’s having” . 10/10

Yesterday I was shocked how we were treated. One of the employees literally shouted at us. Ironically we been there many times and never experienced such attitude. Ruined my mood so we walked away without ordering. How many customers you lost today umm 😐 quite a few. Sort your staff

I was there for the second time and the second time the service in the morning hours was very unpleasant, unprofessional. No products such as mushrooms or tomatoes....basic things. The lady touches the food she serves with her bare hands. The place as for appearance is ok, but the service is very poor. Personally I do not recommend.😢

I visited this place for the second time, hoping for a better experience after a disappointing first visit with unfriendly service. Sadly, I was let down again. The staff working the morning shift seem like they are there against their will, lacking smiles and a welcoming attitude which discourages customers from returning. The venue itself is nice and clean, with a good variety on the menu. However, many items are often unavailable due to a lack of certain ingredients, and the service is unhelpful when it comes to providing information about the menu or encouraging customers to choose a dessert. Additionally, no gloves are used during meal preparation, which raises hygiene concerns. In my opinion, if the staff were passionate about their work and could engage customers positively, this place would have great potential.

Warda and her colleague saw to all our allergy requirements patiently and professionally. Food went down well as expected. The only 4 star would be some fingerprints on a glass. Thankfully they were wipeable.

On sunday evening, me and some friends had the pleasure of going to heavenly desserts, upon arriving the host faizan gave us a warm welcome and told us we may choose where we'd like to sit and gave us a run down of where everything was in the store and even suggested some food items we may enjoy, the store itself was very aesthetic and a nice environment, I had the brownie explosion and hot chocolate and it was well worth the money and very tasty 10/10, my friends purchased the milkshakes,cookie dough and cheesecake options and were very satisfied, after we finished faizan came to make sure we all enjoyed our meals and if he could get us anything else. big shout out to faizan thank you for the amazing service!!!! we will be dining here more often for sure!

Came here with some friends and were greeted with excellent customer service from a charismatic young man named Faizaan. He delivered right from the front door, all throughout our stay until we left. As well as that, the foods presentation and quality was also superb and delicious. Would 100% go again.

This place is amazing and beautiful. the brunch was so good, I had the shakshuka and lady who served it made it so beautifully. She has brownish/ ginger braid and she was so lovely. Definitely coming back again!

I came in yesterday at 8pm I had 2 lovely lads they treated us with respect and gave us a good experience, so I came today morning to try there breakfast at 10am and had a black lady who treated us soooo badly she told us we had to wait 10 minutes because no one will help her, so we waited, after 10 minutes we had to call her from the staff room to ask if she will take our order she came and took out order with the worst attitude and didn't smile even once she did our food it did look good and tasted good and finshed then we wanted to order dessert she gave us the bill and told us to leave as she doesn't have anyone to help her and gave us more bad attitude, anyway we had small verbal fight and left

Ignorado cuando entró, ningún servicio de mesa, así que fue a la contra, ignorado de nuevo, finalmente tomó el orden y 45 minutos después el café todavía no se sirve, así que nos fuimos! Enjoyed some lovely desserts and drinks here. Dishes ordered were pistachio croiffle, banana ice cream, coconut ice cream, spanish ice latte, normal ice latte and cappuccino. Everything came beautifully presented and tasted DELICIOUS! 😋 A few menu items were unavailable but highly recommend this place nonetheless.

Great quality deserts. Nice clean spacious sitting area. It wasn’t sticky like most other desert places. We ordered the french toast, waffle and crepe. Waffle was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The only slight downer was the French toast which was soaked in cream properly.

I’ve visited this place a lot, and each time has been a truly special experience. I’ve tried both the espresso and the passion fruit mojito, and I can confidently say that their drinks are of excellent quality. They also offer a wide variety of desserts, many of which I’ve sampled, and every one of them was delicious. However, my favorite by far is the mocha croffle.

Wonderful dessert shop with great quality ingredients - been visiting for several years now and have yet to find something on the menu which isn’t delicious - good choice of gluten free desserts and a great blend of coffee too. Always a friendly welcome and great service from Umayr and the other front of house team and an ideal way to end an evening in Wolverhampton after visiting the Grand Theatre or the Halls

Good staff and service, but the waffle they gave me is horrible disappointing. Took me two minutes to drive back home and it was already socked. They use the cheapest and oldest strawberries for topping.

Disappointing Service at Heavenly Desserts Wolverhampton My wife, our newborn baby, and I visited Heavenly Desserts Wolverhampton, and we were really disappointed with the service. We had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to take our order, only to see the staff serving people who came in after us. We eventually had to go up to the till ourselves to place our order. This experience was frustrating, especially with a newborn. We expected better service and were left feeling quite let down.
