we stayed for our 25th wedding anniversary having stayed here on our wedding night. check in was quick and our anniversary was acknowledged at check in. room was clean, tidy and comfortable

A delicious lunch on Saturday. Each dish delivered and everything went well together. Service was also excellent

Such an incredible cafe. Unbelievably kind and accommodating staff who seem to work their socks off. Food is amazing and portions so generous. If you’re in Knowle you have to pop in. But a warning, don’t leave without an almond croissant, they are to die for.

We went as a group of 4. We had reserved the window seat as it was our friends birthday. There was a bit of a complication on arrival but we got there in the end. The choice of wines is good. I will say the fridge that’s closer to the bar is not as cold so you may need some ice. We had some food as well which was fantastic. We will be back!

I have been curious about this café as it serves organic coffee so I went for breakfast. The staff are very welcoming and friendly so this is great, but he coffee wasn´t very good. I ordered a flat white and it didn´t have the intensity of a normal flat white, it was very bland, it tasted more like milk with a bit of coffee. I also ordered an omellette and I wasn´t impressed about it. The place it is lovely but it needs a bit more effort in the food. I wouldn´t come back.

Eros is totally unique, an olde worlde building with 2 small staircases leading up, old beams & uneven floors, absolutely beautiful. We had Romeo & Juliet Prosecco whilst we perused the menu, which took a little while as we couldn't decide because everything sounded lovely. In the end, we chose whitebait & feta parcel, kleftico & duck breast, all of which were beautifully presented, generous & delicious. We shared the orange pie as we were full but couldn't resist the dessert as it sounded gorgeous. The service was also very good. I would definitely recommend Eros & look forward to returning. Always nice fresh bread,the chicken corrie is especially good,the only minor quibble is they could do with more selections of cakes and its pot luck if you can park in knowle as the free 30 mins cp's get full up after 11am . Otherwise you can not go wrong with any choice from the menu - its all very nice - which is nigh praise from myself as i can usually find some fault with a cafe menu ,but not this one - its the number one cafe in knowle .

Yeah very tasty however I have had upset Stomach since I Had it on Friday? Maybe it’s a one off however it has put me off.

Great food , as always. Friendly staff. They seem to manage large groups very well, as well as smaller numbers.
