Whilst staying locally we were recommended to try The Crown Inn. And we were not disappointed. A warm welcome greeted us and we were shown to our table. The food was excellent, so tasty and so well presented. The service was super, friendly and professional. Very highly recommended.

We stopped for lunch after an energetic walk. The bakery serves light lunches and the most amazing bread. The charming young lady who served us was a credit to her community: friendly and welcoming. Beautifully crafted furniture and the premises were spotless. The young ladies were singing while they were working, so lovely to hear. We shall return.

Fab coffee, tea and cake, thought it was closed at first and could do with a sign at the bottom of the road. Fab hidden gem, enjoyed the chucks visiting and the black and white cat proudly displaying his/her latest kill? Great place to sit out and enjoy the rare sunshine and tranquility of the nearby church.

Tasty sausage sandwich and a lovely cheese and onion toastie using delicious fresh ingredients. Served up with a friendly face and a dose of good old fashioned hospitality

We have recently moved into Dorrington and wanted to find a great Asian restaurant nearby. We saw The Jaipur when we were shopping in Church Stretton and thought we would give this place a try. Having lived in Birmingham and Wolverhampton, we have eaten at many a good Indian restaurant, so our expectations can be a little bit high. The Jaipur did not disappoint!! If I could give them 6 out of 5 stars I would. What a gem of a place, staff were a pleasure to meet and the food was perfect. Already booked in for a second visit, and I am sure we will be going again, and again. Thank you Jaipur

We ate at The Station on 2 consecutive nights as we were staying in the lodges. Friday night was the Butcher and Grill night. What a brilliant concept. The steak was first class. The staff were super attentive and very engaging. The food portions are very generous and worth every penny. First class establishment that I would highly recommend.

Went for tea here whilst visiting my son. Ordered Karak chai- which is supposed to be a tea brewed for a long time with spices. The tea here was literally boiled water with a few spices thrown in and milk costing £5- sooo wrong on many levels- taste/consistency. Please take it off your menu! You do not know what you are doing. Go and have Karak chai somewhere that does it properly and you will see what I mean.
