Always enjoy my food when we go

Seven of us (and a whippet) had an excellent lunch today in the bar area. We had a selection of dishes between us - I had the faggots which were lovely. Great sweets enjoyed by four of us. The owner and staff were very welcoming and delivered first class friendly service. Thoroughly recommend.

Nice little back street pub good beers and friendly

Hands down one of the yummiest curries I’ve ever had! I had the Chicken Mango Mahti and it was incredible, I’ve never had mango in my curry before but I loved it. My boyfriend has a Chicken Naga - it was super spicy and delicious, so much flavour. The staff are so friendly and attentive. We had Amin serving us and he was amazing. Thank you so much!! We will be back :)

Use to be the number one chippy in Redditch but it's hit or miss these days since the ownership changed hands. Can't deny the fish was quite good the other week so went again recently. These are the first times we've gone to them for a good couple of years. The most recent visit however I felt was met with rudeness for requesting an item that wasn't on the menu. The answer given "There's always one isn't there" is not very professional when the customer is literally stood 6ft from you... In hindsight I should've just said "ok no worries, I'll go else where" because the kebab that was ordered literally fell apart and the portion sizes are really low compared to past experiences. They get the 2 stars because at least the food was good quality but we won't be visiting again I'm afraid.

What a find! Fantastic food and service and just a seriously good pub. Well worth a visit.

Shame, what looks nice on the outside is left a bit wanting on the inside. Very limited choice of ale.

Drove an hour away from home and had lunch, it was very nice and the food was very good, will travel again.

Welcoming people, good choice of real ales at a fair price. And a proper fire. This is a right boozer!

Great food and authentic atmosphere

Been here a number of times over the years, breakfast is still great value for money and good quality. Always busy with families/ golfers would highly recommend.

Charged £33.60 for two scrambled eggs/salmon on toast, one tea and one coffee. Watery scrambled eggs, small slice of salmon and one slice of toast. An extortionate price for what we got. Still, live and lean and won't return.

I came into Costa Coffee at Trafford Park retail park Redditch on 25th March at 11.30. I had a bacon roll + pot of tea to sit in + have. A young man was behind the counter serving, he was on his own. He was so helpful, courteous + welcoming. It was a lovely change to be served by someone like that. The company should be proud of him. I didn't catch his name unfortunately.

I dont like bringing local takeaways down but wow Food was just bad very bland noodles no soya at all noodles was like supermarket ones curry sauce defo mayflower curry sauce think they are cutting back on stuff shame as the owner seemed very nice wouldn't recommend to anyone most of it went in bin ngl worst chinese iv had in Redditch very dead ill stick to going to micky chippy

Lovely little local pub, staff are all lovely.
