Kept delaying delivery time and then was 20 minutes late anyway and 2 items missing.

Random place to stop with the misses when on a drive. A very good find. The pizza tasted so good. Will defo be visiting again.

Omg . Horrible experience. Don't like the food. They just gave the cold food. Dudley road shops are much much better for eating in the same price . This shop even charge for everything . No other shops charge for sauce and if they charge its just 30 p and they are like 50 p for little sauce . Terribly hell. Its not about money atleast give good stuff. The sauce is like water . Never go again

Highly recommend the speciality dish 'Drunken goat' absolutely gorgeous and plenty too, had mine with steamed rice ...wow just totally 💯 🤗 we also ordered desi pizza the meaty one ...another great dish 💥 we had to take some home as we couldn't finish it and noway were we leaving it 😂 also happy hour so win win 🍺🍺🍺

Foods decent, it was packed out but we had a table within 5 minutes, tall gay waiter was very polite and you can tell he works hard compared to the others who looked like they'd given up on life

My toastie was hard and cold. I had originally ordered creamy mac and cheese, but instead of informing Uber Eats that it was out of stock, Costa employees failed to pass on a simple message, causing Uber Eats to keep reassigning new drivers. By the time they assigned the seventh driver, I assumed the delay was due to traffic, as that’s usually the case. When I finally contacted the driver, he reached out to Costa on my behalf since I couldn’t get through to their phone line. He then informed me of the situation and gave me the option to order something else or request a refund through Uber Eats, so I chose the toastie. The service at this Costa is absolutely atrocious—train your staff! A simple phone call would have saved me so much time. Every time I order from this location, the service is awful, but I’ve let it slide—until now. Your employees are completely incompetent!

Came here with partner this afternoon , had our meals and I needed the loo which is a disabled loo and needs to be unlocked I asked the guy who I think was the manager , very politely if I could use it and was just told to wait , so I stood there at least 5 mins while he was serving , and then another 5 mins , he just couldn't be bothered , so I gave up and asked him why he just couldn't unlock the loo he was extremely rude and really needs to take some training in customer service !!! To be fair the lady serving was great and he should get her to show him how to deal with the public . Never get mine or family and friends custom again and KFC are losing out giving him a franchise as he gives them a bad name
