Food ok. Inexpensive and tasty. Large selection. Atmospheric place. If you want to eat your fill quickly and at reasonable prices, I recommend this place.

Was absolutely horrible from start to finish! When we got there they obviously got you to pay in advance which was fine. Some rude girl showed us to our table and told us our drinks will follow. 37 minutes later our drinks finally arrived we was sat there waiting for the drinks before we got some food. When they brought us our drinks I asked for some tap water. I WAS DENIED TAP WATER AND IM HEAVILY PREGNANT!!!! How they think it’s acceptable to deny anyone tap water is beyond me. All I got was “sorry we can’t give tables of 2 tap water” what a stupid stupid rule!!! When we went to get our food half of the trays were empty the rest were cold. Keep in mind it was only 7:45pm. All the staff had a right moody attitude on them like they didn’t want to alive anymore. All just walking around doing nothing. After about 20 minutes my partner finished his drink. So I orderd off the QR code on the tables. 45 minutes later I got fed up and went to the bar asking where my drink was they said “oh yeah haha it takes the money but doesn’t print the ticket for us” MAYBE YOU SHOULD TELL CUSTOMERS THAT THEN WHEN THEY ARRIVE!!!! Unfortunately the whole experience was bad. Staff unfriendly, food cold, food missing, slow service, just not the vibes you want.

All employees were very friendly and easy to talk to and they had delicious food with lots of options to choose from.

Great food, particularly the variety available. The place didn’t feel very clean, food on the floor from previous customers and the seats could do with being refurbished. Visited on Mother’s Day so it was very busy with a lot of young babies, so perhaps louder than usual.

Restaurant getting worse year after year. 10 years ago my rating would be 5/5, today they deserve only one star. No respect for customers. They changed rules and now you must pay in advance which is not very comfortable to split the bill when you going with friends. They charged kid today to pay as an adult. We were waiting 20 minutes after two requests to take drinks order, and no one popped up so we needed to go to the counter to order. Prices are too high compare to the food quality, but food taste are still ok.

What a great place. The best top class food. Great prices. Was overcome with emotion and got very excited I found this place so remarkable I shed tear. Felt so good it breathtaking. I felt it was so heartwarming

Personally I was shocked with the dinning chairs they need replacing and the toilets my God come on it's a restaurant keep them clean it's letting the place down whats it's saying what the kitchen like

Entró hoy a las 2. 05 am para la cena y se sorprendió al ver al personal teniendo su cena a las 2. 30 y tomando casi todo el alimento sin que salga más. Pregunté qué estaba pasando, solo para que me dijeran que el personal no debería tomar ninguna comida hasta las 2. 45 . Nadie nos dijo que estropeó nuestra comida.

Went in today at 2.05 am for dinner and was shocked to see the staff having their dinner at 2.30 and taking almost all the food with no more food coming out. I asked what was happening, only to be told the staff should not take any food until 2.45. No one told us totally spoilt our meal

After going to other all you can eats (mainly Cosmo) I tried this place for the 1st time recently and really enjoyed it. It's a little bit more expensive than Cosmo and when we arrived the server did try to push us to have cocktails (probably because they're more expensive) and there were a few things that were empty when getting food because it wasn't filled up again like chips, it wasn't that busy either when we went so no excuses for that really but the food I did have was really nice so would definitely go back again.

5 stars as always. Places is great family friendly. Amazing food. Attentive staff.

Been to Ming Moon in Birmingham and food was lovely,but in Wolverhampton wasn’t good,didn’t have flavour to anything And when you enter restaurant there is some weird smell in front like homeless people or something

We came at a really really busy time so probably a better experience when it's not so busy. They kept running out of plates and the food wasn't really good. The dessert station looks better than it tastes. The chocolate cake was very dry. The place was absolutely rammed so they seem to do well...think I might have come at a bad time. The lady on floor service was really lovely and hard working

Great service told manager my son was not well so he can't eat and he fits the problem immediately I will be coming back keep up the grate work 👍

Una gran decepción, la persistencia del pago es repugnante nos interrumpió comer para decirnos que debemos pagar ahora! Teníamos 2 personas discapacitadas con nosotros era difícilmente probable que íbamos a hacer un corredor. Sin reconocimiento por parte del personal, la comida era fría y de mal gusto. Cuando se le preguntó al gerente sobre la etiqueta de alergia no tenía ni idea. Toda la experiencia dejó una mesa de 10 sintiéndose vacía y una celebración de cumpleaños arruinada.

Lovely meal here today, served by Kai who couldn’t do enough for us! Top guy! service with smiles from all the staff. Food was piping hot and so much choice! Will definitely be back again!

Every item of food on the buffet was stone cold. Many customers complained. The manager was called over to several tables but couldn't care less. At over 20£ per head it really is poor quality. Will not be going again and would recommend that others don't either.

Well, I was going to hold on this review depending on the outcome of the response via email however it has been on par with the level of service & quality given when visited the restaurant! I have to be honest and say it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant! The food was cold / overcooked (felt like it was left overs from the day / maybe week before) and was in fact inedible! It was freezing in the restaurant area so much it was so uncomfortable, and we were visiting with elderly parents who had to keep coats on and the same was experienced within the toilets to be frank there was no hot water to wash your hands! The staff were rude and was practically kicking us out 20minutes before the lunch was over by walking in front of me trying to clear the table and just to add to this all of the food was removed! After complaining I received an email basically saying that they were sorry we had a bad experience and hope to see us soon (I can tell you that will not be happening) and after a further two emails from myself I have not had a response. This place should not be open.

Please please avoid this place!!!!!!! Absolutely dreadful!!!!!!! for a family of four they charge you almost £70 (food only) for absolute garbage. I genuinely wouldn’t feed my dog this And then on top you pay almost £15 for bottomless drinks which they’re happy to take your money off and then tell you after there’s no fizz in our machines so you’re getting flat syrup. This place is an absolute disgrace and I can’t believe it’s still open. Tasteless old style food from starters to mains through to desert where they have a chocolate fountain and have sugary cola bottles as your dip into this chocolate fountain how pathetic no strawberries or marshmallows in site!!! Edu is the pathetic excuse of a manager who would not give a refund on the food? We were actually in the place less than 15 minutes and we had to leave it was that disgusting?

DO NOT GO! Went on Sunday at 7pm and restaurant was dead, could see straight away food had been out ages. Dried up meat, and even the items that weren’t tasted terrible. Food was so poor taste wise. Really disappointed and would definitely not recommend to anyone.

I really wanted to be leaving a good review as we travelled to come here, after been told how nice it is. Sadly we must have caught it on a bad day as our bad experience started within seconds of getting in the place, we walked in and it stunk of drains, couldn't smell them when we were seated but it was still stomach turning from the start. The heating wasn't working so it was freezing to the point we were all shivering and our food was cold within seconds. The waiter did apologise and said it will be the doors blowing a draft through and they have got no heating ATM as they are awaiting it to be fixed. We didn't eat our moneys worth at all. Also a little confused with the price, as it came up to £62 for 2 adults and 2 children with 4 refill drinks. Children are meant to be free as we were seated at 4. That means the drinks must have cost £20 which is absolutely shocking if they did. The staff member doing the tepenyaki was so rude too, as I put meat ond noodles on the same plate there was nothing saying that isn't what you do, she asked me to separate them as to which I did, but then she put them on to the tepenyaki together...absolutely baffling and pedantic tbh. Hoping we don't get ill off the little we did eat as I don't feel very confident some of it was cooked .

I am happy with sea food /vegetarian food and was dining in. One of the female staff going back a month a go checked with the cook and told me some of the chicken dishes was halal. Decided to dine in second time and this time was told by a different staff there is no halal food here. I explained I was happy to just have the vegetarian/sea food any way so why was I told they do halal chicken when they don't! This has really annoyed me.

Incredible Christmas eve meal! Our first visit, and the first of many. WOW service from the first second. Drinks ordered as we entered, we were then greeted by John who had our drinks on a tray waiting to escort us to our table. Incredibly friendly staff, rohit made sure we were well looked after throughout and made sure we were happy. Food was 10/10 with an incredible fresh selection Beautiful open restaurant, incredible decor and ambient Christmas music Both a quiet meal, but also full of energy Everything you want in a meal, especially before the stress of Christmas I have no complaints, everything about tonight was perfect! A big credit to John and his amazing team 💕

It has its ups and downs some times it's good the next it's not so great. Then it's slow st bringing the food out. But I suppose that it's reputation isn't the greatest too. But I'd come here If it was cheaper and wouldn't pay that much for a family meal birthday meal or anything as its not my go too buffet. And too over priced for what there standard is. But that could be why it's always empty

Esta fue nuestra primera visita y será la última. No recuerdo haber tenido comida o servicio peor. El personal es miserable, no saludo, solo piden su pago tan pronto como usted entra por la puerta. Las bebidas tardaron 15 minutos en llegar y fueron literalmente puestas sobre la mesa. La comida era horrible, todo sabía igual y a las 8 en punto gran parte de la comida se había agotado de todos modos. A las 9-25 nos dijeron groseramente que nos fuéramos ya que estaban cerrando. Espantosa experiencia.

visitó esta noche 10 / 12 / 2024 que comida tan terrible pobre comida seca , fría , el pollo Tikka massala estaba tan regado era como agua corriente insípida, el pan nnan era duro como una roca tenía una Madri lager que no sabía a Madri muy pobre . Los desiertos eran la misma pequeña elección basura insípida no irá de nuevo podría haber conseguido una mejor comida por £ 54. 76 en otros lugares

Had a Christmas party here for our family and it was brilliant.

We visited late TBH but if you serve food till late the quality should be the same at any time of the day. The choice is ok, but most of it didn't taste nice. The deserts were lacking too unless you like a jelly on the palate. 4 of us walked out disappointed as it used to be good, now, definitely not worth the money.

Very quiet as I arrived at 4pm as they were opening. The score for food would have been much higher had I not had raw chicken when choosing the lemon chicken from the buffet. The rest of the food was fantastic though

Luke warm food at best. Everything was so dry. Told the waiter but he wasn’t bothered at all. Then went to front desk nor where they bothered. Told me that we had been there too long to complain even tho we just sat at the table drinking the drinks we had played for not eating any food. Drinks were the best bit … a Diet Coke.

Great service, had a birthday celebrated here and the service was very friendly. We had great service from Rohit, Kai and Edy.

Visited 10/11 at 1pm Very quiet which is how we like it. Mostly lovely food..However what we had was barely warm. Yes gas etc expensive. MM you must do better as nothing wrong with folks money and we deserve to eat HOT food!

The food was spectacular and made me wish I had a larger stomach, the mandu in particular was great. The wait staff were so polite and helpful, Amelia in particular was very friendly and frequently collecting our finished plates ensuring there was no pile up. I highly recommend Ming Moon to anyone looking for a great night out with friends or family. :)

Hacía frío y no era genial... solíamos ir aquí cuando era el ala lo que era mucho mejor. Había más opciones y mejor calidad. Dint piensa que voy a volver con prisa.

Lovely place although busy on a Saturday. Not the first time we have been and won't be the last. Amelia was clearing tables and was very friendly and helpful as were all the staff we spoke to. great variety of food and drink. Especially enjoyed the Eton mess.
