Romeo Pizza in Wolverhampton

Waited over an hour and a half for pizza. Told it was on its way Then it was 5 minutes away then outside Never turned up Told different things by different staff Rubbish for delivery If your hungry your better off going to the shop and getting your own ingredients and making it yourself, still they wouldn’t turn up Normally collect but won’t be ordering from here again

Ordered a pizza from this place was recommended to me by a friend so I decided to travel to this place to see and I was quite impressed with the service provided also the food was spot on 🍕👌

Delivery time was alright. Fast. The quality of the piece was alright but the burger meat is old and you can tell in was made from use frozen Iceland meat, chicken was cooked terribly.

the chips looked old and scabby, the curry sauce was basically flavoured water the "pepperoni passion" only has like 10 slices of pepperoni Also it's looks like it had been left out for a long time. The only good thing was the onion rings that we ordered as two separate portions but came as one and they got the bottle of coke ok.

Delivery well before time and food was excellent. Delivery guy Shabor was very pleasant. Will order again 👌👌👌👌👌

The worst pizza shop in wolverhampton. Obviously can't cope with the demand. Took 2hours to deliver I kid you not. Food average. One of Just Eats sponsored sites no wonder they can't have a loyal customer. Base with this kind of service. Try No1 pizza if available. DONT USE THESE THEY ARE AWFUL

Ordered through just eat to collect someone grabbed the food for me they didnt give them my pop then they left it till she was there to tell her there is no chicken instead of calling me as soon as they got the order through. I ordered pepperoni passion it said pepperoni with pepperoni and more pepperoni when i opened it there was about 5 pieces on the whole pizza and it was verry dry and didn't taste very nice i called up the shop to be told there is nothing they can do as i had ate a slice of tge pizza. I am disappointed as i used to use this food place often but after the service and the food this time i will not be using them again.

I don't know what has happened, and I usually haven't a bad word to say, but tonight the delivery time was awful, ordered at 19.17pm, food arrived at 20.55pm. When the food arrived they didn't have the right change and took 5 mins searching in the car. Opening the pizza, one looked like it had been sat on, was not in a circle like a usual pizza was all over the place. The pizza itself was hard and the topping was way over done, almost like it had been cooked for ages and kept in a food warmer and it tuned rock hard, ended up throwing the majority away, and after spending over £25 it leaves a bad taste in your mouth in more ways than one. Sad to say because we have been regulars at Romeos for many years, the food was always top notch, and pizzas were to die for, I don't know what's happened but the past few times we have been let down.

5 minutes before expected delivery time, I received a phone call stating that my chicken kebab burger was unavailable and they would replace it with lamb kebab meat. I agreed and requested MINT sauce. Not only was my lamb kebab meat actually a scabby old mutton .... but covered in CHILLI sauce... I mean, who does that??!! Disappointed as Pizzas are sooo good here.

Tasty pizza as always, love your pizzas. But your sides need tweaking. Onion rings and battered mushrooms are always over cooked and battered mushrooms taste vile

Love the staff and their pizzas here, and their hot wings. We always go for thin crust. No complaints at all.

One of my pizzas was the wrong one I asked for one deep pan and one thin crust but I got two thin crust not happy at all

10 minutes was added to time and the delivery was still 10+ minutes later than that, well over an hour from time of order.

Delivery after 2 hours and a half. Driver, possibly a junkie, did not give me my beverage. The food was cold and they did not give me any extra as an apology....Gypsies

Never had a problem before but this time nearly 2 hours for food to arrive when it did the pizza was cold the garlic bread was cold the only thing that was hot was the chicken wings and i dont mean hot with heat i mean hot with flavour the only reason i give 3 stars on service was because the driver was very apologetic even though it wasnt his fault the food was cak oh and i was short of a bottle of coke

Another amazing meal... hot wings were big portions and not the small tiny ones and they were spicy. Pizzas were exellent as always. The delivery guy Ash was very pleasant 👌👌👌

Think this place has either got new owners or a new chef, chips were better than usual.....................Sent be a burnt cheeseburger instead of a donner burger ?! .... the pizza had literally NO cheese in the apparent stuffed crust ......sent me a diet coke instead of a coke - if i was on a diet i wouldnt be ordering from here would i? ... oh and the cans were multipack cans.........................never again.

Chips were like cardboard. I ordered a pepperoni passion pizza, expecting lots of pepperoni and we literally had 1 slice of pepperoni per pizza slice. So that is just 6 pieces of pepperoni on the entire pizza!!!! Complete rip off, will not be using again!!

Be warned they don't read the "messages" section! We asked them not to put some stuff on our pizza and they completely ignored it. We also asked them to call a specific number when they're here, again they ignored it. Then it took over an hour to get here, even though they confirmed the delivery time was 45 mins. So when the food got here it was barely warm. Plus they forgot some additional items we ordered. Overall, would recommend going somewhere else!

I pre ordered this delivery to be sent to my house at half 12. When it still hadn't come by 10 to 1 I called up the place for them to tell me that I pre ordered for the 27th of April? With my email still sitting in my inbox telling me that it will be ordered at half 12 on the 23rd of April, I personally think they just didn't want to do another delivery. From this experience, I will not be ordering from here again.

Disgusting, will never order from here again, fries were hard as anything, unedable, ordered chicken burger meals given no drinks, asked the driver he didnt want to know said call the shop, who said they will send them, knowing full well they wouldnt i asked for a refund of the drinks while.the driver was still outside and they refused, and the drinks never turned up. Pizza was supposed to be deep pan, was thin as anything. Horrible food, wouldnt recommend, bad customer service and waited and hour and half for delivery.

Have used Romeo's before and have had a good experience but it seems that as soon as it gets busy the quality goes down. We had food delivered 30 mins late (even though it said delivered on Just Eat app), the battered chips were missing from our order and both pizzas had stuffed crust when only one should have. One pizza was a bit burnt, as was the garlic bread but overall it was ok. The saving grace was the delivery driver, he was very polite and insisted on helping carry the food to my door on first floor when he saw I was carrying my baby too. Romeo's is overall a good pizza place but unfortunately the quality is not consistent.

Food was okay, nuggets weren't as nice as last time they didn't taste freshly made and chips were a little soggy but edible. Pizza was okay, garlic bread and garlic bread with cheese were lovely. Delivery time was appalling, the delivery driver couldn't find the house and when he finally did he told us that he was just about to take our food back to the shop - this really annoyed me because he had our number to call and I had my phone on me, would have saved him being half an hour late and our food would have been hot and not just warm!

I ordered battered chips but was delivered battered like fries which were hard to chew, on contacting the restaurant to explain (what I thought was a wrong order) I got told they no longer do chips and this was what they replaced them with, of course I wasn't happy to hear this as my kids prefer the battered chips over what we were sent and personally I think the battered chips should have been took of the menu if no longer supplied as it's very misleading not to mention the disappoint it can cause someone expecting one thing and receiving something else, however i did get told they were going to discontinue the fries due to alot of customer complains (not at all surprised) and in return was offered free 'battered chips' on my next order, I suppose that's better than nothing.

Really good pizza but wished there was a bit more on the veg pizza interms of onions, sweetcorn, peppers ..but otherwise 8.5/10

Food was inedable and absalouty disgusting, the chips were meant to b batterd but the were just plain over cooked chips. The pizza was dry and definitely not fresh, won't be ordering from here again and will be warning other people who order from just eat

This is my favorite pizza place. Tonight was ruined though.... After my order being accepted a hour and 20 min later i call for them to say they never received it and to make another one. So i did.... it came very quick they gave us a couple of free chicken nuggets? And abit of cake. . But all 3 of our burgers had chilli on when on mine i asked for mayo so couldnt eat it.

First off- delivery driver was absolutley lovely which was nice and order arrived at the exact time! We ordered a few things to try as we hadn't ordered from here before We ordered a margheritta, a garlic margheritta and a garlic pizza bread - we had no idea which one was which until 2 slices in (one had tomatos on but it wasn't the margheritta one), once we figured out which one was which we found we didn't like the garlic flavour at all. Garlic bread with cheese - lovely Chocolate fudge cake - very dry Kids nugget meal - absolutely lovely, Will be ordering this again as the nuggets and fries were delicious! Chicken and mushroom pie - absolutely delicious! Chicken fillet burger - nicest we've ever had from Just Eat We will be ordering again, food was good quality and first place we've found on just eat that delivers on time!

Order was different to what I ordered , I am regular customer of Romeos the service and food quality is always different to as stated on the menu. As a paying customer if your order arrives different to what you ordered it is very annoying. If you can't follow the order and if you have to change it I would prefer if you contacted me and confirmed what I would like instead not just give me anything else. Not very impressed may not order from you again.

25% discount was on just eat last week and today its taken off which is very dissapointing! Pizzas were very bland and tasteless.. hardly any chicken on our pizzas .. chips were as if they were cooked in old stale oil... very off putting..

Should have listen to my self the 2nd time! I knew. Defiantly won't be ordering from them again. Started of very good first time pizza was beautiful, had the required adjustments as required fantastic could not moan. Today final straw (slice), ordered my usual, my pizza came with no sweetcorn, peppers of anykind! Just chicken and sauce, I only asked for no onions please. To Add to my let down I thought I would order some BBQ CHICKEN WINGS, as you would I was expecting the wing it self coated with BBQ sauce. I was shocked to say the least. I've tried to think why but nothing come to mind that I am able to type. They where just drizzled I mean drizzled! With cheap BBQ sauce! I could go on absolutely awful food. Would 💯% NEVER EAT NOR SHALL I RECOMMEND!

Pizza was awful no flavour and tasted like rubber throw most of it away. Onion rings and wedges were soggy also had to throw away. Will not be using them again.

Always ordered from here, but tonight's pizza was absolutely disgusting very disappointed!! Always used to recommend these but will not recommend these anymore it was like cardboard and the cheesy crust was like clay! I paid extra £4 for the cheese crust as its usually our fav part and was vile! Also onion rings I brought they was soggy and dripping of oil! Definitely disappointed us! Not worth the money at all!

Love these pizzas. And really quick delivery. Only thing is last night the stuffed crust was different. Loved the one before..hated last nights.

These guys know how to make my tummy sing. I order from them regularly the delivery time is always accurate and if there happens to be a problem with your order they will not hesitate to fix it
